[Parts same as my other Travelodges in North London reviews] Almost identical to the other Travelodges we have stayed in around North London. 1. Very reasonably priced (we paid £34/night) for clean room and bed (beds never quite as nice as Premier Inn's though). [local branches] 2. Room bigger than usual although I believe we were upgraded to a family room free of charge and without any reason/complaint (we just were). [this branch] 3. Suitably sized TV for the room; sometimes found to be a little small in others. [this branch] 4. Bathroom seemed more recently refurbished than other branches and ours had a bath with shower as opposed to only a shower cubicle as many do. [this branch] 5. Tea and coffee facilities with free refills always included and a nice touch for a chain of budget hotels [local branches]. 6. Arrived later than planned as well as had issues with booking; member of staff who dealt with at 3am in the morning extremely helpful in dealing with the situation as well as checking up throughout our stay. [this branch] *7. Ability to reserve room for arrival/payment after midnight, as well as pay cash without incurring an absurd premium to do so, massive plus and a huge advantage over their rival Premier Inns. [local branches] 6. Local shops and amenities during day very extensive, including shopping mall, Asda, large bus station, rail station and transport links. Only frustrations were: 1. Local shops at night-time utterly useless/non-existent. Only 24 hour shop a, very, average petrol station some 10 minutes+ walk away. [this branch] 2. Staff, whilst pleasant enough and, as stated, particular member of night-time staff fantastic, very often not at the front desk and hard to get hold of, leaving us locked out of the landing on more than one occasion. [this branch] 3. Check-in not until 3pm yet check-out still 12pm; feel could easily amend to either earlier check-in/ same check-out 2pm/12pm or same check-in/later check-out 3pm/1pm. [local branches] 4. Free WiFi only available for half an hour per day; affects ability to use streaming services, SMART TV sticks etc. [local branches] *5. No plugs next to beds, plugs which are available are too few nowadays and located in inconvenient positions around the hotel room (found this to be the case with the majority of Travelodges we have possibly deliberate?). [local branches] As stated already, and in other reviews, for our needs in particular, the ability to reserve over the telephone, arrive after 12am, and to be able to pay cash (rather than always being forced to book and pay online, regardless of one's circumstances) are huge selling points ahead of Travelodge's competitors. This was especially pertinent when we visited this Travelodge on the stay which this review refers to and, again, was handled exactly as we required. As with the other branches we have stayed at, given the price and those rates being per room as opposed to per person, one cannot reasonably expect more.

So mixed feelings about our stay. We wanted to be close to the Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium as we had tickets for an afternoon match and then the Dare Skywalk the following day.. We were able to walk there and back (about a 30 minute walk) so this was ideal in terms of location for us. Due to tube strikes we had to get off the train at Ponders End station, this was about 45 min to an hour walk to the Travelodge. On our return journey we were able to walk just across the road to Edmonton Green station which took us straight to London Liverpool Street. Upon arrival Heena checked us in, she was very friendly, helpful and polite. There was a lift and stairs to use. The communal areas were clean and tidy. On our first night we had young children playing football in the corridor. The security man was alert to this and had warned them. The security man was also very friendly and polite during our stay. He had a good sense of humour. Our room, so whilst it had the standard Travelodge type appearance, it was very basic. There was a seperate pod containing toilet, sink and small shower with a curtain. The shower was powerful and the temperature option was good. The small bin was very rusty and the floor was stained. Personally wasn't keen on the smell of the hair and body wash in the shower dispenser. The room also had a TV on the wall, a kettle with tea, coffee and milk. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable (not the quality we are used to in other Travelodge's). The duvet was high up on a shelf and we did not fancy getting it down and putting it in the duvet cover on the bed. We asked for and were supplied with a hairdryer. We asked for extra pillows but did not receive any. I overheard another customer asking for a fan, they were informed that they had no more to give out and this was due to customers stealing them. The rooms were hot with no air conditioning and very little air flow from the window. We popped the sign on the door to refresh etc, however upon our return were surprised the bed had not been made. The bins had been emptied, the coffee replenished and something sticky left on the bathroom floor, the cleaner left more mess than had been there. Overall.. a very, very, very basic Travelodge, I overheard someone say it was only a 2*.. Personally I consider that it is overpriced for what you get. The location was ideal (albeit noisy) and the staff were all very lovely, helpful and welcoming, this included Heena, the security guard, the lady in the evening and the supervisor the following morning. The staff made our stay better.

