3.5/5 On m'a un peu ignoré au début pour prendre commande et 1 personne arrivée après a été servie avant : /. Le menu sur écran change trop rapidement et il est difficile de faire son choix rapidement. On m'a servi un latté brulant dans un verre sans poigné. J'ai rajouté un carton pour ne pas me brûler. L'endroit semble assez récent mais on peut voir que l'entretien ménager est déjà très approximatif (vitres rembarde, coins...). Le niveau sonore est plus acceptable que dans bien des cafés à Mtl. Les chaises sont plus belles que confortables pour y bouquiner. Les toilettes sont propres.

Just popped by because I was curious. One disappointing hard, cold sandwich was $11.50, and many items weren’t priced unless you ask. This café is more oriented for morning business men dropping by for a coffee than a brunch spot. Nice decor and adequate service, but there’s a number of better options than this location. Not much of a location to also sit down and work, well construction is always rampant down there. On to the sandwich, I came early in the morning, but the bread was a bit stale. Disappointing for $11.50 when I can go somewhere else.

Ordered two coffee drinks with a dessert and right after I was done ordering I tell the cashier that the latte I got isn’t what I want finally to just give me a regular coffee (no need for refund), cashier said he will handle it. When we got our drinks by another guy, I politely tell him I made a switch and he gave me attitude “ok then go down and tell him to change it, not me”. What kind of service is that after paying overpriced burned espresso coffee in a noisy “study area” upstairs? Overhyped and dissappointed.

It started off very nice but unfortunately, ended in complete dissatisfaction. I’m sad bec I really enjoy their coffee. As I took a cover for my coffee to go, I grabbed too many bec they were stuck together. So, I took one from the bottom and wanted to throw the rest since I had touched them. Instead, when the girl saw me she said it’s ok and took the covers and placed them back with the others. I didn’t know we are living in a germs free society. Very repulsed.

Really really good cakes and coffee with great service! Coffee is a little expensive (around $5 for an americano). Despite the location not being the prettiest, they did an amazing job at making the inside decor beautiful, cute and cozy. Highly recommend! P.S. great for studying as well.

On m'avait recommandé ce café et je ne regrette pas. Le temps pluvieux s'y prête également pour prendre ma boisson préférée : le chaï latte. J'ai goûté un croissant. Ça ne vaut pas un bon croissant en France mais ils se défendent bien pour un pays anglo-saxon.

Not bad but nothing special, everything was pleasantly fresh but not much flavour and very little ingredients. 30$ for a sandwich and coffee and two little pieces of chicken (photo shows half of the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner sandwich with a very small salad side). There are much better options in the area.

Très « touriste ». Cafés accessibles, moins « third waves » (mon chum a pris un latte avec des Lucky Charms et n’a pas fini le latte - mon cortado n’avait rien d’extraordinaire). Par contre les l’oiseux sont lumineux et l’espace est magnifique.

It's great to have a tommy cafe downtown:) The place is big and has many seating areas. I like Tommy coffee in general. I also had a (not so fresh) lemon poppy seed cake with my coffee, which I didn't like much.

I stayed in Montreal for 3 days and I couldn’t resist not to have my coffee from Tommy’s coffee on each day of my stay. Coffee is really good, croissants are freshly made. Cafe’s Interior and view are aesthetic. Worth the try!
