I received a recommendation to check out Diana from a Facebook group. I loved the ability to book online and her salon had parking. The conversation flowed and blantly it was nice to be around a POC in Portland. I loved talking to and getting to know my technician. Unfortunately my experience didn’t end as well as it started. I appreciated her taking her time to save my real nail but three hours unexpectedly was a lot. I hadn’t eaten and I think she knew I was getting hangry. Getting your nails done should be relaxing but this wasn’t the case. I was constantly in pain and she cut my cuticles too short. Yes I could drink more water, but I shouldn’t have scabs on my nail bed for days after. Not to mention how uncomfortable it was to keep having her buff and file over bleeding cuticles. Her next appointment came around 11:30 and I was still in her chair until about 12:20, I can’t imagine waiting that long. I paid almost $100 and still left with sticky bleeding fingers with polish all over my fingers.

Diana, owner and service provider behind Toda Beauty LLC is amazing at what she does! She goes above and beyond, and takes the time to listen to her clients. She takes pride in what she does, without trying to rush you out. She takes her time and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Will always be my go-to! ❣️ ALSO SHES BILINGUAL! Diana is literally the best! Not only does she provide a comfortable and inviting environment, but her service and attention to detail is top tier. Her kind and compassionate spirit combined with her skill and patience makes booking an appointment more than worth it. This set has been on since May 27th and not one nail came off or had any breakage. She even took her time to care for my cuticles!!! I’ve never had that done before! I am a hairstylist and normally my full sets, even when short, DON’T LAST PAST 3 weeks! BOOK!! You will not regret it!

Just got gel extensions done, with a cute French tip design, and I couldn't be happier. Diana is very welcoming and her suite is private and comfortable. I finally have a nail tech in the area that I can trust with my nails! Will definitely be back!

Diana makes sure your nails are exactly how you want them to be without the nipping and poking unlike some other nail technicians I’ve experienced, she has a nice set up with welcoming colors and pays good attention to detail.