Worst experience in all my stays in various hotels.Travelodge comes at the bottom.Smelly corridors.Tv didn't work.Door handle in toilet was broken.Sink was blocked and water flow very very slow.Bed mattress was uncomfortable. My wife due to disiability could not sleep. No toiletries in bathroom.Seems like lots of refugees were accommodated.Paid nearly 140£ for the Saturday night.Normal week price is 52£.That's a rip off price.Only had no choice as this was the nearest to venue attending wedding. No reception services available.Had to call a freephone number to call for check in.Checkout is just drop off the electronic card key in a drop no staff.Had problems with electronic key twice and had to go to reception to reactivate to gain entry to room and hotel.Wow what a bullavah. No customerservice at all.Recently stayed in a b&b was the best servicehad and for a price of £49.80 per night including a lovely English breakfast.Won't be staying in Travelodge again.First and last time and not even recommending to anyone.Reading their background and history is not very appealing only interested in ripping off people and looking at what have seen be sure charging and making money from the refuge situation. If you have a choice do not stay at any of these establishments called Travelodge.‍Unless you want to experience your worst hotel stay.

We read online that we could book breakfast. When arriving and asking about this, we were told that they did not serve any breakfast. You can imagine our disappointment as we had travelled from Leeds to London and HAD BOOKED TWO ROOMS FOR TWO NIGHTS. We booked this particular travelodge due to the close proximity of Edmonton hospital to visit an family member who sadly passed away that afternoon. So you will understand the importance, disappointment and added distress this put upon us when we discovered the following. ROOMS: Upon entering one of the rooms, we found the toilet was dirty, this was reported to reception, Robert who was all by himself. He kindly came and cleaned the toilet. This meant it left reception unmanned. Another room smelt like raw sewage and we had to buy our own air feshners. This particular room had extensive stains on the duvet cover, which was found upon entering the bed and pulling the covers back. This nastiness would have gone against the skin. Also there were stains on the carpet. Both rooms had dirty mugs, which meant we could not use. We needed drinking water early hours of the morning so we tried the vending machine, which was out of order. All the above was reported to Robert on reception, who gave us the number for central booking. As by this time we wanted to move out of this particular travelodge. We do not blame Robert on reception for any of this. He did all that he could to improve our stay. The next morning, as advised by Central booking, we spoke to the hotel manager. We were told that a refund of just one night would be returned in 10 to 20 days, which we were not happy about. We had to rebook another night at the travelodge in Harrow due to the above problems not able to be rectified. The manager informed us that we would not need to pay a fee for the the new room we booked in Harrow, but there was a £10 fee when we arrived! Depsite this, we have stayed at Harrow travelodge before and found it to be clean, breakfast available and the staff were excellent.

