ZERO EMPATHY ,ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ,VENGEFUL ATTITUDE!! so let me start by saying I am a regular with Third Wave Coffee , and never have I experienced this at any other outlet I went here to get some coffee with my friend and our toddler children MY friend requested for a extra cup which was flatley refused then I requested to heat my child's milk and in the microwave the guy just started giving some lame excuses and said it could not be done ,now I still somehow accepted this but then my friend 's wife walked in with a single cup of ice cream In her hand and this guy said sorry no outside food allowed wow just pathetic , when we we had already ordered 3 medium cups of cold brews , picking on such small things this is where I protested and also apprised the guy that heating of a todllers milk is never refused anywhere in the WORLD this is the first time I experienced this , also i am level 2 influencer with the app so obviously a regular was flabbergasted with the attitude now comes the icing on the cake My protest was rewarded with a really badly made Vietnamese shekrato it was ao bad I had to throw it , unfortunately the feedback has to be accepted this is not the way to respond to a feedback! MY PRECEPTION OF THE BRAND HAS REALLY DETORIATED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!! HOPE THE COMPANY CONDUCTS SOME WORKSHOP ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BASIC EMPATHY SKILLS SO THAT THE STAFF BEHAVES LIKE HUMANS NOT ROBOTS !!

Just came out of this place.. the Mocha made by Praveen was the best. It was strong and bitter just the way I liked it. I haven't had such a delicious Mocha ever. The Banofee pie was delicious and tasted fresh. The cinnamon bun was very good. Had milkmaid glazing.. I'd have preferred custard.. but.. would say.. go for it!

Lovely place to hangout, we love to go there for coffee outing and chitchat with friends for hours... very spacious and great ambiance and feel overall...music is good. They have both outer and indoor sitting area which is beautiful and coffee as always nice.... Must visit after a long drive from nice road...

Third wave Coffee is the best coffee place in Bangalore and it has been open in kanakapura road Great ambiance and good service. Being a personal visitor of this particular coffee shop, I love the service provided by Khaleel & chayan They are great at making amazing cafe mochas and they serve with smile too with good! If the management is looking at this, please give them a raise!

We love to have sea salt mocha at this place. Never seen it crowded so much so seats are easily available. Since it is away from main city, it is advantageous for people like us who like less crowded places. There’s no dedicated parking but plenty of space available outside where one can park. The atmosphere is good, staffs are good and we love sea salt mocha and mushroom croissant.

We visited Third wave coffee at Kanakpura road in Jan 2024. The road in front of it is under construction so it's little difficult to reach the parking. The place was empty when we visited and we had Americano and Chocolate croissant. The Crossiants were great . The washrooms were clean and well kept.

Very nice ambiance and coffee. A bit expensive considering the location otherwise it’s perfect. This place is located near Art of Living on Kanakapura Main Road. For the longest time there was only CCD on this road. Now we have Third Wave Coffee aswell. TWC is way better then CCD according to me. Staff are nice, pleasant ambiance and amazingly fresh choice of food. Keep up the good work.

Used to be a quaint place earlier with not much of crowd, however this area has become very commercial and crowded too like any other branches in the city. Coffee is nice, it’s our favourite hangout place in the night. I wished they were open longer in the night. Cops come to shop you away and close the shop at 12. I recommend only their classic coffees not the other overrated stuffs :)

The only thing warmer than the croissant is the staff's smile! Ideal location - distance-wise - with plentiful parking, lots of comfortable seating, and good food & coffee. Only wish they'd open earlier in the morning, which would make it the perfect pitstop for breakfast when headed out of town

Awesome place to hangout with friends and family. Cafe is spacious with curated eatables and hot/cold beverages. Ample amount of parking space outside the cafe. Clean and hygienic washroom. Lip smacking food. Sandwiches are a must try. Charging slots are available if you are working in cafe. Outside(non AC) and inside (AC) both are available. Staff is very cooperative and friendly.

Great coffee! Wonderful staff. We found perfect place to come for a morning coffee and do some work. Wifi is good, very cozy atmosphere. Also, big respect to Chayan, who took care of our orders every day and made us feel very welcomed.
