There were somethings in this hotel that were exactly as stated in previous reviews. The room was great, looked clean and the breakfast was really good. The person at the reception was friendly enough too. On the first day, I really hoped that by the end of the stay, my opinion would be that this place deserved five stars, but I noticed something strange. There was a water kettle in the room. I opened it and it did not look clean or at least there was a lot of limescale which can be deemed normal for some,but it was not cleaned off. I tried cleaning the kettle and boiled water in it to make instant coffee in the morning. Each time I tried and then poured water in the cup, I could see that the water did not look clear and there was an oil like substance floating. I can ignore that, but what happened next time was even more strange. A lady brought the breakfast to the room, and she was friendly and all. I have this habit of tipping the cleaning staff and anyone who brings anything to the room. We went out and came back in the afternoon. We are usually a family that tries to keep the room as clean as possible and not like some people who expect the cleaning staff to clean up fully after them. Our bed sheets were also put in place but not pulled in fully tight as the hotel staff do. We came back and noticed that the lady did not vacuum clean the bathroom or the room and the bed was not made up as it is normal in all 4 star and 5 star hotels. We thought this was an anomaly and thought it was a one-off, but the next day, the result was the same. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and it was definitely not vacuum cleaned. I mean I expect no extra service because I have tipped the cleaning lady, but the least I can expect is that a minimum standard is met. We left the "make up our room" sign twice and both the times, all the lady did was come in ( we did not even ask for a change in towels or so the first day), and arranged 3 toys of my second child in a line, did nothing with both the beds in both the bedrooms and could not be bothered to at least quickly vacuum clean the rooms or clean the sink which is customary in hotels of such a standard. The worst part was the state of the water kettle. I chose not to complain as we there there only for 3 nights and during the check out, the lady at the reception was friendly enough too, but did not even ask us how the stay was:) I understand that this place got many good reviews, but this was our experience, and I have been to 40 plus countries and stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels, and this was the first time that I experienced room cleaning of such a low standard. Don't get me wrong- The rooms were clean or looked clean when we checked in. There was just no attempt to maintain that:) The state of the water kettle left a lot to be desired.

Hotel Viaduct jest bardzo dobrze położony - na cichej uliczce, ale do Starego Miasta można dojść w około 20-30 minut. Ponadto, w pobliżu znajduje się linia metra, przystanki komunikacji miejskiej oraz przystanek autobusowy. Hotel jest zupełnie nowy, mieści się w odrestaurowanym starym budynku, wszystko w nim jest urządzone z w ładnym stylowym minimalistycznym designem. Pokój bardzo przestronny i dobrze wyposażony (czajnik elektryczny i ekspres na kapsułki, naczynia - filiżanki do herbaty i kawy, sztućce). W łazience znajduje się suszarka do włosów, żel pod prysznic i mydło. W hotelu nie ma sali śniadaniowej. Można za to zamówić śniadanie za pomocą tabletu w pokoju, które zostanie dostarczone do pokoju o wskazanej godzinie. Oferują szeroki wybór śniadań na ciepło i zimno, a obsługa pokoju śniadaniowego punktualna, z doskonałymi daniami. Bardzo życzliwa i pomocna obsługa także w recepcji. Dziękujemy za mile spędzony czas. Na pewno chętnie wrócimy i będziemy polecać hotel znajomym wybierającym się do Pragi. Viaduct Hotel is very well located - on a quiet street, but you can walk to the Old Town in about 20-30 minutes. In addition, there is a metro line, public transport stops and a bus stop nearby. The hotel is brand new, located in a renovated old building, everything is decorated with a nice stylish minimalist design. The room very muchspacious and well-equipped (electric kettle and capsule coffee machine, dishes - tea and coffee cups, cutlery). The bathroom has a hairdryer, shower gel and soap. There is no breakfast room in the hotel. Instead, you can order breakfast using a tablet in the room, which will be delivered to the room at the indicated time. They offer a wide selection of hot and cold breakfasts, a breakfast room service punctual with excellent dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff also at the reception. Thank you for a nice time. We will definitely be happy to come back and recommend the hotel to friends going to Prague.

