For a long time I’ve always wanted gold chains. About 2 weeks ago I went in to only look a jewelry and originally had no intentions on purchasing. When I walked in the store a young lady who worked there greeted me and made me feel more like family rather than a customer. She asked me what kinda of look was I looking for which I was unsure of, and She took her time allowing me to try on several pieces and also pendants and letting me see how it looked. I was going for something that I could wear everyday as a hard working man but something still with a little zest that if the wife and I go out I still look fly. I went with two layered Cuban links with a Hamsa diamond pendant. We also discussed me getting a custom piece with my childrens name. This experience was the best I’ve ever had and I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND any one looking for fine jewelry to go here. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!! I will be back there soon!

Just received the watches I dropped off just to get the battery fixed now proximate leaving there was no discussion about additional scratches on my watch although I was aware of the scratches on one watch it appeared to have no more scratches on the gold watch upon my return there were scratches all around the band on my watch which were not there when I drop the watch off and because they are not familiar with that situation like this I was told by the two ladies that I should just deal with it there was no apologies there was no let me see what I can do I was told that because we wrote that there were scratches on the watch there's nothing that we can do to help you so although it was my first experience I was just recommend you take that into consideration and take pictures before you leave your jewelry in there because if something happens to it they may not be willing to help

Nice selection with a lot of variety and very helpful staff. Tania was great to work with no pressure and answered all my questions. And got a nice deal on a diamond pendent set plus they had better selection and pricing than the other diamond store I stopped at. In addition had checked online for an hour before going shopping and feel I got a better gift here at a great value compared to Zales, Shane Co., Jared and Genensis. And then they had a pretty jewelry box with gift bag packing to send me off with. They do have a lot of security to get in the door but to be expected with all the valuable jewelry. Even the security guards were very friendly. A+
