They were a little busy. Service was very slow. It took 5 employees to find a receipt for a customer who was at the cash beside mine. My steeped tea and muffin were perfect. Noticed that many of the donuts in the showcase were dipped on the wrong side of the donut. There was a staff cleaning cash areas, but after each guest. This location has a sign saying 24 hrs, but we have gone there late at night/very early morning and gotten no service because no one answers to take your order. This location has problems. A year later, and this location still has issues. The service is very poor. Some staff barely understand English. There were a few staff working the drive through, no one working the restaurant side. I finally asked why no one was serving myself and the 4 people in line behind me. The sandwich maker called to the kitchen for a girl to come out, and one did. I had to tell her my order 3 times. She got my lg steeped tea (no sleeve) and lg black coffee (with sleeve) and walked away to start an order for the 2 people working the drive through, even though she hadn't finished with me or the rest of the line in the restaurant. I stopped her and asked if she could please finish serving me before she started other orders. She looked blankly at me and said "you're needing something ". Yes please, the muffin that I paid for and a sleeve for my hot tea. She got them, came back and handed them to me and went back to helping the drive through, ignoring her in house line up. The service at this location is pitiful. Badly managed. Shameful.

I wish I could give this Tim Hortons a zero rating. My office building is close by and there is no other coffee shop close to me. Whenever I do go there, without a doubt, they ALWAYS get the order wrong or don't understand what you're ordering. For example, I asked for a coke and 1. the employee didn't even know what it was and 2. didn't know where it was (which was right beside the donuts and pastries) so I had to tell her where it was before she started walking to the back. Today I had to repeat my order FIVE times to TWO cashiers as they just started punching in whatever they thought I wanted. I legit had to walk them through what to punch in, one line at a time. I decided to try the new bowls and when I got back to my office, I only then realized they only put one piece of lettuce and the rest was all rice. I've seen the manager pop out from his hiding spot in the back once or twice and even if there's a super long line and people are clearly waiting to be served and there's employees just standing there, no one INCLUDING THE MANAGER won't even think to help. I've been working in the same building for over 15 years and I never once at a problem with the Country Style that used to be there. If you have the time, I would suggest going to the McDonalds down the street for coffee or the Tim Hortons at Albion and Finch.

The service is slow here and there seems to be more emphasis on the drive thru customers than customers in the store, with only 1 person designated to the line to 4 on drive thru. Secondly, I witnessed an employee come from what seemed to be the bathroom area with gloves on, and proceed to the food area and assemble customers food with the same gloves on. I told the cashier (using discretion) to tell the lady that she should probably change her gloves while dealing with customers food. The employee responded with “I’m not doing her order” and I told them it doesn’t matter if it’s my order, that’s still disgusting. She didn’t change them and continued to prepare food and had the audacity to have an attitude. Another man then put gloves on and prepared my order. I don’t come to Tim’s expecting 5 star service, but basic food handling should be followed.

It’s near my home. If I’m hungry I’ll just grab something from here. The reason why I’m giving it 3 stars because when big orders are placed the tend to forget what was ordered! I placed a big big order and they were just going the items one by one. All together I ordered 7 items and I received 3. When I asked them what happened to the rest of my food they proceeded to say they already have giving it to me. Funny thing is everything that was given to me was on the table and not yet touched. I called them out and they saw that they were in the wrong! But they did give the rest of my order. I just think it’s better to serve big orders all at once rather than just serving it one by one cause then it confuses customers and the staff!

This Tim Hortons is beyond disorganized. For something as simple as a black coffee it takes almost 10 minutes to receive it after you order even when you're the only person in line. I once ordered the broccoli soup from there and only when I got back to my office and took off the lid, I noticed it was super chunky and not liquid at all. When I went back to let them know, I was informed that they forgot to add water to the soup. These are only a few of the incidences I've experienced. It's unfortunate because I've worked beside the previous coffee shop for over 15 years and was excited to have a new spot to quickly grab a drink of snack, but they really need extra training on customer service, quality and timeliness.

be Wary of this offer , i got the tumbler through drive thru and also a beanie . First the cashier said the tumblr doesnt come with a straw , i asked multiple times , then i didnt receive the 30% discount as advertised . After realizing what happened , i went into the branch , talked to the manager , got the straw for the tumbler but i did not receive any discount . The staff was ill informed and tried to pass the offer as legitimate . I advised them its false advertising , they said the discount is on only 3 right side products . I got my money back and returned those 2 items . Fix yourself tim hortons , i am a regular here but this is such a huge disappointment .

