Horrible sales experience. They hardly want to explain available ranges and brands. All they do is ask for your price range and show one within it and not even try to sell you anything other than that. They won't bother explaining or suggesting cycles based on your ask or requirement. The employees are more interested in chatting with each other than answering customer queries. No discounts what so ever or accessories included unless you ask for it. Prices are bumped up by 3-5k from online and other stores. I am honestly surprised how they've been in business for so long in this locality.

It's a good place to buy cycles and accessories in this location. Also the owner himself is the person who explains everything about the cycles. They have frog, mach city, phantom, bsa, hercules and many other brands. They suggest you the best cycle within your budget. Servicing is also done here for all brands and they guy who do the service has sufficient knowledge on the cycle repair. Mr. Srinivas himself ride the cycle everyday. It's located near to Bagalgunte bus stop, just opposite and it is located in the main road itself and has sufficient bike and minimum car parking.

Very bad servicing they quote very very high price for spare parts and do not even have experienced people to repair the cycles please do not go there to repair your old cycle . They mentioned 2500 for a specific part when I called the company service outlet it was 650 rs . Later when i took it to company authorized service center they mentioned that it can be repaired and it costed just 350 rs ,this is just looting customers because they make use of our innocence be cautious please check at least 2 to 3 times with other service centers.

Not interested to give any rating but atleast one star required to reflect their loot during servicing of bicycles. They ment only to loot in the name of poor quality bicycles. They cheet by declaring good working parts by telling damaged and needed to be replace that to only after you left bike for servicing.Then they replace good one by poor quality parts by collecting original parts rates and not give warranty also.They are no. one arogunt misbehaving cheeter and looter of Bagalagunte.

When I bought my cycle the shop keeper didn't even know there will be different frame sizes & he was pushing me to buy a L size where as i wanted M size. They need to know atleast that much or atleast hire someone who knows basic things about cycles n stuff. Apart from that i got a good product with very good price. Satisfied.. but could have definitely been a better experience! Hence the 3 stars..

Owner is very rude and arrogant to talk to. Had bought a cycle which developed some defects in a few days,took for repair as they claim 3 months warranty but they did not repair it upto the expectation and did not address the issue instead spoke very arrogantly as if they are doing a favour by repairing the cycle. Would not recommend this shop.

Visited here last week, had a good experience, the sales representative was very informative and friendly, he explained each and everything that i have asked him, they have almost all cycles according to our budget, prices are little on higher side, but can be negotiated, overall i think it's a good and trustworthy shop for buying cycles.

Not really impressed with the customer interaction .Quite arrogant while responding to customers and they themselves decide what suits the customer(this often depends on what they have and say only that fits the customer) and they market only that and don’t even care what customer asks.

The person even before taking cycle and asking tells you. He will be doing stuffs like this and charges. You don even feel like talking further with such arrogant and head weight persons. Customers cannot compromise with such people.

Improvement is needed in kinda like customer service communication nd there the service has to be progressive not expensive. So yeah that's mine go nd experience how it'll be...!

No varieties of items, prices too high. Did a mistake buying helmet and bottle cage from there, paid extra 800/-. Not recommended to buy any accessories.

Good experience. Wide range of bicycles available. They also conduct cycling trips every 2nd and 4th Sunday. They'll provide cycles for hire.
