Una delle attività che consigliamo vivamente a tutti i turisti italiani e non di fare a Praha, una volta terminati i noti giri all'interno della splendida città, é quella di noleggiare una bici e scoprire i bellissimi dintorni, in facilissime e organizzatissime ciclabili lungo la Moldava e oltre. Non serve essere atleti o allenati, i percorsi sono adatti a tutti e quasi sempre in piano, infatti scoprirete dei paesaggi affascinanti, la vera Cekia e tanta gentilezza, oltre a migliaia di persone che corrono, pedalano, fanno qualsiasi attività sportiva, vecchi giovani, famiglie, grassi e magri... In tutto questo George può aiutarvi egregiamente, fornendo buone biciclette a prezzi onestissimi, in una posizione ottimale per iniziare ciclabile e con tanti consigli e simpatia ( p.S. parla un ottimo italiano).. fatevi furbi, seguite il mio consiglio.

Hervorragend!!! Wir haben für unsere Gruppe von 25 Personen Fahrräder für einen Tag benötigt und bekamen sie hier zu einem guten Preis mit erstklassigem Service. Die Reservierung lief im Vorfeld unkompliziert per Mail und das sogar auf Deutsch (George ist praktischerweise in Deutschland aufgewachsen). Die Fahrräder wurden sogar schon auf die Größen unserer Gruppen eingestellt (hatte vorab eine Liste geschickt), so dass die Abholung wirklich zügig verlief. Mit guten Tipps für unsere Route hatten wir dann einen tollen Tag ohne Pannen, aber vielen schönen Eindrücken. Ich kann den Fahrradverleih daher uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten City-Trip nach Prag definitiv wieder hier mein Rad leihen. Herzlichen Dank und Gruß aus Berlin!!!

Now about this rental store : 1.The guy's name is George, he is a nice fellow and he can advice you in anything you'd like to know about Prague and its surroundings. 2.The are lots of bicycles, in good condition and for different purposes. You can travel for one day around a city or you can go for a few day trip - in any case you will find a right bicycle for it. 3.The price is 250 Czech crowns (10 euro) per day for any bicycle there. MUCH CHEAPER than anything else we've found. 4.You can also have a locker if you want .No additional price for it. Thank you George for everything:)

I had great bike renting experience with George! I wanted to rent a trekking bike for the next day at weekend. we had smooth communication via email and WhatsApp. I came on Sunday, George already waited for me with a smile :) I received the perfect bike for me and for the type of trip I wanted to do. George made sure the bikes were comfortable before I left- they were great! New, comfortable, light. Pricing is more than reasonable, esp. compare to other, more famous, places in Prague. Location is also great, esp.when coming back with the train to Prague-Smichov. Returning of the bike was easy and smooth as well. Overall, 5 stars experience, best renting I had in the city! Very good experience, highly recommended company! We took a bike tour between Prague and Dresden, rented 10 bikes for 7 days. Almost all the bikes were completely new or at least in a very good condition properly serviced. George, the owner was super helpful, he gave us useful info and recommendations, responded to every email and question very quickly, everything was smooth and well organized. He also arranged for us a pick up service from Dresden so we did not need to take the bikes back by train. On the top of that, he delivered the bikes into our apartment on the 1st day of our tour. He really offers door to door service and finds smart solutions to every request! Our expectations were 100% fulfilled.

I had an excellent experience with Transphere bike rentals! The price was great, (you won't find a better price in Prague) the bike was great, and the owner was full of really excellent advice. He helped me find good food, good sights to see, and helped me get to the train station when I needed it. I will definitely use this shop again the next time I am in Prague, and I will recommend it to friends and family. Pro-tip! If he recommends that you take your bike on the other side of the river and go on a nice long bike path, do it! It is so beautiful and is an excellent way to get away from the crowds in the big city. I was in Prague for 6 weeks working on a play and needed a bike to get around. I have arthritis in both hips and walking long distances on the uneven cobblestones can become painful, wheels take some of the pressure off. George was super helpful! He allowed me to try a few bikes out to see which was most comfortable and gave me a good rate for the long time period. He also recommended some great cafes, bars and restaurants that are off the beaten tourist path. I would definitely recommend this service, and look forward to returning to Prague again this fall (with one new hip!) and riding around on one of his cool vintage bikes.

