For one of our company directors' international business trip, we purchased a flight ticket(Round Trip) through Tourister plan, Bangalore, for the very first time. At the time of return from DEL to BLR, the airlines had asked the director to be seated in economic class due to some internal issue, while the ticket purchased was for business class. We asked for a refund of the balance amount as we did not use the service for what we had paid. Ilayarani C and her team had put in so much effort and ensured we got a refund. It was almost a fight for three months with the airlines to get a complete refund without any commission/service charges being deducted. It was nice to associate with this company. On our very first approach, we got such good service.

It was such a excellent experience in the trip we would thank Mr Charles and Mr Rajkumar to helping us in each and every step in the journey night departure was on time immediately We reached tirupati the room was ready on time. Room was marvellous cleaned and with hot water.and we reached morning tirumala we got darshan pass immediately without waiting time finally darshana was on time. And return ticket also has booked on time it's was such a great experience with the time we definitely recommend the tourister plan..
