First time using a Travelodge, I usually use Premier Inn but most were fully booked due to the marathon. I was initially excited about trying somewhere new as we knew Travelodge and Premier Inn are in direct competition. The website says it’s a completely new design and being refurbished, however I found the rooms to be basic and untidy we found food and drink stains over the walls, window ledges, night stand and shower room. There was no bin bag in the waste bin and the whole room was in dryer need of a make over to bring it into the 21st century. The room was very hot at night as they have no air conditioning. You could open a window but be prepared to have a awful nights sleep listening to cars and people shouting most the night. They say all mod-cons but the TV is embarrassingly small and as previously mentioned the rooms have no air conditioning. Inside there is a cafe/ bar area but it closes after breakfast and doesn’t open again until 5pm. The area reminds me of a 90s style working men’s clubs vibe with miss-matched tables and chairs dotted around. We didn’t try the food so cannot comment on it. The website says it’s close to central London. Although you have to either walk a good mile to the nearest underground or get a bus. We timed it to be around 40 minutes to Westminster. The car park is ran and managed by Horizon. The website says it’s £8 per night max 3 nights. I didn’t try the car park as the website has some negative stars with concerns of car safety. Instead I parked at the Westfield centre in Shepherds Bush for £15 a night. It’s a bit more expensive but very safe and can leave it for up to 7 days which is better than this car park. We rarely saw the staff as the front desk was mostly unmanned. Most of the time the place reminded me of a Hostel than a hotel. Please be aware the website says they do not offer a baggage holding area so you may have to keep hold of your belongings until check in. We found if you ring in advance they may be able to assist. The contact numbers are 08 numbers so will end up expensive when calling. Overall I found the rooms very basic and not at a standard of Premier Inn. The bar area was poor and the overall standard not worth the amount we paid. I probably won’t be staying at a Travelodge again if I can help it but I’m great full for the experience.

A breezy 5-minute walk from my friend's house and conveniently right next to Tesco. Perfect for forgotten toiletries. Check-in was almost suspiciously smooth. And the keycards? What a game of chance! Will they work on the first try or the fifth? It's like a budget Vegas right in your pocket. The room itself was on the smaller side but pristine, like a dollhouse. Just beware, it turns into a sauna when London decides to have its once-in-a-century heatwave. There is no air conditioning. And the TV, so adorably small you might mistake it for a digital photo frame, had a hidden power switch—like an Easter egg hunt but less rewarding. Bonus round: the remote with no batteries. Now, let's talk about the auditory experience. Imagine my delight when I was serenaded awake by the musing playing in the street, belting out "Hello" by Lady Aqua. I thought there was someone in the room saying hello to me. And for the added cinematic touch, we had a flickering light in the corridor, sending strobes under our door gap all night long. It's like living in a budget music video. The hotel was kind enough to provide a fan, which, after a night out, felt like a gust of Arctic wind. Just don't expect much sleep between the fan's hum, the energetic street noise, and the flickering light's personal disco. In short, if you're looking for a place that’s next to your friends house, and you're not too fussy about small inconveniences, this Travelodge is your spot. Next time, though, I'll ask for a room that doesn't provide a front-row seat to the bustling London life.

When I arrived the automatic doors did not work so I was left on the street. I had to find a way in through car park at the rear of the building. When I got to the reception desk no one was around until eventually some one came out and rudely said I couldn’t check in yet as it wasn’t time. (It was 14:30pm) and check it was at 15:00. I told her the automatic doors were not working in which she rudely replied ‘they were working this morning’. (I stayed 2 nights and those doors continued not to work) After waiting a few minutes miraculously I was told my room was now ready … I took my key to my room and low and behold it didn’t work. I found a cleaner near by and asked if she could help (she was very nice and helpful) she tried and said it must be the key that is faulty. She had a master key so she let me into ‘my room’. What I found when I opened that door was an utter disgrace. Mess everywhere, chairs flung on the floor and the bed was stood up against the wall! Not to mention dirt towels which looked someone had used as toilet paper. Clearly this was not my room. I then had to go back to the reception desk to the same rude girl who claimed it wasn’t her fault and was someone else’s. I received a new key to a new room and was offered a free breakfast for the next morning which I did appreciate. However that breakfast was quite embarrassing and the fact clients would pay for it is unacceptable. I know Cricklewood very well and it’s never had the best reputation but since I’m paying for a hotel I would expect it to be welcoming. Sadly not . I will never stay there again nor another travel lodge. Terrible experience.

