Very bad service,I drove my Vigo v6 there for maintenance because I was having gear shifting problem and after 3 days they said to me that it has to be changed but we don't have a new shifter available right now,you would have to import it from Japan,then they gave me the receipt of 26000rs. Well,one day later I went there again and told them,what have done to my vehicle,its engine noise is changed, they did there general chekup for 6000 and told me that your vehicles 4*4 is also stuck but don't worry we can easily repair it and the cost of repairing is around 9000,but i declined and demanded to give my vehicle back because you people r cheaters and fraudsters nothing more........

Excellently managed by Mr. Shujaat Sherwani, he is undoubtedly a dynamic and a very intelligent business man. He has hired an efficient team who knows how to deal with a variety of customers. I always wish them all the best In addition to the car business, Mr. Sherwani is also engaged in tree plantation in the city. I strongly recommend my circle to pay a visit there if they are interested in buying new or a certified used vehicle. On the other hand, their maintenance service and up gradation charges are high, they should lower their accessories cost. Worst experience ever. We bought a car from Toyota Highway Motors and at the time of selling, sales staff committed us to facilitate during process of vehicle transfer but after full payment + extra charges to facilitate us for transfer of veihcle they refused what they commmited. Not recommend buying car from Toyota Highway Motors. They don't facilitate you after their vehicle is sold.Their response and behaviour becomes ignorant after selling you the vehicle Very irresponsible staff and poor services. They are fraudsters and cheaters with no respect for customers Pathetic service. Poor client dealing.

Good place, but they need to do things in default rather than the customer input, i had an average experience of first service at 1000km, as said by the staff all nuts and bolts will be checked and free wash of car but unfortunately the bolts of all seats were lose even i said them to tight them up, there was little noise from left door but no action taken yes the wash quality was satisfactory. No road test was taken to check the noises inside the cabin. I would have given 2 stars for services offered but due to nice and clean place inside i have given 3 stars. They need to improve.

Really disappointed from immature unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour of their staff and especially management. They waste people time and money on such irresponsible and irrogant teamI have call Toyota highway motors multiple time but they didn't receive it and when i reached there they said plz wait i have waited for more then 45 minutes but didn't solve my issue and the staff repeatedly and irrogantly says that you to booked appointment first then to come.

This showroom is one of best showroom of royota company at Karachi as there several others located in rushy aralea of city with less or no parking...moreover their workshop is also best is capacity and service...you can buy used cars from here as there are several options readily available there unlike other toyota showrooms...while new cars are also mostly available at any time to look and purchase at your own choice and timings.....

They have almost all necessary units to maintain your car. They have a sale and purchase department as well You can also get your car glass coated from the experts of Toyota Highway Motors. They officially have the dealership of Toyota, so you can trust them with your car.

I got delivery from Toyota highway my experience was ok staff was good & friendly but one thing i noticed they impose their choices to the customer & also insist you to get add on accessories for your vehicle on higher price. (what i have observed). Overall it was okie kinda experience.
