Had the worst experience with Tim Hortons on Monday august 20. I was in the drive through and I order a coffee and a grilled cheese panini with bacon mayo and tomatoes. I specifically made that clear twice via the intercom and when I was paying at the drive through window. I received my coffee and was asked to wait in the parking lot as they are still making my sandwich, which was understandable as they had other customers to take care of. What made me so frustrated was that I had to wait over 10 mins for my sandwich to arrive. I even had to go into the store to ask as I noticed people in the drive though received their food before me. Because of this nonsense I was late for work and on top of that, my sandwich was missing tomatoes after I had mentioned to them three times! And I was charged extra for my tomatoes, so I expect my tomatoes to be there. Tim Hortons have gone down hill and service is getting worse. Considering this whole ordeal, I would rather just pay the extra money to go Starbucks or drive out of my way for mcdonalds

Just had a very bad experience with drive through staff. I ordered a wrap and told the lady over the speaker that I am going to redeem a reward. When I get to the window they handed me just the wrap and when I told them I am going to redeem a reward The lady at the window in the most impolite way told me "you should have asked for it over speaker" now I cannot scan your card it has to be half an hour between tow scans!!! I mentioned that I did order that but when you guys do not communicate with each other why is that my problem and why are you being so rude? She handled situation like something normal happened for her and she used to it. It looks like they don't care at all and when I asked for her manager she said come inside and see her like it's no big deal for her. I guess she knew nothing going to happen to her. I talked to manager, she apologized but I could feel it is something normal for her too!!! I am not going back to this place at all and I do not recommend it either. Very poor customer service and rude staff.

This is a 3rd time when i ordered my food and I requested for fresh but didn’t get the fresh one. Manager Daman told me that you are the only one who are complaining, rather then offering something different food he was showing bad attitude to his customers. Also said this is made 15 minutes ago and another side saying its fresh. If i got sick from your old food then can you guys be take responsibility of this. While i was talking to him he closed the window on my face, so disrespectful. They don’t know how to do the custom service. I totally understand this is not easy job but if you guys are taking fresh money from your customers and not giving which they requested and showing them attitude face then what other customers can expect from you.

The drive thru is decently quick and coffee tastes good but probably the last time I'll ever purchase Timbits. Unhinged rant hyperfocusing on one specific product: Not only this location, but i find that in the past few years, almost every location makes Timbits that are either dry or soggy with a pathetic amount of glaze (Specifically the chocolate timbits and even the chocolate glaze donoughts if we're being honest). Not sure if this is a change in recipe or a company policy, but the Timbits consistently disappoint and it sucks because the chocolate ones used to be the peak of early morning coffee snacks

SERIOUS FOOD SAFETY CONCERN After a team member took an order of the individual in front of me, this person went ahead with the same gloved hands that was touching the till and the cash and starts touching the cutting knife. The flatbread holder and things all over where the food is. Walks around goes through, drive through, takes an order and then goes to start making food with the exact same pair of gloves on. When I politely asked if the gloves could be replaced, I was faced with three employees raising their voices at me saying that it was a different person and that the gloves were changed.... It's not like there's 30 people working this morning. Absolutely disgusting

This place is the worst Tim's I have been to. I clearly ordered (repeating my order twice) at the drive through and my order was wrong. It was supposed to be a sesame seed bagel double toasted with butter and cheddar, it wasn't. I walked in to let them know that it was wrong and repeated my order. At this point the girl that took my order said "cream cheese right?". I said no, cheddar. She then asks "how many slices?". I said whatever it normally comes with...I mean honestly you work here. They give me one slice on the same bagel and I leave. I open my coffee about10 minutes later and it is also way wrong. Tasted like they added about 5 spoons of sugar. I threw it out.

