The simplest of things. Walking in at 8.30pm on Sunday and asking for a single bag of chips - July 2022. Cost - 3.60euro. Compared to 2.50euro in next chipper along the road in Inchicore. Verdict - Overpriced by 44%. I'd handed over a note already before they told me the price and returned change otherwise I would have rejected it and gone elsewhere. I know, I know, but I wanted chips, and had good experience of this place as being ok in the past. Quality - Fine, made from normal home cut potatoes. The most basic expectation of a Dublin chipper really. Volume of chip - Fine. Not too small. Not too big of a portion. Definitely nothing to write home about, and definitely not the 44% over price more than a normal chipper. Definitely felt small by the price. Service - Middling to poor. Priority of staff was to phone or internet orders and delivery drivers standing behind counter (should I worry about HACCP?) rather than the customer in front of them at the counter. Speed of order was ok. Salt and vinegar? "Double shot of vinegar please, instead of salt" I asked for. The smallest dash of vinegar was added, asked for more vinegar saying no salt instead, a second tiny shot of vinegar. Verdict - only two bites of chips in entire portion that had any taste of vinegar, I was really looking for and trying to find. Very very poor. Will I go back- No. Overall verdict - Hugely over priced by 44% compared to next chipper in Inchicore, service poor face to face, and very penny pinching cheep on the vinegar. Stars - one star for the minimum of providing cooked potatoes and not much else. Disappointed.

One 9f 2 Italian chippers in Inchicore, qell worth the visit if ya like your chipper chips. Curry sauce , fried chicken and taco chips are beautiful as inspired regular bag of chips. Onion rings are yummy and I loved their chicken fillet kebab! Well worth the visit.

Found 4 short black HAIRS wrapped around one bag of chips, absolutely Discusting I rang to let the shop know to get a response of "this can happen" I repeated 3 times of what he said he just said yes yes this can happen shocked is an under statement. The manager also rang me back to replace my food but no thanks never will step foot in tonis again such a shame as it is usually lovely food but the response alone of there employee is unacceptable. If SO MANY HAIRS are found in one bag of chips i wouldn't want to take a chance on anything else. Inchicore branch.

Never again will I purchase from this takeaway. I have had many delivery issues with them in that past which is one thing but I have found HAIR in the food THREE TIMES now. Absolutely disgusting. Thick dark black/greying hair actually wrapped around the chips. Found one in a chip kebab wrapped around chips and covered in sauce. VILE. I should have taken a picture because no doubt the management will deny this but I was so repulsed that I just had to throw the food away. You have lost a number of long term loyal customers as a result.

We’ve been ordering from Tonis ever since we discovered this place. It’s close to our home and I genuinely think is one of the best takeaways I’ve had. We mainly order burgers /pizza and the chips, and we really enjoy it, so can’t really speak about other things… My husband thinks the staff is lovely and have a great environment (he’s the one who always collects the food)! In conclusion, good stuff!

Food terrible, service appalling. Was in there last week and I was furious waiting 40 minutes for my food. They were very busy, but not for the foot fall. They were preparing food for everyone ordering online except customers in the shop. The chicken portions were so hard I needed an axe to get them open. And I loved that chippy till this this crowd took it over. And I'm not the only one complaining about them.

Unreliable service and no benefit at all to ordering online. Order wasn't ready until 45 minutes after the time given in the email and 1 hour after placing the order!! Staff are extremely rude and actively ignore attempts to get their attention. When we asked for an update as we were waiting so long, there wasn't even an apology. Food was cold. This has happened a number of times now. Terrible customer service.

I am inviting you to discover Toni's best pizzas sutuated in the heart of Dublin . They do the best real Italien pizzas with all Fresh ingredients. They have a large choice of pizzas including children taste. They have that business from father to son for over 40 years. They are well respected and integrated in the community and so friendly with all customers. You surely will not regret it ! All welcome.

We ordered the Cappriciosa's flavour and it was horrible, salty with too many capers in. Aliche it's already a salty ingredient such as cheese as well, so, the combination should be well balanced. I couldn't understand why who made our pizza put in extra, extra capers. It was impossible to eat, no taste, only salt. Customer service (staff) more or less, valuate lower than expected.

Was holding a corporate event in our office with guests over from the UK. Delivery was exactly on time and really hot. Food selection on the platters was amazing along with the pizzas. Everyone was impressed. Very friendly easy people to deal with. Nothing was a problem. Would recommend for corporate events or any event.

Food was good, but what really lets this place down is how dirty it is. In front of the shop cigarette buds everywhere and rubbish. They don’t even collect the rubbish left by their own clients. No bin outside. Very poor impression of the shop.

Toni's Woodfired pizza is what we've all been waiting for in the area. It is nothing less that MEGA SUPER TASTY DELUXE. Take it from an old pizza dude..it's class. Great chips and battered sausage too..and onion rings mother of divine holy jazes it's all good.

Absolutely terrible, ordered on just eat at 08:20 and its now 11:00 and still no sign of the food. Don't take orders if you can't get it out on time, shocking, won't be ordering from here again

Always stop at tonis when visiting Dublin but was there last week and again tonight and got a quarter pounder and for the second time they forgot to put cheese on it and I was charged for it . But the food is always great

The oil was dripping off my pizza it was soggy and cold by far the worst pizza I have ever got I rang up and they didn't want to know stay away from that place for pizza it was disgusting

Need grease remover to clear the grease from my mouth. Burger was tasty but top an bottom bun were in bits and all torn so the quarter pounder was extremely messy to eat. Won't be back
