Surya who claims to be a supervisor, has no customer service training. Instead of handing me my change, she argued with me because my drink was made wrong. Sadly i use this tim hortons every day. I go to this Tim's every morning. The women working are always friendly. Drive thru line moves quick and efficiently. My order is alwaya correct. There use to be a really nice man who worked early mornings too, havent seen him in a while though. Hands down the best Tim Hortons I've been too. Keeps me coming back everyday!