Stayed at this Travelodge for business as it was close to the industrial plant where I was working for a couple of days and, at short notice, other places were fully booked. The chain itself is far more basic, and therefore cheaper, than the likes of Premier Inn, for example, but this hotel doesn’t have a bar nor even breakfast facilities (unless you want to buy an unhealthy box of processed junk for over £5). Also, ‘Complimentary WiFi’ is advertised, but only for 30 minutes per day. Hey guys, this is 2022, free WiFi should be unlimited! The parking arrangements in the opposite multi-storey car park aren’t simple either, and aren’t free unless you arrive after 6pm and leave before 8am each day. I’m certain that I’ve been overcharged by the private car park company; another hassle I don’t want to have to resolve on a work trip. So if you add the cost of breakfast and parking to the room fee, it’s less competitive when compared with its rivals. Given that it has zero facilities, you have to go out for breakfast and dinner (unless you want to order food to be delivered to the hotel). The local area is ‘down at heel’, to be polite. I was born in a very working class area but the local pubs/restaurants may make some customers feel uncomfortable. Returned to the hotel on my second night to find Police dealing with people around Reception; no one wants to feel intimidated, whatever their reason for staying in an area. Better to get an Uber to a nicer area for dinner (£6-7 each way) if you find yourself uncomfortable, and can afford to do so. The staff are very lovely and professional here; they should be applauded for the nonsense they no doubt have to put up with. The rooms are clean (apart from the dirty net curtains), and quiet & comfortable (apart from the lumpy pillows). But would I stay here again? Definitely not. A rare 1 star review from me.

  • festival cookie

I purchased early check in as I knew we would be there early and although I know most hotels will try to accommodate you I just thought I’d prefer to have it. But the receptionist had to go off and find us a room that had been cleaned as obviously they hadn’t cleaned the room we were assigned. I had wanted a twin room but couldn’t find that option when I booked so booked a family room which on the picture looked like it had a double and a double sofa bed. When we got into room it had a double possibly king and a tiny child size camp bed. I went to ask at reception about rooms with 2 beds but was told they did do twins but none left so we put up with that. I don’t mind basic but the tv was tiny, struggled to see it, remote filthy and didn’t work very well. Net curtain hanging off and didn’t go all way across window- wonder if they’re as supposed to be two?! As we were on ground floor and next to pavement it meant we had to have one curtain shut for privacy. Curtains badly stained. No plug in sink. Beds not comfortable. I now remember why I would go for premier inn over Travelodge. Won’t make that mistake again!

Never again!!!!!!!! In July this year my now wife and i got married, as you can imagine there's a lot of arrangements go into such an occasion and everything went better than arranged, except Travel Lodge! We invited many guests, in amongst 2 couples from Yorkshire that we paid for to stay there including continental breakfast, however, the breakfasts never materialised but they were given directions to a nearby cafe! On learning this from them i informed both parties that continental breakfast was included and in turn on their return they complained and were told to expect double breakfast the next morning, (as though that makes it right!) However despite this they only received one! Before we went on our honeymoon i took it on myself to complain where the manager simply refunded the cost of the 4 breakfasts and told me to expect a call from customer service. And to this day in the 4th month on and me emailing every month i still have not had any response from customer service! And that is why whenever possible i write a bad review and always advise people to use the holiday Inn just down the road, and will continue to do so until i do get a response.

Please people beware of this hotel my work staff were accused of smoking in the room which I don’t agree with if they did so the next morning get a phone call off the manager to say I need to pay £150 charge before 3pm otherwise would bill me £1500, went to the hotel to pay the bill when I got there the manager said no card only cash the machine is down, so walked across the road got him cash when I gave him the cash I said can I have a receipt he said the computer was down and that he would do it soon as it was up and running I need the receipt for tax reasons as I am a business owner, 3 days no receipt so I contacted the manager back he said he didn’t have to provide one I said you do your a vat company you have to provide a receipt for no we’re with him (The thief) as I now call him I then contact customer support they said they would look into surprisingly the manger denied all accounts if receving the money. I now have had to report it to the police as I feel robbed and stupid for giving cash to him all I have to say is the truth will come out...... Thief’s