Stayed @ this travelodge for 2 nights on the 14th & 15th October. Have stayed here before, years ago, before it was revamped. Overall, it is a typical travelodge so you don't expect bells & whistles. However, considering it was touted as recently done, I was disappointed with several little things. I stayed in room 304.The base of the divan bed had a rip in it as did the duvet cover seam. The kettle really needed a descale. One of the bulbs over the bathroom mirror was out. There was no liquid hand-wash @ the sink so had to regularly lean into the shower for some, @ least there was some there. That was the room. Also, because I know the rooms in the front are fairly noisy, even with the window closed, I tried to request a room @ the back a few weeks in advance. Was told to call back the day before I arrived, when I tried that I didn't get through, so, yes, ended up with a fairly noisy room in the front so had a lot of disturbed sleep as a light sleeper.Booked breakfast for both mornings I was there. Again, no surprises there although the scrambled eggs are always rubbery. The Lavazza coffee machine was out of order all the time I was there. Did get a coffee from the machine @ the bar,in the same room, but it was so strong it was like rocket fuel so left most of that. Though I didn't have a lot of interactions with the staff, when I did, they were nice, friendly & polite. Will I stay here again, possibly, but maybe pay out a bit more for the new "Superoom" !

Usually me and my partner stay in the docklands travellodge whenever we visit London. However this time we stayed at Cricklewood for a change of scenery. Biggest regret ever. When we get to reception we wait a while next to an eerie cardboard cut out of what I'm assuming the staff should be like. Only for a very quiet girl to finally emerge, so softly spoken it was like communicating with a ghost. Could not understand what she was trying to say to us at all :/ We get to the hotel room itself and we see the duvet has got weird stains along with the floor looking unwashed and stained too. The room was one of the top floors and was stuffy and humid. The TV is about 15 inches and comically tiny, the room felt a little small and compact to boot. Second day in my partner asks reception for a hairdryer they tell him they'll get back to him - (they never did) This hotel seemingly has no hair dryers or fans or anything to of helped it make a comfortable stay. The whole time there we were wishing we had gone back to the dockland area! Would not reccomend at all. The staff are seemingly disinterested and are never even seen at the desk, it really seems no one cares there. Will not be booking again.

My partner and I stayed there from 4th July to early morning 10th July. The cost was £1200 for the week. It did not include breakfast, WiFi or parking. We thought we had paid for parking, but just received a further £150 parking fine from Horizon parking £50 forv3 days we missed including 10th July, where we left by 9am. Checking in had us standing around forever no one knew how the new PC worked. Breakfast an extra £8.99 per day was awful and the first day no hot water to make a coffee. I had to ask for new towels, leaving the sign on my door was pointless. Tried to order an evening snack, but they couldn't work the register. WiFi an extra £3 per day, we asked if we could have a new Superior room, but we're told None Available. For £1200 for 6 nights and all the extra, in a very very basic hotel, totally understaffed, I would not recommend. I have given 2 stars for the lady manager who tried to help with fresh towels. The car park is so tight and dark. Walking around to the front of the building up the ramp used for cars only, was dangerous and quite scary at night. A rip off and this Travel lodge is totally short staffed and not enough customer care.

