Sweet little shop with such dismissive and rude service. What a shame. I was asked not to move the paper label of a product so that it doesn’t get ripped, but the label covers a large part it and it’s impossible to see it otherwise. I was very careful and nothing ripped. When I then asked for advice on these gift items, I was met with “they all look the same to me”. They are unique and made by hand! Forget any thank you for my purchases or even a bye. I felt like she was doing me a favour just by ringing in my transaction and couldn’t wait for me to leave. I was there for 10 minutes and was the only customer in the shop. I left feeling deflated. I always support local shops, but because of how I was treated, I will not return here. There are plenty of wonderful gift and flower shops in the neighbourhood where you are shown mutual respect and common courtesy.

We got married in August 2022 and we had the most amazing florals thanks to The Wild Pansy! From beginning to finish the service we got from Deanna and her team was incredible. Deanna created this very detailed vision board outlining the recommended style for each component of the wedding (Chuppah decor, bouquets, centerpieces, etc.). She has a great artistic eye for flower combos, all we really gave her was a preferred colour palette and a budget! She provided very clear pricing and details and has ideas for how to reuse different pieces to meet the budget and create less environmental impact which we loved! The end result was absolutely beautiful. It’s a year later and I still think about the lovely florals at our wedding. I would recommend The Wild Pansy to anyone :)

Are you having a small wedding or function? Need flowers for anything? If so, do NOT consider The Wild Pansy on Annette Street Toronto for any of your flower needs. I found out the hard way, that owner Deanna has no time to meet with you, if yours is a small order. She suggests you choose the flowers by looking at her portfolio. No personal specifics allowed! She made me feel like a second rate customer, not worthy of her time and professional advice, just because my order did not meet the dollar threshold she has arbitrarily set for her customers. It’s hard to believe a business owner does not have a single hour to set aside on her schedule to meet with a customer. Clearly, her ego has toppled her customer service.

Where do I even begin! I could not possibly be more thrilled with Deanna (owner) and The Wild Pansy's design and work for my wedding florals this past September. All of the florals were exceptional and the highest-quality I have ever seen at any wedding - and I've been to many. Deanna took my ask and brought everything to a level I couldn't have imagined. Just gorgeous - the colours, textures and architecture of each piece was stunning. I can't recommend The Wild Pansy enough - you will be blown away by the results. Deanna did the florals for my wedding last Fall. I had a rustic barn wedding with lots of greenery and pops of white florals in the ceremony arch, barn decor, table settings and bridal party bouquets. Deanna absolutely nailed the style we were asking for, even though I think it was a bit different from her usual style. She was so easy to work with, reliable, professional and I will forever recommend her to anyone looking for florals for a large event. We hired Deanna and her team at The Wild Pansy to do our floral arrangements for our wedding. Communication from Deanna from the get-go was excellent, and going off our color-palette, she was able to craft gorgeous centerpieces, boutonnières, and a bridal bouquet that fit our fall theme. I completed a 1:1 workshop with Deanna, the owner of The Wild Pansy. I can't say enough how amazing the workshop was. She was very informative and really made sure to show you the details and techniques to achieve the wild garden style look. We had florals done by the Wild Pansy for our small wedding this past weekend, and were thrilled with everything Deanna created for us! She made a bouquet for me in the perfect colour palette and style, and two mid-sized table arrangements for our reception dinner of 12 people. I was floored by the beauty of their arrangements. I came into the shop to buy a bouquet for my home, as well as some accessories, and they offer a tremendous selection of cozy items. Staff was friendly too. I also ordered an arrangement for my mother and not only did they adhere to the delivery window, but the delivery person was so kind and peppy. All around, shopping here is a great experience and the perfect place if you're looking for a rustic-style arrangement.

I had the privilege to attend the "Intro to Bouquet Making" workshop hosted by owner Deanna today. There was a total of 10 of us. The flowers provided for this workshop were so fresh and the color palette was stunning!! Also a good amount of variety. Deanna explained step by step her process and did a full demonstration. I couldn't be happier with my bouquet. I highly recommend her workshop and I'll definitely be looking forward to her future workshops.