Stayed there just yesterday, I was bringing a few items from the car to the hotel lobby and then up in my room ,when the entrance sliding doors decided to close almost getting my hand caught In them lucky enough the bag I was holding held the door open and the receptionist then opened the door from her side ,after I explained in a passing comment to the receptionist called LIZ , that the door shouldn’t be like that as when a sensor on a sliding door receives any movement it should stop or reverse the closure LIZ then decided to throw a fit and tell me that it was my fault and that the door is correct in operation because it has been like that for a long time ,needless to say if a child’s arm would have been in that door could have possibly caused irreversible injury . Same receptionist was utterly unprofessional And rude when asked to do a task that was required for me and my wife . If not for that average stay gives bare minimum for what you pay for

Came here after a hard days work. Presented with my room key entered the room to find it occupied with peoples belongings. Went downstairs to inform the guy who then sorted another room, so i went to this room, opened the door to find an old lady in a wheel chair occupying the room!! It then took another half an hour to get a room on the 3rd floor, which when in has none of the usual stuff like extra pillows, the extra bed for my workmate was broken. The tv has no remote and the buttons dont work on the front of it. No shower gel or hand wash in the bathroom and blood in the sink. Got 4 days to stay in this. Pathetic for the money paid. There was a queue of people all with different issues waiting behind me. All in all avoid. Also the internet you pay n get for half an hour free is dreadfully slow... The building must be lead lined as i cant get mobile data signal in the room

Unfortunately you can’t give less than 1 star… we booked multiple rooms for 3 night but the rooms were overbooked so everyone from our team got kicked out of the rooms at certain point in time… some at midnight. They had to book a new hotel in the middle of the night and attend an international competition with three hours of sleep. In the end we booked another hotel for the last night without getting a refund. On top of that the staff was unfriendly and we were asked to pay 10 pounds if we wanted to check in early (which was at 1 PM). Our „breakfast“ consisted of a box with cornflakes and stuff like that which is not part of a good preparation for a competition. Would you pay 3 pounds per day for WiFi under these circumstances?

The hotel was very basic. Staff were friendly, if they were actually in reception. Not very good for check-in nor check-out. Nobody was on reception at the time! A major problem was the room key cards !!! The first night we came back, our keys didn't work and when we got into the room the window was wide open. We were worried we'd been robbed. The same thing happened with the keys everyday, for 5 days. We had to reactivate the key everyday. Room was clean and quiet but bed wasn't comfortable and there were only a few hangers, no drawers, no closed wardrobe. There were only 2 large and 1 small towel which smelt bad and weren't soft at all. The hotel was quiet and near family we were visiting. There was no cafe or restaurant in this hotel. Overall it was handy but not as good as expected.

This review should have the ability to go to minus. This place is minus zero. Terrible. Filthy room with stains and hair on sheets and dirty toilet unflushed. Checked out within 10 minutes. It's been two weeks and the hotel is still refusing to refund me. Stating that I had a super saver rate, true I did, but I didn't stay due to hotels disgusting state of the room. Immediate refund should be given no matter what rate I got to book. Disgusting. This is Theft. The call center was terrible too and the person who handled my call needed a personality by pass. Do not use or stay at this Company's properties. Many better. Travelodge doesn't have a clue on cleanliness or customer relations. Theft pure and simple.

My recent stay at Travelodge for a wedding group booking was deeply disappointing. We encountered an unfriendly and incompetent receptionist who couldn't put our rooms together as requested. Worse still, we were initially told there were no rooms available, but miraculously they appeared when another guest tried to book online. The rooms were in poor condition, and one had a mattress on the floor instead of a second bed. To make matters worse, one of the toilets didn't flush, and there was no toilet tissue. This was a frustrating experience, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly for future guests.

First of all the staff were very helpful and accommodating. However our room had to be changed two times and on the third time just wasn't bothered to move again we'll stop the cleaners need a good talking to if not sacked. one room had blood stains and we got moves to another room which had coffee stains all on the table not wiped and the third room they moved us to had graffiti writing on the wall which hadn't been removed but by then too tied and couldn't be bothered to go downstairs and asked to moved again. Spoke to the manager in the morning was very helpful.