No soap and shampoo found ( no little handsoap or a shower cap either) A towel missing Marks of fingers on the mirror Headboarderd of the bed very dusted probably floor not vacuumed as well as we sneeze all the night along There were dodgy marks on a pillowcase we slept without that pillow No brown sugar Also people shouting and banging doors all the night along You can hear the traffic so as a super room it is not a very ideal position. No pen and paper to write as in every superroom in the world We can tell there is an international crisis with big companies still saving A KitKat? As a snack? Breakfast choice...we would not expect much from England being from Italy we have a wide cross section of croissants pastries gluten and dairy free...eggs and bacon it s something you can cook home. This is an international cultural lack of care, interest and  attention anyway. What are you expected to do if you got allergies? Fasting? Because of sneezing all the night along for being allergic to the dust we could not sleep and felt like having a late check out but this would mean to cancel all our bookings around the city we got one day only to visit.

Absolutely shocking service from the start. Literally walked in and got given a look as if I was a criminal even when I checked in was asked numerous times if I was sure I was booked here. I had travel all the way from leeds to come to see family local to the area and entering the room it was dirty and dusty and an awful stench. Whenever I left the room again was greeted with absolute disgust of a look by the management who wouldn’t give me his name. Even when I had a family membe, who was my cousin, come in the room he denied it and said no guest at all, company policy even though everyone else brought people in. And even told me if I brought someone in he’d cancel my booking. Needs to sort himself out and sort the whole management team out. Awful service meant to be a confertable experience have no clue how they have decent reviews. Worst hotel ever!!! Don’t visit unless you want to be treated like s*** and feel racially discriminated other than that it was alright will be reporting it to travelodge head office this won’t end here just thought I’d tell the public

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never experienced such an awful hotel stay in my life. From the moment we arrived our party experienced rudeness from staff members. When we got to our rooms, we found our bed to be ridden with pubic hair and stains. The shower was unhygienic and the room was like a sauna with absolutely no air flow which meant we had a terrible first night sleep. We looked past these issues and were willing to stay another night until a member of our party received a very rude phone call from the ‘manager’ explaining that we hadn’t booked for two nights and that all of our belongings would be put into black bin bags. Even though we had proof of payment for two nights, when we arrived back to the hotel we found a new family in our room and our belongings to be in bin bags. Because of this terrible experience we ended up leaving a day early. It totally ruined what was meant to be a lovely weekend away. All I can advise is that anyone looking to stay here should re-think and stay elsewhere.

We weren’t able to check in when told and then once the person who seemed to be running the place said she was the only one here. Said no rooms were clean and asked if we wanted her to hang herself because we went for an update after waiting an hour. Later on we came to ask for toilet roll because they didn’t leave us with any. She was stood at the bar area talking to a guy laughing and handing her number over, whilst 5 different customers were waiting for their rooms. She then kept saying that it wasn’t her branch and that she was trying to hire staff because there are none here. She said because there is no one here but her there would be no breakfast tomorrow- which we have already paid for and she couldn’t even be bothered to come in tomorrow and might not bother. She then began to clean rooms at 8 o’clock at night because there weren’t enough for people and banging and shouting on the phone whilst doing so. Whilst the security guard stood at reception just eating his dinner on his phone.

The room was absolutely filthy. We arrived to find our room with unclean bedding, covered in hairs and dirt. The bathroom was also a state, yellow splashes of an unknown substance all over the sink and make-up all over the toilet. I went straight to reception and asked for a new room in which was also filthy but at least this one had clean fresh bedding but the bathroom was filthy, full of what I can only describe as pubic hair all over the floor, sink and toilet roll. The shower curtain was also stinking and had a foul smell. The cutlery in the room was also unclean. Although the bedding was clean, this time, the bed frame itself was filthy as covered in white stains. When we changed our room they offered us a free breakfast as an apology but based on the state of the rooms I refused to subject myself to the filth I can imagine the kitchen was in especially considering as I was making a complaint about our room another customer was behind me for the same reason.

