I took my mother in law yesterday to look at Medicare suppliment with Lorie, as my mother in law received a letter from Mayo that she was concerned that she wasn't covered. Lorie spent the time to talk to her live, and let her know current coverage is great and don't change. She was able to look at prescription plan and saved her a good bit of money.