Got in about 9.30. Nobody on reception. System crashed so no access to room. Only one person working us security. Finally taken to room, already occupied, then wrong type room offered. An hour later sat in the corridor eating pizza like a homeless person (roomles in this instance) Finally got room, reception said I should be grateful i got one.!!! As she is the only person working i gave her the benefit of the doubt. But another person said this has happened before. Travelodge- sort it out.

I stop in alot of Travelodge hotels, while they are all very similar unfortunately this is not one of the worse ones. The rooms are small and basic, in the room I stayed in the firet thing i noticed was a strong smell of cannabis in the room (I presume from the previous guest) there was no remote for the T.V, the basin tap was loose, soap dispenser empty,, lots of noise both inside and outside the hotel, and there is no free parking. The room however was clean, and staff were friendly when I could find them. (Rarely to be seen behind the reception desk)

I would give 0 stars for this specific hotel , please all of you AVOID THIS HOTEL ! Staff so rude and they are theft! DON’T GIVE CASH IF THEY DON’T PROVIDE YOU RECEIPT FIRST , IF THEY DENY TO GIVE YOU RECEIPT , GRAB YOUR STUFF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE , please avoid this hotel so poor management and should all of them get fired for this . I would say a lot about the room so poor and small but the most important is the service we get as a guests , so avoid you gonna do a big favour to urselves

I booked a room by their own website for friend of mine a 2 months ago and because the booking was in the last minute the hotel didn't accept the bank payment and my friend had to do a second payment by cash at the hotel. The manager said will refund the money as soon as possible but unfortunately it has passed 3months and still nothing. So incorrect hotel. We've so disappointed from this them..they lie the people and were talking about £150. Can you imagine...!

The staff was friendly and helpful when we ask for extra stuff they were accommodating. The room was tidy however it didn't vacuum properly. The bathroom was cleaned with enough towels. Tea, milk and coffee was provided with a kettle in the room. As it was a hot day the room was very hot so could have a fan. The outside was very noisy until late in the morning so couldn't get to sleep.

We were on the ground floor, on arrival we realised the window was left open and there were dead bugs on the first bed. No remote control for the TV and the room easy as clean as you'd usually notice from a travel lodge. Felt let down at the state of the room. About the surrounding area, we crossed the road to a local shop and there is a small green where bins were over spilling with rubbish, giant rats were running round. Not really the stuff of holiday dreams and won't be staying again.

This hotel is really the worst!! I bought a refundable package and didn't want to stay after the first night mainly because of the odor and issues with the heating. Spoke with the reception: Yes you will get a refund, will speak to the manager about it and will let you know in a couple of hours. For several months this manager never reached out. Completely scam and really really unprofessional service. Will never stay again in a Travelodge hotel again!!!

It's cheap and it serves a purpose. If you are going to spend lots of time in your hotel then I don't think this is for you. If you are merely looking for somewhere to sleep whilst in the area then I do recommend it. Certain things need attention like having someone in the foyer office more often and a fridge in the room, but on the whole it does a job. The closeness to the train station and local shops is a bonus. Would stay again.

Stained bedsheets and dirty quilt when I asked if they would change the quilt they said we don’t have any spares but would try to sort it, when we went back to room later that day we checked the quilt and all they had done was twisted the quilt round inside the cover and the quilt was hanging out the cover need lessons in how to make a bed in my opinion will not use travel lodge again !

Stayed here to go watch lady gaga at Totenham hotspur stadium. Its quite a walk away around 30-40mins, but plenty of shops, and places to eat and drink on the way. The hotel was lovely and clean great size room, it had a vending machine in the reception as it doesn't have a bar or anything to order food and drink which once again was fine there is plenty around to go to. The receptionist we dealt with here was so professional. She noticed that the room booked was small and that my niece had a toddler with her so she found a bigger room on the ground floor so they didn't have to struggle getting on and out. The new room was pleasant and the whole experience was great. There was a car park next to the hotel which I believe you had to pay for to use it.

