Tobin Bros Doncaster organised my husband's funeral and I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. Every staff member I dealt with was highly professional, caring and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. All costs were explained upfront, allowing me to make decisions that were right for me. The chapel itself is quite beautiful, with a lovely outlook on a courtyard garden, a fitting place to remember and reflect, especially when bathed in morning sunshine.They gently took me step by step through the process, without any sense of pressure or hard sell and I was able to give my husband a beautiful send-off. My mother’s funeral was held at Tobin Bros Doncaster earlier this year, organising mums funeral was made so much easier thanks to the professionalism of the staff, special thank you to Sharyn and Robbie who were so caring and considerate and handled everything with such compassion.

Tobins have now done both both mum and dads funeral and we could not have asked for a more professional and caring funeral home. I thank them for what they done for my family. The Doncaster Chapel is second to none.

The funeral itself was fine. What was totally unprofessional was the "after sales service". Seven weeks later we are still waiting for the photo book and just found out that the order has not yet even been placed!

My experience left me devastated, after the loss of my husband….prodded discussed with me did not happen…this has been eating up at me for a whole year….I never got to give me the farewell my husband deserved

They charge a flat, all inclusive fee which is very convenient for them especially if you do not use all of their services. Shop around as they are more business than customer focused.

One of those businesses you never want to use but glad you did when you had to. Wonderfully caring people,great compassion at a difficult time.

Good service for funerals. Thoughtful, considerate and helpful. The Doncaster chapel is a good venue.
