I came here a week before my breast augmentation under the recommendation of my surgeon, Dr Theo Birch, to get 2 compression bras for my surgery/recovery. The moment I walked in, these ladies were so helpful, straight to the point and just amazing all around. Immediately they knew who Theo Birch was and knew EXACTLY which bra I needed according what he requires his patients to use. The pricing was extremely reasonable considering the quality of the product and the ladies there that day (I'm so sorry I've forgotten your names), fitted me and I walked out with two Pamela bras. Now that I'm post surgery, I am extra grateful I came here to get my bras. I was originally considering just getting them from amazon to save money, but my god the bras from here are such incredible quality. DO NOT skimp out and get them elsewhere, come here, you'll get fitted perfectly and the bras are such amazing quality. I don't think the recovery would be anywhere near as comfortable as it is so far if I hadn't bought the bras from here. Thank you so so so much.

I had my first mastectomy January 2020. I attended the Tracey G store at Maroochydore to be fit with a prosthesis. I then had my other breast removed June 2020. Returning to the store at Maroochydore the girls there fitted me with a matching prosthesis and kitted me out with beautiful bras and some everyday singlets. Now I am about to undergo reconstruction and have returned to Tracey G at East Brisbane to get my compression garments for surgery because they came so highly recommended to improve recovery. Every single time I have attended a Tracey G store I have found the staff to be so warm and friendly. They are respectful but down to earth. They have guided me through government rebates. They have listened to me regarding my lifestyle and made recommendations accordingly. There is literally not a single thing that I could fault with the service I have received at TraceyG's. These are lovely compassionate women who have made a very challenging time in my life that much easier. Thankyou to you all

I am currently at the Mater Public hospital after having double mastectomy and DIEP. OMG I was in so much pain with the cheap bra someone recommended so Jen, the breast care nurse, called Tracey G store at East Brisbane to come to my rescue and boy they went above and beyond. They were here the next morning and what a difference. The service was amazing as I couldn’t go anywhere so they came to me and fitted me with the right size compression bra. Like going from a Daihatsu to top of the range Audi. I am so comfortable now and cannot recommend them enough. It is so important we get it right as we only have one shot and the service. Professionalism and great products is worth every cent. I am so glad Jen reached out for me and saved the day because the extra dollars I had to spend for quality and fitting right, made my recovery so much more comfortable. Ladies this shop is a must if you are having surgery!

Every woman should experience this service and quality of bra fitting at least once her life. I was unsure about going to Tracey G as I am just a regular bra fitting (10G) desperate for something comfortable (not pre or post mastectomy). I have had bra fittings elsewhere but nothing that compares to Tracey G. I've never had anyone just look at me and know what size I would be. The service was amazing and the fitting was exactly right on the first try. Time was spent to ensure that the fit was exactly right and I tried on options to see if the first pick could be bettered. The service that I was extended (by Renee) was very respectful and the process was not awkward at all. I've been wearing the bras for over a month, and they are surprisingly comfortable - even on very long days. I can't recommend Tracey G enough. I'll never go anywhere else again.

Hi Tracey, I came in and I must say I’ve never been touched by such kindness in all my life. Jeanie, what a beautiful caring kind human being. I came in feeling a bit stressed and worried and overwhelmed cause I get embarrassed so easily with my medical issues on show. Jeanie knew exactly what I needed with out much input needed from me thank goodness, sorted me out, helped me to get changed, sewed up and changed the bras I bought so they wouldn’t undo, even sewed and changed my old uncomfortable bra I came in with. I went home floating on a cloud, I can’t remember the last time I felt like that. I had been reluctant to do anything about buying new lingerie after my mastectomy over 3 months ago, and had no idea what to do about swimming again, let alone prosthetics; but Kris, at Tracey G Maroochydore, immediately put me at ease and helped me find items that fitted well, even a pair of swimmers that I just love! She went 'above and beyond,' in helping me to claim the cost of a prosthesis from Medicare, and even inquired about funding from the Cindy MacKenzie Foundation to pay for the rest of my items! I had no idea there was so much help available for breast cancer/post mastectomy patients on the Sunshine Coast. Needless to say I will definitely be buying all my lingerie from there in future. In a day and age when people are very self conscious about appearance and image, I can't thank the team enough at Tracey G for helping my mother through a very tough period. After her second diagnosis of breast cancer it was decided she had to have a mastectomy and have her breast removed. This is where the team at Tracey G came into play. They were so helpful with mum and assisting her with getting the right products and sizes so she could feel the same and not feel like people were staring at her. To see mum still with a smile on her face is what keeps me going, and I have the team at Tracey G to thank for that. Thanks for doing such an amazing job.

This is THE PLACE to go if you’re looking for post-mastectomy bras! I took my mum to get fitted for a bra after having a mastectomy a couple of months ago. Renee and Jeanie were amazing, quickly finding some comfortable bras and a prosthetic for mum, and also doing the Medicare paperwork for the prosthetic. It was a 5-star experience - with compassionate and down to earth service! They have a large range of bras and swimwear, so I decided to get fitted and buy a few everyday bras and sports bras too! And if they don’t have stock, they will order in stock for you. Plus we found street parking right in front of the shop. Highly recommend!!

It is always a stressful time for me when purchasing a new prosthesis and bras- even after 20 years! Renee and Jeanie understood my concerns and were helful and compassionate and I loved their advice and reasoning behind it. We also managed a few laughs along the way. A great range of stock and from the big range of prosthetics I was able to try 3 different ones and a number of bras. One colour I wanted was not available in store so it will be posted out to me. I didn't feel rushed and was encouraged to retry prosthetics and bras until I was completely happy. Feeling like a new women tonight. Many thanks ladies. I certainly will return!

Visited Tracey G Prosthetics on Friday and from the moment I walked into the shop I was looked after beautifully. I needed some prosthesis, I had no idea what was involved. I was shown some bras and fitted and then given some prosthesis. With the staff member's experience it took no time at all. I was also given an explanation of how to claim on Private Health. Had an absolutely incredible service today at Tracey G! The ladies were incredibly supportive, helpful and gave great advice in a friendly, judgement-free atmosphere. Almost instantly picked out my true size just by looking and I have walked away with better posture, minimised back pain and 3 bras I that I will now treat as if they were my own children lol. Went in to pick up my post op bras for my breast reduction and the ladies were super friendly and instantly welcoming! Quick and efficient without making me feel like they were rushing me out the door and really knowledgeable!

My mother Merle attended today. She found the lovely ladies very kind, helpful, had lots of knowledge. They had a wonderful range of lingerie and couldnt do enough to make sure I had what I wanted. I will definitely be back!