Rooms were average, what you would expect for a travelodge - although price was still very expensive. Just a couple of tube stops to Wembley Stadium which was good for us. Our room was hotter than the sun!! If you go in summer, do not get a room facing the main high street road. The sun beats in through the window and there is no air con in the rooms, despite stating on the website that there is air con. The receptionist was a bit funny saying that everyone expects air con - well yes it does say that on your website!? A little fan was provided but didn't do much, windows open smallest amount, we did not sleep as was so hot. We were literally dripping in sweat just being in the room. Must have been close to 40 degrees in there. Shower was good pressure. But all in all definitely too expensive for what we got. A very budget room but for not a budget price.

I stayed here for one week in August 2018, lucky after the heat wave, because the hotel has no air conditioning and it’s almost impossible to sleep with the tiny part of the window open. The noise during the night is incredible high! The food in the restaurant / bar is ok, nothing fancy but you can eat it. So far for the bad parts of my stay... On the good side is, that my room was very clean for the whole duration of my stay. The small, but nicely designed room (ok, I had a super room), was very good for the price. Internet in the hotel is not really free, 30 minutes daily are, but if you need more it’s not that bad. It was 12 GBP for one week. The bed was comfy and had a decent size. But now to the best, where even fancy luxury hotel could learn from: personal and very friendly staff members! They really made a difference and made this cheap place in the outskirts of London a very nice place! Thank you!

  • Olivia Jeffs

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in, you couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Arrived in our room to find period blood stained bed sheets, pubic hair scattered across the room and other mysterious stains on the sheets also. Paid for 4 rooms for a 2 night stay, and on the second day while watching my sister run the london marathon, we received a phone call saying the rooms weren’t booked for 2 nights and that all our belongs were being removed from the room into black bin bags. The manager was absolutely awful. No manners, acted extremely unprofessional in this case, and spoke to us like her mates, which i can assure you we are not. We didn’t stay for the last night. So anyone thinking about staying here, i’d rethink and choose a better establishment. How it’s even still a hotel i’ll never know.

We stayed here for 1 night so my husband could commute easily to his office the next morning after a night out. The location is fine for what we needed; it was very easy to get to Luton where he needed to be, and central London for me. The area isn't the best, but then it is Cricklewood, so somewhat to be expected. Staff were friendly and check in was very quick and simple. The room was small, but clean. It was noisy however, and there was a lack of plug sockets. As the room was hot, we had to have the fan on, which used 1, and that only left 1 double; one of which we needed for medical equipment, so we were not able to charge both of our phones which was a bit of a pain. We didn't ask for an extension socket so they may have had one. Bathroom is VERY small, but again clean and good water pressure.

Staying there at the moment. Staff is not bother about using face masks even though there is a sign at the door requesting to wear them, that means that a stranger will clean your room without face covering. Don’t bother paying for breakfast, half the items are not available at 9am. Today not even scramble eggs. Not enough toilet roll. No soap in the bathroom. Not enough towels. Yesterday we had to wait 45 minutes for our dinner because the person was out smoking and could not be reach. Receptionists last night was busy on its phone last night. Window in our room is broken. Family room with 2 kids and only 3 sockets. And to top it all off there was no hot water today. There is a sign in reception about how to treat the staff. But they should also put up a sign on how to treat the customers.

On 7/7/2023 at 1:30 I came to the Cricklewood Travelodge hotel with my children and I was met by a very rude reception she is the manager her name is Gabriella and I had come an hour earlier and the reception was telling me where you came from and did not help me to sit in the waiting room not lateme and my children sit. And then he gave a card to open the entrance door and it didn't work 4 times and ne didn't come to the door of my room for the test and this was a very rude welcome from the hotel reception.lt was a very unpleasant experience during my first entry from Reception. After a few months of my life in this hotel, she asked me to remove this complaint from here, but I saw that she is always rude and I wrote this to the hotel officials to take care of the important issue of hotel management.