I was at Tim Hortons for lunch run for my colleagues and me. I had placed an order thru the drive-thru window and the clerk for up charging without my consent. I had to ask them to remove that as I order the same thing every day, so I had to wait for this to be corrected on my bill. On top of that, when I requested my condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup), the employee working the window gave me attitude, and I heard her say, "seriously." I have been religiously going to this Tim Hortons for the past year. I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I request the owners kindly remind their employees to act compassionately when dealing with customers.

This is quite possibly the worst Tim Hortons in all of Calgary. I order from this location often mainly because it's close to my work, but will now be going to another Tim Hortons. Every time I go there something is wrong, either their coffee tastes like water, they are missing something I orderd, or one time I even received soup with ONLY broth. Also, most of the time the staff won't even talk to you at the window. Not a hi, bye, thank you... nothing. Please, if you need a coffee go to another location. I don't like giving bad reviews, especially because of one bad experience, but this has been multiple times.

Worst Tim’s I have ever been to. 3 rd time in a row I have been here, ranging from 9 am, lunchtime and 8 at night and they don’t have timbits. Then waited 7.5 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Finally get to the window and they didn’t punch in my order from the order board. Then they walk away to start my order, only to come back and tell me their frozen drink machine isn’t working but would I like the runny piss in the cup anyway. NEVER will I go to this store again. I’m starting to think that they are all going down hill. Looks like Starbucks is getting a new customer.

I always order french vanilla with quarter dark roast, they seem to always get it right, but today, i didn't have dark roast on my french vanilla, my cup was only 3/4 full and when I asked the lady to give me a sleeve she said "next time tell them to give you a sleeve" I have been ordering in tim hortons for how many years and this is the first time i heard this. I didn't know that the sleeve is in the menu. maybe they should put someone really polite and cheerful by the window drive thru in the morning and have someone do customer's order right!

These guys get my order wrong almost every time I go through. Brutal service and they just rush you through the drive thru at the window so you don't even get a chance to look at what they gave you until its too late. Rude drive thru staff and they make mistakes regularly. Additionally, I've stopped ordering anything with egg on it as it happened to me 7 TIMES IN A ROW where there was egg shells in my food. I will now take my business elsewhere as ive had enough. This Tims should be totally re staffed and re trained.

Came yesterday to order drinks for my colleagues. I believe the lady in the drive through mistook me for someone else as she said "I told you last time don't order drinks while it's busy." This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Unfortunately I work nearby and there aren't too many other options for a quick lunch so I have gone here a lot. They ALWAYS struggle to get the order right, or if the order is right then the quality is awful. Hopefully they will find someone who can work the drive through without having to confirm the order 10+ times (and then still get it wrong). My suggestion - go anywhere else!

0 stars if I could. I always try to give a couple chances to an establishment but this location is one of the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary. Today I went to the drive thru and was met with such rude service from the drive thru staff, and the behavior continued after I got to the window. The staff working the window on Jan 26th at 5pm needs to be spoken to about their actions and treatment of customers. Very unimpressed, would not recommend going to this location to anyone!

Drive thru is pretty good but prepare yourself for very slow service in the restaurant. Today I bought a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, one bite in i could tell something was up. I opened up and found Kraft Single processed "cheese" on the sandwich. They could have said something like "we don't have real cheese". I'll be going to the Tim Hortons down the street from now on. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Very bad experience in this Tim Hortons I ordered chicken wraps but the order taker don’t understand Tanu the order taker shouting on me arguing with me when I’m enter the restaurant for place my order again even she don’t apologize for her behaviour. Highly disappointed never ever visit this place even manager stand quite doesn’t do any action. Worst experience ever . Update: Service is even worse now, received a coffee full of cream today. Went back to return it and the women who made it just dumped it down the drain and refilled it correctly. No apology or recognition of my lost time. The customer experience at this location will vary according to the time you go. I ordered a cilantro chicken bowl. I see and taste zero cilantro and I'm wondering if a table spoon of chicken was worth the fuss. One girl was great and has awesome customer service skills but there were two that were so rude someone actually threw their food at them. I'm not saying they were right as I consider that assault but I can also understand the customer's frustration.

