Worst experience. My wife had a botox treatment exactly 30 days back. She wanted to go for keratin treatment, but the stylist suggested to go for botox treatment and showed the price list and recommended a package for 20,000 which we paid. They wanted to pay the package first, then only they said they would start the service,which is a worst customer service experience and I dont understand what they are thinking of. After her hair wash, the hair became very dry and worst. Am not sure what products you guys are using. The stylist was not professional, I don't wanted to mention her name. She said she is a top stylist, which made us more irritated. The receptionist guy the first day he greeted and after that he didn't even bother when we walked in exactly 23 days back for my wife's hair spa and haircut after the botox treatment which was also of no use expect our valuable money and time got wasted. Please don't cheat customers who are coming believing you. We see your good reviews and come 18kms away from our residence and you guys provide such a pathetic service. And please don't recruit unprofessional staff and damage your reputation. Really a very worst and pathetic first time experience at Toni and guy. The Toni and guy at HSR layout are doing a great job. Fed up and disappointed with you guys. Two weeks back the person at the front desk called and promised that the issue will be resolved after some approvals. It's been more than 2 weeks now. Do you guys have a basic courtesy to again call back and update on the same. What are you guys up to.

Worst salon ever! NEVER EVER go to this place. First they loot you even when you're not interested for their packages. And then they lie saying they didn't until we show the proof. 1) They looted me a full Rs 15000/- even when I was not interested. They did a keratin treatment for me which not only spoilt my hair but also caused other health issues like acne, hairfall, roughness of skin, dandruff. They gave false reasons for that and when asked for a refund they didn't even get back. They said they'll refund and now no response from the so called owner EGA. They speak so rudely like we work for them. 2) they gave us conditioner with the seal being opened. 3) they add you into random WhatsApp group without your consent and argue that they didn't and upon showin proof they say it's a mistake. 4) the employees there are so rude that they use harsh words on us like we don't know how to use. It's better to take treatment from local salons who are even trustworthy than these people. Stop telling people to reach out to Ega or Bilal because when I'm reaching out to you, there's no response from your end when you promised to give me the refund. I've messaged and called several times and I will attach the proof for same if needed. Marking these comments inappropriate won't help in anyway. Do not say I'm not your customer/ I've contacted the wrong branch. I know which branch I'm dealing with.

TLDR: If you are a guy expecting an actual stylist with hairdressing experience, stay away. I will have to go to another place to fix what they did to my hair. 1200 bucks and one hour down the drain for a "top stylist". Now the review: I came here around 5pm expecting a hair cut but also a professional experience. After I told them what I wanted, they suggested that I take their "Top Stylist", which is their second tier of stylist. The price is around 1200 including taxes. The wait time was about 15 minutes, and I was prepared to wait to get a good haircut. So far, everything was fine. However the person who cut my hair seemed like he has never done it before. My hair is now butchered. It is cut extremely poorly and unevenly on the right side and back. I waited for the next day to see if this would settle but it only looks worse now. In addition... It took close to one hour for this haircut! Perhaps the longest I can remember getting in the last 3 decades. He was a nice guy but did not have the requisite experience. For 1200 bucks you expect an experienced professional but this was not that. The result is I will have to go to another place and spend even more money to fix this. Another thing: They are branded Toni & Guy but they don't offer a single Toni & Guy product in store. The hair wash was done with Wella SP.

I did botox hair treatment last year October and the results were exceptionally good. However, again I decided to do Keratin in August and never seen worse results for Keratin treatment. I have long hair, my hair is more frizzy after Keratin treatment and it doesn't even look like I have done some hair treatment. Even after I blow dry or straighten, my hair turns frizzy after few minutes. The whole point of doing Keratin treatment was to manage my frizzy hair without having to spend hour blow drying or straightening which is now a waste. When I did botox, my hair started to turn slightly wavy after 4 months. It's only been 10days since I did my hair treatment and my hair is already wavy and frizzy like it's been a year and I'm using the products recommended by them. 3 star review is only because on the first botox treatment I did there. If I had to rate for the Keratin treatment, I wouldn't even give 1 rating

Worst servicing. I went in for head Oil massage and Deluxe pedicure. They tried to up sell me to a hair spa. When I refused the upsell, their treatment of me changed. The receptionist alloted a beautician to me, the beautician probably just didn't want to work with me. The beautician gave me the worst massage with her nails poking into my scalp. I said I wamted a gentle head massage, she got annoyed at it. The oil massage was all over in 15mins. I paid around 1000rs for that! The hair wash was a next level disaster. She didn't towel dry my hair even for a second. Water kept dripping off my hair n she straight away went with dryer. Post pedicure my feet wasn't still clean..and I paid over 1200rs for that. All in all I paid around 2500rs for the worst salon service ever. Even a small salon round the corder would do a much better work.

