This is not how a large ice coffee without ice looks like. This is not the first tim in canada.... and my 1st order. Staff has worst attitude. Worst staff. Women in morning shifts gives half cup everyday for my ice coffee. I have that everyday. Nd asked multiple times to improve the quantity. Today i decided to go for large cup so that ill have atleast medium cups quantity. And this is wht she gave me. I said wt if i pay for another small cup will you be able to put a genuine amount of coffee. And she shamelessly said yes just wait for a sec i can do that. I hate this place so much now. The guy started working here was nice but now she is here every morning. Either ill leave drinking cooffee or change tim i get coffee from or someone gives her a different shift. So i wont have to strt my day in such a bad mood every single day. This is not explainable. This quantity... i hate the staff srvice here. Need to change them or their attitude atleast. I would recoment to give then customer service nd portions training once again. 0 starss for them 0 i wish goigle had option for 0 here.

Absolutely horrified when I ordered a small coffee, I opened the small flap to sip out of, on the lid, and took a sip and to my horror I got a fly caught in the back of my throat. At first I thought it was a piece of black fuzz when I coughed it into my hand, until it started to crawl. I went up to the front counter to show them as the fly crawled up my finger and I shook it away and gave them the coffee back. In return I only received $1.45 instead of $1.67. Unbelievable that there was no reaction and I'm disgusted that I experienced this and shocked at the lackadaisical reaction the staff showed towards my experience. Not impressed at all.

Came to get ice coffee last week... got half the cup thought its may be because its busy or she forgot. But happened again today. Asksd the women on morning shift is she can put more coffee in it as it was hardly half a cup. She refused nd said this is how it comes.. either you stop selling coffeesss if cant put genuine quantity or train yoru staff properly nd teach them how to talk to customers. They need retraining. Strongly recommend that. Or best is not to go at this tim again . My wife also told me this happed with her once but i was like may be thats a mistake but they have a habbit of this. Someone send help and a trainer for them. Watching training videos is not enough for them i guess.

I wish there was 0 to rate it. The guy did not stir coffee well and when I called upon the supervisor came to support him by accusing me that I was rude and it is my bad day today. As if I stole her boyfriend. She was not at all professional, did not introduce herself to me neither she was sorry. She behaved like she is Queen of some country and got irritated why I spoke the truth. I think that queen should not be a supervisor, she knows very well how to support her colleague but she does not the value of others money and apology. She could support her colleague by educating him about quality of work rather being judge for my day. I request the owner to look into this matter.

I went here for lunch and I understand when people have bad days, but he seemed angry that I wasn't ordering just coffee and wanted a sandwich and a cream cheese pocket. He rolled his eyes and put lettuce and one tomato slice on my bun, I realized when I got back to work to eat it. He made me feel like an unwanted customer and then with total apathy, made my order. I spent $13 and my lunch time on this. I'm so unimpressed and saddened to be treated this way. I just wanted lunch. :(

It was a very pleasant experience as we went through the drive thru. Normally the speakers are scratchy that it's hard to hear the person, whereas this one was very clear. The person serving us was clear and concise with reading the order back to us as well to make sure that she got the order correct. I was very impressed you don't see that very often because they're usually in such a rush to get you through. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone.

Food is always really good here and the staff is super polite and kind. But they need to get some fly traps of some sorts. DOZENS of flies at all times, landing on the surfaces they prepare food on, cups, bags etc. Also flies landing on workers and customers waiting. Absolutely disgusting

I just ordered a raspberry frozen lemonade and the guy working there didn’t know what I was asking for and told me they don’t have that and then when I repeated myself he understood but when I got it it tasted nothing like lemonade and instead like syrup, it’s nasty and not what it should taste like at all!

My favorite thing about this timmies is the location. It's right off the whitemud and an easy stop during the daily commute. Also it has the 711 and gas station at the same place. Super convenient. Friendly seevice but sometimes a little short staffed so your order might take a few minutes.

Awesome service, drive thru our go in to have coffee. Parking is plentiful. The servers are very friendly and the food and coffee and other drinks are all very affordable. There is handicapped parking and a sizeable parking lot. Also had men's and women's washrooms

I was disappointed a bit as they had run out of the specialty donuts they had advertised but everything else we wanted was good.

Piss poor service. I stood at the counter way longer than I should have, waiting for service. All of the staff were standing around having a discussion and were quite inconvenienced to have their time interpreted by a pesky customer.

Tim hortons is always a place to go when you need a quick breakfast but sometimes they make lots of mistakes on the orders for people who do not eat pork. The staff need to work on getting it right for non pork eaters.....

Went in to use a roll up win coffee from the Canada day cups and they denied me because it was one day after it ended. Then laughed at me because I didn't use it yesterday. What a terrible way to treat your customers.

Always there shelfs are empty and get a feel they want to close the store before the scheduled time. Staffs are also not helpful never say HI or Hello (rude). Manager or Management not at all care for this location.

Very good and polite customer service. It gets really busy specially on weekends since it’s inside Walmart but they try their best to serve the customers as soon as possible. Plenty of parking space.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Been there several times to get farmers wrap, and every time they are out of hash browns. Retailer of this location must be ashamed.

Several times I ordered an XL French Vanilla they give me a medium in a Large cup. Or basically half the cup is filled and charge me for an extra Large .

ok for an ice cap.... A.C. did not work. Ice cap was standing behind the counter for some minutes and had separated. General not impressed this visit
