Terrible customer service via online. Parents were placed in his care after their old agent retired. Mom recently got into an accident and had reached out about questions and they take WEEKS to reply back. Changed agents to someone that replies within a day!

I have been with Allstate Tom Paterson office for many years, and now I am leaving them very dissatisfied. I am unhappy with Allstate's sharp price increases and I am equally unhappy with the unresponsive staff at this office. Avoid them if you can.

The agent is fine, no worries. The corporate office is horrible. Worst mistake of my life getting Life Insurance with Lincoln Life Benefit. Do not go with Lincoln Life. 3 levels of management on the phone was rude and unfriendly to work with.

No matter my reason for calling I have always been meet with courtesy and professionalism. I've been with All-State for 23 years and I've never once had a problem with this agency. Everyone there is wonderful.
