My husband and I have been going to T:E for over 5 years. We absolutely love this program. It is a great balance of cardio and weightlifting, and it is structured, yet customizable. You also get a sense of community since the workouts are group class style, but you have your own space (called a pod) where you complete your workout so you don't feel crowded or like you are competing or waiting for equipment. Everyday there is a "Workout of the Day" (WOD) that is designed to be completed in about 30 minutes, but each part of the workout can be modified to your ability and preference. If you have an injury or other concern, the trainer will talk to you about exercises to avoid and modifications to make. If you're just not feeling a certain exercise, you can replace it with something else. There is a wide variety of exercises in each WOD since the gym is equipped with so much equipment - dumbbells, kettle balls, squat racks, straight bars, curl bars, mats, TRX straps, plyo boxes, bars for chin ups/pull ups, jump ropes, row machines, exercise bikes, treadmills, and more. Class times range from early morning to evening, so most people can find a class time that works well for them. I would recommend T:E to anyone who wants a fun, quick, organized way to get in your physical activity for the week - regardless of your goals or current fitness level.

They’ll let you try a workout for free, and if you like it, you can do a 30 day unlimited workouts for $30.00 trial session. I’ve been twice now, and have already cancelled my Y membership. The workouts are challenging and push you hard, but (a) are not impossible, and (b) you’re finished in 30 minutes, so if you just keep pushing time goes by fast. The variety of the workouts are key. Great location right off Park Street bear Il Desco and they interior is big, airy, and the equipment is new and clean. Plenty of times during the day from morning to lunch to after work. They have showers too so you don’t go back to work smelling like a Wookiee if you hit a lunch workout.

I love Timed Exercise for several reasons: easy parking, changing rooms, efficient on time, great workouts and great people! 1)It is easy to park and quickly get into the facility. 2) clean changing rooms and showers and towels are available 3) they start on time but will catch you up if you get in a little late 4) the workouts are perfect for my health goals and I can push myself at a pace I’m comfortable with. They are great at suggesting alternative moves to suit your body’s abilities 5) the instructors are encouraging and the other clients are too It’s a wonderful atmosphere and so time efficient for me. I’ve been going for 1 year and am happy to have found timed exercise. Getting stronger everyday!

I love a lot of things about this gym. First, the individual pods are really nice so you have your own setup and equipment. I can really focus on my own workout and not worry about other people. Second, 30 minutes for a full body workout is ah-mazing. Third, the workouts change daily so there's a variety of different movements to add to your repertoire. And last but not least- the coaches. Chris and Bobbie provide the perfect balance of feedback and support so I know I'm doing things properly without getting discouraged. This is a gym I look forward to going to.

A great place to get a good workout. Having not exercised in a while and wanting to get myself shape. My main concern was, is this the place that is going to give me the tools and help that I need to achieve my goal and not be judged due to my fitness level or inabilities.I can honestly say this place is a judgement free zone. Though I am not able to keep pace with my other classmates at this time, I am encouraged to keep going and to do what I could do.The staff and other classmates are very encouraging, and definitely makes the experience less stressful.

I’m so thankful that I found Timed Exercise! The full body HIIT workouts change daily and it’s not only challenging but fun too! I love that I’m in and out in 30 minutes, the trainers are helpful and encouraging and give many modifications for every fitness level. They will also ensure that you are doing each exercise correctly for maximum benefits and to make sure you don’t hurt yourself. I would encourage everyone to check it out and see what a different a 30 minutes workout makes. I’m thrilled to go to the best workout place in Jax!

A fantastic, locally owned gym where you can come in and blast through a 30 minute intense (or as intense as you wish it to be) interval training workout. The daily workouts are pre-planned and highly variable so all you have to do is show up and sweat hard! It's been a great alternative for me personally compared to conventional gyms where I found myself watching ESPN on the treadmill and then doing the same workouts everyday. And at Timed Exercise, every day is LEG DAY!

This is my first experience with designed/structured workouts. I really enjoy the workouts they put together, which change daily. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is great, provides your own individual space with new equipment that is kept clean and organized. There is no max number of classes, so you can go as deep down the fitness rabbit hole as you like. Oh and the music is constantly changing and keeps the 30 min. workouts on pace and fun.

Started with a 30 day trial and became a member for a lifetime. Thoughtfully curated workouts with helpful and approachable trainers to help modify any movements to match anyone's fitness levels. Inviting and friendly atmosphere by staff and members where everyone gets their own "pod" to work out in and never have to wait around for equipment and gear. Come in, push yourself and challenge your limits for 30 minutes and leave feeling great!

I have been exercising here for a year and I love it! Chris, the owner, has greeted me by name since the first time I met him. He and all the gym members made me feel so comfortable! The gym is appropriate for all fitness levels since you can choose how strenuous you want the workout to be. The workouts are different everyday so I’ve stayed committed. I plan to stay with this gym for many more years!

Every time I come back to Florida, this is my go-to workout. When I lived here and could go everyday, I was in the best shape of my life! It is addicting so I would recommend throwing in some yoga or running on off-days. The workout is fast and efficient and the personal weight stations (which were already part of their model before COVID) make social distancing a breeze! #wouldrecommend!

Chris is always very helpful with modifications if you aren’t able to do a more advanced movement or if you have had an injury. I also like that it’s in the neighborhood, I don’t have to spend a lot of driving time to get to the gym.

I started going here over a year ago with such bad knees that box jumps, lunges, and other leg work seemed impossible. As a result of T:E, I was able to do the gate River run with no knee pain whatsoever. This is a truly independently run gym and the first place I’ve felt comfortable working out in a HIIT environment.

Love coming here because you get in your work out then your done. Chris is very helpful and dependable in helping you during workouts. People are nice and friendly. Water, towels, and protein bars are provided. There’s enough room and exercise gear/machines for everyone. The bathrooms and changing rooms are clean.