I visited this place for my first hair maintenance after 1 year & I was nervous about what I am going to do more. But after reaching inside I got some consulting on step by step process to reach my final style which I have shown them. Staffs here were all professionals in this area so I had got more value points on what I should do. As for my maintenance, I was all worried about losing the length but that was also taken care of as my length is not that much reduced after the completed process. At the end of the visit, they also offered some good products that will help me with my current issues like frizziness, dandruff, etc. Overall I enjoyed my first experience with toni& guy and I will like to visit next for more hair care features they have to offer.

We visited this place yesterday with the expectation of exceptional service based on the reviews in google. Unfortunately our experience has not been very positive. The hair color did not match the expectations as it was much lighter than the one chosen. However, the staff - Manjula kept insisting it is the correct one. She started getting irritated and reacting rudely. The hair botox treatment was also done very roughly. Despite spending a bomb at this place there is no satisfaction whatsoever. We are now waiting to go elsewhere and change the hair colour. I assumed that this being an international brand, customer interaction/ service would not be an issue, however I was wrong.

I had a great experience from the beginning itself. Mr Jagdish the store manager guided me well and insisted to get a free consultation before getting straightening done. Their staff Manjula did my straightening and it came out so well. They were very customer friendly and cleared any doubts I had. I have sensitive skin so they adapted to it well and co ordinated . I was advised to come for hair wash after two days and Puneeth helped me with it. He set my hair well and gave instructions how to take care. Overall I would recommend people to visit this salon for a great experience.

Not happy with the service as there is no co ordination among the staff. The appointment was taken for hair wash and haircut for which the quoted amount was low , but the amount was increased after going there. The service also was not satisfactory. Try to be a little precise about the prices when you are informing the customers. In the meanwhile, had a conversation with the concerned person Mr.Bilal who took initiative to set things right for us and it did make us feel better. Thank you for responding so immediately. Hope our next visit will be a better experience.

The place was top of standard, the salon was very clean and well maintained. Ms. Sudhaa, my hair artist, was amazing, very polite, kind, and understandable enough to make a great outcome for my hair color and haircut and also her hands so soft for scalp massage. I would definitely love to visit again for my next hair styling. This place is brilliant. Thank you very much for your service and your kindness. I would say , nail art on my own nails and not even extensions costed me around 3k+ but was not worth the amount. It's been a day and small tiny butterflies glued are already gone. Suggestion - If you don't know how to do like the picture shown please say a no , instead of trying and then make it look completely different and later giving suggestions to cover up , but not initially when the suggestion was asked for . Giving it 3 stars because my feedback was taken seriously and I was listened to and was promised to be rectified.

This was my first time at Toni&Guy and i have to say that it was an amazing experience.The staff is very friendly and the place it’s just beautiful and super clean. I did my hair with Hari and my facial/pedicure with Seema, and I’m so glad I chose them. They are super professional and kind. Did it exactly how I wanted and took their time. Guys so if you need to do your hair/makeup/facial make sure to come to this place and book your appointment with Hari/Seema.

A lady named sangeeta did my pedicure. She was very unprofessional, rude and unhygienic. The way she spoke was very unethical, she cut my toe nail so deep that it is paining so much. She din even clean the pedicure basin properly all the dirt was as it is. She just knew to talk extra things and was being over smart. Please take action against this. I cant believe I gave 2k for this stupid, worthless, painful and untidy pedicure

Pathetic front desk staff, very rude and disrespectful. They always say appointments are full though when you see the chairs are empty and the staff is on the phone. For a simple appointment and membership discounts we have to escalate to mall authorities and area manager. Soft skills training and temper management is the need of the hour for the staff.

It's an excellent and amazing experience I'm amazed with place the staff and the hospitality here management had really improved the way they operate appointment management was very smooth I was immediately accommodated and offered a tea and refreshment by front desk I was consulted with almost accurately and I was provided with exactly what I asked for

Lovely interior!!! Very friendly staff!! Best part!!!! They have a private room for ladies who are shy ,especially (muslim women) !! I got my haircut and hair spa done In a very comfortable way wer i dint have to think about anything!! The stylist also told me about the kinds of lightning they have for different relaxation moods!! This was my first visit to Tony & Guy. I visited the place for a haircut. Pavitra was assigned to be my stylist for the haircut. I explained to her what kind of haircut I was looking forward to and she suggested me what would look good on me. Overall, I loved my haircut and their service and would definitely visit here again in future.

Loved this place. Got a hair cut and keratin treatment. It took long but Mr Ashanj was very professional and really gave good insights about maintaining a healthy hair. Price was a bit on higher side compared to other places around but that might be because of the location ( Lulu Mall). Premium experience for premium price.

This is the second time I'm getting my keratin treatment done from here. After my first keratin treatment, my hair has improved a lot in terms of hair growth and also there is less dryness and hair loss which is why I chose to go for it second time. Over priced, they took 1426 rs for just hair wash and hair setting, very unfair, and the person washing hair doesn't have any knowledge how to professionally wash someone's hair without getting all the water into face and ears, I don't recommend it, I would say it's average