It is a typical Travelodge, and should be avoided if you can. Rooms are moderately ok, cleaning is sort of done, breakfast is adequate, in this one if staying in summer expect room temps in upper 20s ie unbearable, with window opening minute. Do not expect the bathroom fan to work, do not expect the shower to drain, do not expect silence from terrible road noise etc. All of this would be fine of course if the price reflected the reality, but sadly it is also expensive. Come on Travelodge..just a bit more effort and it could be so much better. If you are attending Royal Albert Hall then IMHO best is the bus as it stops directly outside and is very quick and frequent. Good luck and I hope you never have to stay here.

I am extremely dissatisfied in the the way my stay at the Travelodge went. I stayed here for two nights and will never be returning again. I asked one of the receptionist whether they were allowed to store something in the fridge and she agreed to it. Before I tried to check out I asked the manager on shift and she made me aware that she has thrown it out.The rudeness that I was faced with by the staff is absolutely ridiculous! You as a cooperation should be held responsible for my losses. This food came all the way from Netherlands and is extremely special. There is a duty of care and responsibility towards us as customers which have clearly not been met. Undertrained staff, rude manager, irresponsible, disgusting customer services

I was traveling from the USA and we got this hotel cause it was near my sister but it was one of the worst hotels I stayed at. I gave it a star for super comfortable bed and another star for location, restaurants around, and it being next to my sister. the shower was the most awkward design. Every time we showered it flooded the floor. No toiletries were provided other then a cheap body wash placed on. No one asked us if we needed towels and my nephew he found a brown a spot on the towel. There are a lot of restaurants and shops are the hotel. Tesco is down stairs. That is why I gave another star. They made you pay for WiFi and no microwave. I will say beds are super comfortable. It was an okay experience but I wouldn’t be getting a room here again.

  • Adam Shepherd

Friendly check in and convenient location are the only positives. The hotel is exceptionally hot, with only a radiator and small window to control the temperature in your room, meant that it was uncomfortable to sleep even when the outside temperature was 12 degrees C. It would be unbearable in the summer. The hotel rooms could do with a bit of maintenance when I checked in there were cigarettes on the window sill and the room didn't feel very clean.

Stayed here for one night as was attending a wedding down the road at Clayton Court Hotel. The reception staff were really polite and friendly when checking in. I had a double room to myself whilst I had family in other rooms who were sharing. Quite spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The let down was the shower. It would be helpful to be able to move the shower head and kept having an issue with it dripping. I also feel that the breakfast though adequate and unlimited is slightly overpriced at £8.95 and doesn't leave you thinking it was great value. Overall I would stay again as the price to stay is reasonable compared to others nearby.

  • Maria Manfredi

Decent room, easily accessible via public transport. Had an issue checking in as we were coming around 1am. After 10pm doors are locked and you have to call up via an intercom. I believe the receptionisn't must have been away from the desk as we were trying to get for a bit. The only reason we were able to access the hotel was because someone came out. Check in & out was very easy once inside the building. Breakfast spread is good. We appreciated being provided a fan in the room as we were on the 4th floor and it was quite warm. (There did not appear to be any sort of air conditioning, but we could ha are missed it as we were tired).

  • Steven Bell

Great place really with plenty round it, comfy room and good shower, clean and warm but the only let down for me being here for work was the parking..it states as you drive in that cars and small vans to go to the lower car park but people with cars are just ignoring that and parking in the upper car park where big vans like mine are meant to park..paying £8 a night and paying to stay here you should be able to park with out a problem. Someone needs to police this problem and sort it out so lazy customers park where they should..its not like they have to walk far or up any stairs as the lift are there at all levels.

The management of this hotel is terrible and nothing is taken care of at all, and those who are sent to this hotel by the council, the manager of the hotel name Gabriella treats them and even me and my family terribly. It is the worst hotel with very bad management. The management and treatment of this manager with me and my family was very shameful.I will never suggest any of my friends to go to this hotel and I even informed the council that it is abusing its power in the hotel to the utmost for people who are sent to this hotel by the council are harassed by Gabriella.