Friendly staff. The room was decently spacious with a small little rack to hang your clothes. The washroom was also nice and spacious with hot water on tap. Checking in and out was a breeze and other guests were quiet. It's really close to Asda, Costa, and a bunch of restaurants so finding food isn't an issue. It's also very close to the bus station and the Overground station so catching a ride into Central London is a breeze.

The experience was interesting. As a budget hotel, one can't expect too much. The stay was good. However some basic cleanliness wouldn't go amiss. There were some very much needed fixture work to be done, which in all honesty puts the staff in a difficult position. Housekeeping that I experienced was lovely. No breakfast at this location as no facilities available. Otherwise a recommended place for a couple of days.

Lovely Experience We booked a family room for a 1 night stay. After a long 8 hour journey, the welcome and assistance from reception made the trip worth it. We checked out after a good nights rest. A different person was at reception, and again the greeting and assistance at depature was fantastic. The staff at reception are to be highly commended. You really made my family's stay all the more special. Thank you!!!

Never again!! Completely disappointed with this hotel. Me and my fiancé booked and paid extra to be able to cancel some of the days in case the reviews were true. The bad reviews were absolutely true starting from the smell, the heating, the cleanliness of the room, and the service who just lied to us for several months about refunds we never received. No travelcot even though we called 2 weeks in advance to reserve one. Bathroom vent not working so was always hot once using the bath or shower the condensation was really bad. Staff was not much help apart from the manager who tried to help us get a travel cot and sort out our problems. Can't fault the manager at all. This is the 2nd time we've stayed and both times had to go without a travel cot.

Friendly, helpful receptionists but lost stars for lack of good WiFi, poor mobile reception, no in-house breakfast and lift doors close far too quickly not allowing an elderly disabled person time to vacate.

The room was clean, but it was very noisy. You could hear the air-conditioning vent. They don't have parking just next to the hotel and you need to pay.The guy from the reception said is free from 20 pm and is 1£ per h after 8am but we pay £ 10 ,a lot.Very inconvenient.

The staff are absolutely amazing 8f they had pay rises for customer service it would be them however I wanted to complain straight away but I was told not to. However I thing other guests should be aware. The shower curtain was too short so the floor was all wet and the nail was sticking out of the floor. Really bad.

  • Mike Harford

My stay was extremely pleasant. Tim the hotel manager made my stay great. He went above and beyond to ensure my time there was lovely and fulfilling. Would highly recommend this hotel based on his care and welcome.

The hotel is decent for passing through! Small room and bathrooms but its a travelers hotel I hear. The staff is super helpful. Liz was particularly helpful to me when I got locked out of my room! Overall pleasant experience.

Perfect location, the train station is nearby. Affordable car park. The room was very clean, I was surprised. Sadly, you have to pay for Wi-Fi which makes no sense at all. There is no restaurant area. Overall it was ok for a night in London

Standard room for travel lodge. First receptionist smiley, friendly, just what you want, Second receptionist on her mobile on a personal call, waited 10 minutes gave up. Easy tube travel, overground Station right across the road.

The room was small, the towels had blood stains on them! There was one set of towels in the room and they where really tired and old! The breakfast was awful! The eggs where dry and so where the eggs! Compared to the other travel lodges I've stayed in! I was really disappointed!

  • Ace Maverick

It reflects the price. If you are here to sleep only its ok. The room was clean. No AC. Certain staffs really helpful. The location is good. Everything around.

A good budget accommodation. Clean and well kept. Room is small so be prepared to feel a bit cramp. Room is minimally furnished but they are quite generous with the tea and coffee. There are sugar, creamer and even milk provided. Bathroom is also small but clean.

  • Fred Bailey

Very friendly helpful staff. Wheelchair friendly rooms with disabled adapted bathroom ensuite in my room. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Very close to Edmonton green shopping centre and rail and bus stations. Wifi internet available at a modest fee.

