I had a very bad experience with this shop. I went for keratin smoothening treatment and she said that the hairs will remain strait for four to five months but after six days the hairs gets curly again and now they tell that, it only gives shine. Very bad experience with them never want to go there and recommend not to take their services or you lose your money and time. They just manipulate words and turn from their words. I never give bad comment but after spending money and still it’s in old condition is not good, purpose haven’t been solved. There is no option of zero or negative star other wise I would have given that.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I asked for waxing, and I feel this person didn't know what they were doing. This person kept putting hot wax over and over again in the same spot. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 16 years and have never had this experience before. I'm so upset, I am in so much pain and worst of all my eyebrows don't even look like they have been waxed. I've never left any bad reviews to any business before, I hope this is my last. I wish I could get a refund to go somewhere else.

Amazing experience here. i didn’t quite catch the girls name but she was lovely and knew what she was doing!!! i previously had lashes done at another place and it was awful, i was in severe pain for days and my was swallen. thankfully the lash technician here was able to explain to me what was wrong with my lashes and help me remove them without taking a lot of my natural lashes too. the girls here are definitely fully qualified and know what there doing couldn’t thank them enough for making me feel better.

Very unprofessional and totally dissatisfied this time, during threading i got lot of pain and when I ask the staff to stop threading and i don’t that want to continue. She charged me $18.36 for half of the threading done. You want me to post a picture for threading done? When i ask your staff to stop in between , then why she did not ask me to what happened because she knew the pain.

I recently had my haircut done by Manpreet She did a fantastic job <3 Super satisfied with her work :) However, do keep in mind to book an appointment in advance if you want to avoid the long wait.

Got a eyelash lift and eyebrow tint from here … the whole experience was great until we were forced to give a review before she would let us pay? It was very strange - however the lady was lovely!