Absolutely horrendous. Given a dirty room, which had clearly just had the bed made (not changed the sheets) and a new stack of towels put in, bed was full of hairs etc... (when we complained we weren't the only ones at the desk with this issue), rooms are very shabby and even the new room we were given was grubby and bathroom floor covered in hair, shower curtain filthy etc.. worst travel lodge we have stayed in. Kettle was so sclaed we dared not use it. Carpet was filthy throughout. Absolutely shocking. A stain on the franchise.

Unfortunately our stay wasn't what we expected the noise coming from the room next door was outrageous and it continued into the hallway at 02.00 until. 4.00 security didn't do much about it also the breakfast was cold the coffee machine was broken and not fixed we had a baby in the room that was woken with all the racket going on people shouting and banging on the door also smoking it was a disgrace the fire alarm went off Monday morning at 7.30 again false alarm thankfully but no apologies we paid enough we should get what we paid for sorry but i won't be staying there again

Great Hotel and staff are always helpful. Unfortunately, as a business customer I cannot book a room here through my business account as the website has various issues. Non of these have been resolved in the 2 months since I made the complaint and I have subsequently lost money in the booking process and time trying to sort the problem out. I have spent thousands through this hotel and just get treated with standard replies to very specific problems. I would have rated it highly but if I cannot even book a room it deserves nothing. Overall an awful experience....

  • Matthew Edwards

Good Location for concert at Wembley. However, room had no air con and window could only open 5cm, with the temperature being 30+°C this was not comfortable. We had booked an extra bed but they couldn't provide so I had to sleep on the floor. We arrived to a queue of over 20 groups trying to check in and there was only one staff avaliable to check all these people. Bed and mattress was rock solid. This is advertised as being recently renovated and having their new room design but it does not

However lots of options of buses with good and quick access to key locations. If I had to be critical its that the room was quite warm. I would suggest being given the option of a sheet rather than a duvet. There was a fan but I wouldn't have slept as I am sensitive to sound...

Location ideal for travelling into North London for work. Upgraded to super room for a little more comfort, clean, power shower, flat screen tv, coffee machine with the added touch of chocolates. Car parking is excellent value for 24 hours. Staff always polite and will do their best to accommodate requests. Security and front desk 24 hours. Great selection for breakfast, on-site bar and sitting area. Location is populated with takeaway restaurants and Tescos next door. Definitely my chosen hotel for London stays, regular customer.

  • Jason D

Every staff member I dealt with was absolutely brilliant & polite. Room good shower excellent. My father who came from Ireland is downstairs in a standard room who is also very happy so seems both standard & superior rooms get the thumbs up from us. If hotel food is not for you then 2 mins down the road you have a various cafés/takeaways etc to choose from! Would stay here again & just remember this is Cricklewood not Chelsea you get what you pay for

Don't bother booking. The noise from the main road and tesco underneath is terrible. The doors into the corridors arent soft closing and will wake you up. The security won't and can't do anything about homeless shouting and screaming outside your hotel entrance . Tesco has a freezer delivery at 11pm and the driver uses his horn like its keeping him alive. The manger was a nice guy but admitted he known everything we said and nothings been down.

Rooms are pretty basic but Ok, The Showers do need a revamp with upto date shower heads in them in the Normal rooms. The upgraded rooms are very nice with a modern shower

  • Anthony Moscrop

The location of the hotel was a bit far away from the main London attractions however it was accessible by 30-40 bus or tube journey. However, many useful places are around the hotel, a Tesco express is on the ground floor, McDonald's, KFC and Costa are all within walking distance. It was very clean and my room was a good size. The bathroom was clean and modern. It was perfect for a one night stay. Space to hang clothes was confined to 6 hangers in the corner of the room, this may not have been enough if we stayed longer.