There was a lovely lady named Ionela I think that was her name anyway but she was so sweet towards me & made me feel so comfortable I’d definitely recommend customer service 10/10.

Bad clean in room, even absence of it. No changes of bed sheat and missing put fresh towel. Noise from door at night or sm talk or loud in coridor does not allow to sleep. Many minuses I have to say. Clearer don't do theyr job!!!reception work well, thanks.

  • Scott Bramhall

Rooms are clean and close to food places but no parking without having to pay for it, still got tiny tv's in rooms which wouldn't be too bad if you could get a decent picture. It's not as if it's in the middle of nowhere, come on travelodge sort it out.

Clean room and helpful staff. Round the corner from the overground and next door to plenty of food and an asda

One of my bad experience in stay. Service is very bad. Staff was not even responded properly. Room was small that fine. But for the same price we can stay some other place with good service. When sorry to that was my worst experience I ever had.

It's good for a short term stay (a day or two), long term stay (3 says or more) no. There's no small fridge, microwave or toaster in the room. They should tell this or put them in a long stay room. Apart from that small but useful room

  • Dare Oduale

The room and bed was great but the bathroom wasn't very clean, but it's OK. All night park is available for free but at subsidised rate during the day.

Parking at the venue itself is diabolical/nonexistent. That said limited parking available for at fairly reasonable (London) prices just across the road. The hotel itself is no frills-pleasant. Excellen staff. Good coffee.

  • Clive Lewis

Very basic hotel at very reasonable price. Good location next to several arterial roads and big retail centre. Disappointed that the bed sheets had several small rips.

Clean room with friendly staff. Having the carpark right next door to the Travelodge is an added bonus. If your watching football at Spurs this is a perfect location as the ground is only a 30min walk from the ground.

  • Peter Curran

Very basic and that is OK for the price, however, carpets dirty and not vacuumed and the welcome from the reception colleague was awful and made us feel very uncomfortable. Good location close to the train station.

  • Brian Crichton

Jen was a great help with booking and sorting rooms out. The best person I've had for travelodge employees.

The reception staff were very friendly, but there was a homeless guy hanging at the reception desk chatting for over an hour. I didn't care so much, but not the best welcome to a hotel & awful for their reputation.

  • Eddie langford

Never stay there again, the room is baking the window opens an inch. Task manager to take security lock off window they would not , the view was a wall no hairdryer available. Did not Sleep all night ,

  • Hywel Evans

Room was v clean v basic and v quiet which leant to a good night's sleep. No AC unfortunately so a little stuffy bur fan was provided. A great location for attending an event at The Drumsheds London

  • Zarif Izzet

We were greeted with the most happiest and helpful staff that I have ever seen, thank you to Fatima and Ahlam for your bright smiles and the other staff equally lovely. Will return Happy New year!

Good customer service but at night had to wait for the receptionist for e few minutes if you need anything. There should be someone at front desk at all times. Other than that great service.

  • Shay Azam

The receptionist was polite and helpful but in room service was really Basic! We booked the night for two persons, apart from the tea cups(two) nothing was for two Cheer up Travellodge …

  • Chris Brown

OK place to stay for a night or two. Fairly clean if a bit worn. Quite comfortable. Variable levels of courtesy of the staff. The night manager was excellent during the fire alarm incident.

  • Pat Nokes

Basic but clean and tidy. Staff helpful and pleasant Soundproofing could do with being more efficient, sounded like a herd of elephants in the room above, very noisy until 3am ish.

  • Simon Hetherington

Half the Hotel backs onto a delivery yard/car park with a generator going all night. High pitched noise kept me awake most the night. Hotel aware of issue, so why not sort it out

  • Sally Bonner

Clean. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Stay here almost every time I come to London for a family wedding...only a few minutes by taxi to most banqueting suites in the area

  • Aaliyah Harriett