At late notice we organized a bike trip from Prague to Breclav; and none of it would have been possible without George’s assistance and incredible service. We hired four bikes, along with panniers, helmets, etc in Prague and took the bus to Cesky Krumlov, before cycling to Breclav over a number of days through some incredible scenery. We met George in Breclav where we exchanged the bikes with luggage that had been delivered from Prague, before catching the train to Vienna. George knew his stuff and was happy to help with all the questions we had. We would all highly recommend hiring bikes with him.

The owner (not sure if we spoke with staff or owner) was very easygoing and helpful. He suggested to take a long ride outside Prague toward the most beautiful castle in this region. Our initial plan was to go there on Saturday but it was a rainy day. We came and ask if we can return bikes and use them on Sunday instead. No worries, he said. This guy is full of good suggestions - he told us to visit Farmer Market, an interesting place to go on Saturday. Overall, this is not a typical renting bike place but much more. P.S. rental prices are best in town.

Check out George and Vadims Bike Rental place. They have a bunch of decent Bikes for all purposes. We got two Bikes (250 kr each / per day) and they were satisfying and a lot cheaper than the other places we checked. George hit us up with a nice route and we enjoyed a sunny day in Prague by bike. We enjoyed it a lot and we got to see a lot of things which were unreachable by foot. We got the bikes on a Sunday when streets are more quiet and the bike drivers enjoy more freedom, which is recommendable, but you surely enjoy Prague by bike any day.

The owner, George, is a very friendly and helpful guy who tries his best to accomplish your desire to get a bike in Prague. In particular, I rented different vintage race bikes: he has many of them, as he loves this kind of bikes. One very nice thing is that you have the possibility to rent your favorite bike for 24h (not simply from the morning to the evening). Prices are cheap as no other place in Prague. I know that George also offers guided bike tours of the city, which I never took, preferring to ride to the countryside.

The cheapest bikes in the town. Pleasant owners and a huge variety of bicycles for your choice. We took two city bikes and were very pleased. The hosts were waiting for us in the morning and even came a little earlier, so as not to waste our time. The deposit for bicycles is not large and you can leave it in any currency if you do not want to change money. We left a 20 euro deposit for 1 bike. The rent itself will cost you 250 CZK per day for one bike.

Highly recommendable! We rented two bikes for one day and only paid the amount that you pay elsewhere for ONE HOUR. George, the owner, is a very nice and helpful guy. He told us the best routes, local breweries and a lot more things that we needed to know to have a great day on the vehicles. The bikes are not new but nice vintage bikes in a good and save condition. We liked them because we felt like locals biking around and not obviously tourists :))

This is an excellent place to rent a bike in Prague. We rented bikes for a group of six people. The owner is very friendly. He made sure that everyone in the group had a bike according to their preferences. When a tire popped on one of the rented bikes 10 km away from the rental store, the owner immediately responded and came in 30 minutes with a replacement bike. That saved our weekend trip. I definitely recommend this bike rental place!

Friendly and helpful service. We contacted George at Transphere bike rentals a few weeks before our trip to Prague. He was always prompt, helpful and informative with his email replies and went the extra mile to rent a bike from another company to ensure our daughter had a bike the right size. To top it off George rode our proposed trail the day before we hired our bikes to ensure we had up to date info on the route. Fantasic.

Not the typical bike rental. Bike store clerks are known to be rude and impatient, George is not. With a large array of bikes and a thorough knowledge of Prague George not only gave us very nice bikes for a good price but also some great tips that you won't find on trip advisor. Excellent experience! The owner was so helpful and accommodating. We showed up without a reservation and he was able to rent us very nice bikes for the day. He also made several attempts at adjusting my seat as I am quite short. We wanted to get outside the city and he offered us great advice on where to go and even provided us with a biking map. It was my third visit to Prague and I decided to do try out some of those awesome cycling roads situated across the city. After doing some research on where to rent a bike I somehow stumbled upon George and his startup company. I have biked A LOT (Prague and the areas around it are great for biking) and whenever I needed maintenance on a bike or a flat tire fixed I got help swiftly.
