I have bad experience in my last visit. I showed her picture what do we want for my son and asked her will she able to do it & she said yes. Once she was done with the cut, it wasn’t even close what we want it. When I asked her, she responded she can’t do the exact. I got very upset. She didn’t even apologize for ruining it. I asked her to fix it and she wasn’t even able to do it. I paid what she asked for but I didn’t get the service I deserved. It’s very disappointing & I don’t think I am going to step there again!!

The hairdressers are great and friendly and the haircut is always good. But it has been a regular occurance that booking in advance with the app and showing up on time, there is still a 20 minute wait minimum. Why have scheduled appointments if you can never commit to them? Just book more time for each. It is very frustrating to come in on time and wait for almost double the expected wait time already on the app. May as well just be a walk in and wait the same amount of time.

Bit of a mixed review. My first visit saw me waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time, as staff hid in the back from myself and other customers. The haircut was uneven and the hair stylist didn’t listen to me at all. My second visit, however, was great. Staff was present, managers were present, and the stylist was done in twenty minutes - and did a perfect job. I didn’t see or recognize any of the same staff from the first visit, on the second. So, five stars.

I had the worst experience here my hair line was totally destroyed I couldn’t just cry and she didn’t let me know she can’t barb my hair then they charged me 56$ for the cut I would have done a better job with a blade would have rate u guys zero star

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Lyka was professional and offered great customer service. She was able to materialize all my requests (hairstyle). She also gave helpful tips to style and take care of my hair.

After not being thrilled with my first haircut I was offered a redo. Lina is absolutely amazing. She is so detail oriented and does amazing work. Great job turning a not thrilling experience into a great one

Usually bring our 2 boys here and they do a good job. One guy we like to see at st vital. As he's done nice cuts the last few times. Price is decent too, and nice the kids get a drink and can watch tv