  • Vahid J R

Staying one night in this (hotel?!) was an nightmare. Unbelievably the hotel didn’t have A/C at all!!!! In this weather condition (35c) they only gave us a small fan and we couldn’t stay in the hotel at all. During the night it wasn’t any better and the whole night my family and I couldn’t sleep. The worst was morning afternoon in the restaurant we couldn’t eat because of heat. Surprisingly, the reception was extremely cool and nice and the staff were sitting there enjoying the A/C!!! Only for staff, not for guests.

  • Adrian Clarke

Can't fault this place. The staff are lovely and happy to help. The location is perfect, plenty of food places on the doorstep. A Tesco underneath the hotel. Car park is nice and secure. Rooms are clean and tidy. It's a Travelodge, so don't expect absolute luxury, but the rooms are clean, tidy, the beds comfortable and the showers are great. As a workman I stay in a lot of Travelodges, and this one's a personal fav as the staff are always great. Room 419 is easily the best, the shower in 419 is amazing.

  • Chloe Webber

Awful! We stayed for two nights, our ‘upgraded’ room on the third floor. The whole building smelt of drugs, we only had one towel, the coffee machine was dirty with dust and hair in it, we had no extra pillows, the room was really dirty, and the key card only worked for one night. There was absolutely no Covid enforcement and it seemed more like some sort of drug rehabilitation centre. Would never stay with travelodge again.

Where to start, the hotel is good. The parking is not too bad but is not run by the hotel it is a separate company. The rooms are really basic but we only needed it for a base. The bed was not comfortable but that might just me! The hotels location is a 10 minute walk from the cricklewood train station and then it is one stop to an underground station. We didn't use the restaurant or bar, shop I am not able to say about that. There is a Tesco extra right underneath the hotel, so that comes really handy.

  • Katie Mythen

It’s handy for us when we work very close. You get what you pay for. But the cleaners are very rude. We payed for late Check out and man just walked into my room and was very rude even after I payed for the late check out. They have no communication in this place. Instead of asking reception they think it’s ok just to open doors and walk in.

Clean room and tidy rooms. No bath mats so floor was soaked after a shower. No air con but had fans. Which were filled with dust, so when we put it on the room was then filled with dust. Unfortunately the service was rubbish. Asked for extra towels didn't come. Mugs were not changed when towels were. Won't be using this travelodge again

Stayed for 4 nights and slept through 0 of them. With the windows closed and a pillow over my head it was still stupidly loud all night, every night. Beds were very uncomfortable. Several guests complained it was far too hot. There's a clear hobo issue in the parking lot. Parking is owned by a company the hotel won't touch, no ticket machines work and the contact number barely works. Had to pay via an app that no-one mentioned. The entire hotel needs a decent scrub down.

The hotel itself is great, staff great and rooms great. Only gets a 3 star though as 3 Asian men attempted to rob me right outside the door as I returned 10pm. Great hotel, just keep your eyes open and be careful. I will stay again. I never got hurt and they gave up and ran off. Staff offered to call police but I declined. Overground and underground services a 10 min walk up the road and a great witherspoon 5 mins away. Stayed 3 times now and will stay again.

  • Daisy Clark

absolutely terrible, do not recommend brother called mum mental but the only mental thing was the spring sticking out the bed. never had a worse experience, nearly left at 3am but gave up and went back to bed lol. honestly would prefer going back to prison for a month than another one night stay here. shower pressure is atrocious and was like when you need a wee but not quite there yet. i would sooner sleep in the shower than the bed as both feel the same

  • Darren Holland

Cheap hotel, usual standard that you would expect for a Travelodge. Some rooms were recently refurbished by the looks of it, others then appeared to be slightly tired. There was onsite car parking. There is a bus stop over the road which is also served by the night bus from the city centre. There is a tube stop, Kilburn Station, which is roughly a mile down the road. We walked but you could easily get the bus. There is a Tesco and other shops nearby.