Complete trash Tim Hortons. They deserve zero stars. Rude customer service that does not honour there free coffees from the app. Lady working the drive thru told me I didn't have a free coffee when I clearly did. She was just to lazy to check. Went down the street to next tims at lunch and guess what they gave me my free coffee. These people working the drive thru clearly are not trained in customer service. Tim Hortons take my advice put those same people cleaning the toilets and then maybe after a year of cleaning toilets they will learn some respect. Even then I don't trust these same people to clean toilets properly.

I rarely go to my work office around here. This place has consistently made errors in my order. Literally 3 out of 3 times. They just take your order and try to get you out of the window in their time quota. I told them it was the wrong coffee and that I already paid. They should have even confirmed my order at the window. I guess I have to check the screen next time before they tell me to literally drive up. Ridiculous.

Ordered a small iced coffee with less ice in it. The staff served me the regular. When I requested for some of the ice to be taken off of it, she poured some coffee out to get ride of the ice which in fact left the cup with less coffee as the liquid coffee was also poured out. It could have been easily done using a spoon instead of pouring out the coffee and this happened at a time when store wasn’t that busy. I empathize with the staff, but ai wish they had more presence of mind than rushing.

This tims is close to my place, The staff who make the food really need to look at what the customer has ordered. This experience has happened to me more than twice. I had asked for turkey bagel with NO BACON and both times they gave me bacon, or other times it's not in a bagel or its just plain without any mayo and Chipotle sauce. It's not that hard. And when I went back to them they just took off the bacon and gave it back to me. Like common have some consideration. I'm very disappointed with this place. Simple instructions they can't follow.

To have tim hortons that is between residential, commercial workplace and also in busy construction zone this has to be the worst Tims i probably have ever been to. I never understand why there is bunch of staff standing around staring. Staff is so rude, they focus on drive thru and online order. They never wear gloves to serve you even when covid was highly impact i don't understand how this place functions. Again too much staff and less service for busy area

This tim Horton has a very profitable location its sad that their customer service is terrible and the staff not the best at taking customized orders for example no cheese or no bacon its as tho they dont hear thru the mic for some reason their bagels never seem to have just come out of the toaster as it should but rather always as tho it has already been prepared. They are a bit slow so its always causing long wait at drive thru. I gave a 2 star because of location convience and the only thing i ever seem to get fresh are timbits.....

Every single person who works at this location is rude !!!! It's not nice to get your coffee in the morning to activate your energy and be attended by someone in a bad mood and see that the team is fighting each other every day!

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and I have to say, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The tables were not properly wiped down, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while. The staff were friendly, but the service was a bit slow. On the plus side, the coffee and donuts were tasty, as always. Overall, I would recommend this location for the food and drinks, but not for the cleanliness.

They don't care about customers that are inside the store. They're more worried about drive-through and Uber orders. I was first in line and it took 5 Uber orders before they even took mine. Place always get my food wrong as well Update Feb 28 2022: seems like they dont care for drive-through as well. Ordered my food and was told to wait in the side. Waited for 10mins before I had to go in myself and get it. And then they also messed up order again. Had to wait another 5mins for it.

This place is the worst Timmies I have been too. Always slow. People who work there are rude or do not even reply. When this place was Country Style a lot better. This place is less than a minute from work, but I rather drive to Steeles and Islington Timmies where they at least acknowledge you and service is 100% faster than here. AND that location has a smaller working space. Imagine that.

Drinks are well-made. They've gotten better over the past several months, the drinks used to be terrible. insanely long drive thru line so i decided to park and go in the store. the in store line is empty and despite waiting 10 minutes no one took my order. i had to go up front and ask “do i have to go in the drive thru to order or somethjng?” and they told me that would be probably be faster. just left on the spot , this isn’t the first time for such slow service either

I hope the owner of the caf éwill watch his workers well on Sunday, October 18, after the evening 8 pm . I ordered through kiosk, but my name wasn't screened on the list and they just served on the bench top and didn't call my name. When I asked the lady over there she replied she don't know. It takes me half an hour to realize it was there when I talked to the employee on the front, that they already served it.

If I could give 0 star I would. I’ve been coming here next to my work for two years. I’m the last year they manage to completely mess up my order every single time I come in. They need a complete revamp of staff. It’s the only way this place would be fixed.

Finally we got Tim Horton! I have always saying we need a Time Horton here. Very nice serving and well designed place ! Guess what? It is 24/7 Setting with friends and enjoying a cup of coffee !

I just went and it's supposed to be 24 hours a day, I checked to see if it was open before going and if it appears that it is open, when I arrive everything is closed and there is no service.