So they not only messed up 3 of my coffees this morning but both of my sandwiches, I don't eat poppy seeds (health reasons) and neither does my mom, and I ordered plain bagels with my breakfast, they gave me everything bagels, then proceeded to tell me I should drive back and get it replaced.... I'm not driving half way back across the city because people are idiots! If you choose to go there, check your order before you leave.

ive been here twice,they never got my order right and they can never understand my English,since English is not my firs language I understand that but they cant understand my girlfriend who was born here too. No apologize at all after taking the wrong order,even balme us for not pronouncing it correctly. The worst Tim Horton every. It’s easy to ask for clarification to ensure it’s correct, but they prioritize quickness over accuracy. This is not my first negative experience here. Poor service! The cashier was inflexible, not helpful, and not friendly. We've had this problem before. The last time the cashier was quite rude actually. We were hoping this time would be different, but apparently it's not just a one time occurrence. This time the lady was impatient too and wouldn't let us choose are donuts. Canadians LOVE their Timmies! Always fresh coffee and if it's not fresh, wait five minutes for that next delightful cup! Never a bad experience here! Prices and sizes are beyond that of what Buckstar, has to offer. My best experience is with the 32nd ave location, the three filipina girls working nights are awesome! They work hard, well together to get your order done.

I hit this Tims regularly in the morning before work. The drive thru is always super fast and they’ve only ever got my order wrong once. The staff is always friendly. My only complaint would be sometimes the food can be put together sloppily if the drive thru is busy and they’re rushing.

Can't believe Tim Hortons is still in business, when all they do is serve you old stale coffee, I have never had this issue at McDonald's. Like honestly how hard is it to keep your coffee fresh? All you minimum wage people complaining about your pay seems a little ridiculous, considering most of you can't even make a coffee.

Very slow service. Didn't have decaf coffee ready at 6 pm. Had to wait 15 minutes. Saw other customers come I while I was waiting and not get served quickly either. Plenty of staff just not driven by customer service it seems. Not friendly at all. No apologies for the wait. Disappointed by this location.

Ordered two farmers wraps, don't know how but they scanned my phone and it still charged me full price despite having the 2 for 5$ coupon all week. They didn't have hash browns to put in them which would have been fine if the coupon worked. Then there was eggshell in them.......never again will I go here

It's your standard Tim Hortons. Standard quality and it fills the void. The only complaint I have is that I walked in on A Thursday evening at just before midnight. They would only serve three items from the menu and the english skills of the workers was a little difficult. But hey, its fast food.

This morning i ordered Croissant breakfast sandwich in a drive thru, when i tried the sandwich it was tasting awfully burned taste. Then i opened up the sandwich to find out they completely burned the croissant and served it anyways. this is really disguising!!!! I don't even want to give 1 star!

Loved the donut selection! I picked the special monthly donut, and was just melting on me right after the first bite.. i might have scarfed it a little too quick. Coffee was hot as usual, and they did have sugar and milk. And I been in and out lately, no fuss! Keep up the good work Tim Hortons!

Most the Tim's do not serve breakfast anytime as advertised; Highly disappointing. They would only serve me a sandwich as a meal here. Also, when I took a big gulp of my ice Capp it tasted like cleaner... Luckily the lady replaced it but ew. Not a good start to my day.

This location has the most consistent coffee, from any Tim's in the city. I work all over Calgary and this one, without a doubt, is the best. The staff are amazing people who greet with a smile everyday. Most of the recognize my voice at the speaker! 10/10

I am very disappointed that Tim's have decided to have locked public washrooms. One of the reasons that we stop at Tim's is they usually have clean, available restrooms. The restrooms are always a factor in deciding which places we will patronize.

This is one of the most efficient Tim Horton's. They're great for mobile and in person orders. There's no drive-thru, so it can line up, at times. But they move orders along fairly quickly.