  • Salvo S

Awful stay: the hotel is dirty and the housekeeping service is totally missing: they never cleaned up the room during all the stay (only the lady day, when It was useless). The corridor of my floor was full of dirt and soil and they never cleaned It up. My mattress was broken and I report all above to the receptionist but they didnt care at all. I stayed in this hotel one night. I wasn't impressed at all. The room was cold and smelled damp (very strong smell), handwash empty. The reception staff were unfriendly, unprofessional and seemed to behave like they own the place. Decent rom on the silent floor. Could have used a hoover before offering it to guests as pretty dirty carpet with small stones and whatnot there’s on shoes of previous guests. Room is sound proofed however the door is not so throughout the night you could hear noisy neighbours and the non stop slamming of doors that kept interrupting the sleep. Rough area in the evening so unless you have business here, you may want to look for alternatives.

  • Wl Ml

The room was not very clean I found a lot of hairs in the bathroom, also there was no shower gel refilled in the bathroom. The room did have a good view of London however and staff were friendly but overall I wouldn't stay there again or recommend.

Good value hotel with convenient parking on site (£8 for 24 hours). Breakfast was standard Travelodge fair, not as extensive as the offering at Premier Inn but fine. Only real criticism of the room was that it didn't have air conditioning, which was pretty stifling during the heatwave. That and the TVs are tiny for such a big room!

Had to hunt for a member of staff to check us in. Booked and paid in advance for a Super room - got put into a standard room which was cold and noisy. Window didn't seal properly. No control of room heating. Corridor strewn with litter. In the interest of fairness, two stars given for comfortable bed, good temperature shower, and apologetic check in staff member who was clearly embarrassed about her employer's over-booking policy.

  • Gilly Clark

Ewwwwwww. One point as the staff were lovely but the place itself was horrid. The room itself was ok but no airconditioning and it was like staying in the pit of hell it was so hot. People wandering corridoors looking for fans of which there were non available. The basement car parks were disgustingly filthy so bad I didnt want to leave my car there. Not a pleasant experience

Very helpful staff in all ways. Compact, clean superior room with nice extras and a very comfortable bed. Secure parking is extra but worth it to avoid driving in London. Overground railway 5 minutes away takes you to St. Pancras and King's Cross and there are frequent buses nearby and a handy Tesco next door. It's the staff who make it excellent.

Stayed at the front part of the hotel, which was on Cricklewood Broadway. The room it self was fine but extremely hot, with mo hest on. All the staff that we came across were polite and courteous

Nice quite hotel, rooms were somewhat clean, could of done with a hoovering. Other than that the only down side was how hot the room was. Could open window but only slightly and no air con so had to make do with a fan which hotel provided. Think it may have something to do with the tescos underneath hotel as it wasn't that warm outside. Comfy bed, clean bathroom.

This hotel was a very bad experience for me and my family because the manager Gabriella of the hotel was rude several times and spoke rudely and bullied, and I think she is a sick person and not a good person.I will never choose this hotel to stay again and I suggest everyone not to come to this hotel again‌

  • Adrian W

Supposedly a new build hotel even though the lifts seem outdated. Understandably england is not known for its heat but over summer with heights of 32 degrees; no room at this hotel had air conditioning. Instead noisy fans were provided and window locks to prevent you from opening it wider than a few inches.

  • Kevin Wray

Great place to stay if looking for somewhere a bit cheaper than central London. Easily get into the centre via the bus a few minutes walk to the bus stop, or the tube 20 mins walk or again the bus to the tube station. Parking available on site at very reasonable rate. Will definitely stay again if need to.

I stayed three days and nobody serviced my room. When I left they informed me that if you don't request this by hanging a sign on your door it's not done. I'd have appreciated it if they'd told me this when I arrived. Otherwise it's ok. There is no free parking, and the brekkie is overpriced, but it's ok.