Rozhodně se nám zde líbilo a jsme spokojeni se službou, kterou nám dopřál Hotel a která je skutečně na vysoké úrovni. Pokoj sám o sobě byl čistý, prostorný a krásně udržovaný. Nechybí zde i malá lednička, příbory, nádobí, kávovar, konvice, pantofle a župany. V koupelně je fen, sprchový gel a mýdlo, takže vše potřebné. Objednání snídaní a různých služeb na konkrétní čas přes tablet na pokoj bylo skvělé a bezchybné. Samotné snídaně byly výborné a vypadaly vzhledově nádherně. V hotelu se nachází wellness, kde je sauna a parní místnost, které opravdu stojí za vyzkoušení. Nechybí zde ani sprchy a studené vědro s vodou, které po zatáhnutí můžete na sebe vylít. Dále na místě byly dostupné ručníky a příjemné posezení u šálku čaje a menšího občerstvení. Dá se relaxovat i na lehátkách Hotel Viaduct je velmi dobře umístěn v blízkosti různých obchodů a je zde navíc linka metra, která vás doveze kamkoliv. Chci ještě jednou vyjádřit Hotelovému personálu velké DÍK za zpříjemnění stráveného času a relax, který nám byl zde nabídnut. Doporučuji.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Englischkenntnisse wären nicht schlecht, sonst ist man etwas aufgeschmissen. Die Stadt ist riesig und es gibt wahnsinnig viel zu entdecken. Essen und Restaurants im Überfluss. U-Bahn fahren ist ein Erlebnis. Aller 3min fährt eine Bahn und man ist sehr schnell am gewünschten Ziel und immer noch mittendrin. Wir haben Geld getauscht. Da kommt man besser als mit Euro. Aber in der Stadt bieten sich dafür viele Möglichkeiten..

Wir haben einen Wochenendausflug nach Prag gemacht und das Viaduct war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und konnten unser Auto sicher im Hinterhof abstellen. Parken kann man zwar auch an der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel, aber unter der Woche muss man einen Parkschein lösen. Die Lage ist super, man kann entweder zu Fuß in einer viertel Stunde in die Altstadt laufen oder nimmt Bus/Metro (Haltestellen sind direkt in der Nähe). Das Viaduct ist ein relativ kleines, familiär wirkendes Hotel, die Zimmer waren modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber, ruhige Lage. Das Frühstück auf's Zimmer war unser Highlight! Man bestellt es am Tag vorher online oder über das Tablet, das auf jedem Zimmer zur Verfügung steht (geht ganz einfach). Es war super lecker und sehr entspannt, im Jogginganzug ganz in Ruhe zu frühstücken und die Kinder konnten sich auf dem Zimmer auch anderweitig beschäftigen, wenn sie fertig mit Essen waren. Preis-Leistungsverhätnis war top, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Świetna lokalizacja, do starówki można dojść pieszo w 20minut, niedaleko hotelu znajduje się stacja metra. Bardzo czysty i przestronny pokój, duża łazienka. W pokoju znajdował się ekspres na kapsułki. Stylowy wygląd pomieszczeń i przepiękny zapach, który unosił się w całym budynku. Szeroki wybór śniadań, które przynoszone są na ustaloną wcześniej godzinę do pokoju, za pomocą tableta, który znajduje się również w pokoju. Śniadania bardzo dobre, od wytrawnych po słodkie. Miła i sympatyczna obsługa. Polecam! :)

Wat een heerlijk hotel is dit! Het is schoon, mooi ingericht, vriendelijk personeel en op een fijne locatie. Een aantal toppunten waren de vloerverwarming in de badkamer, de prachtige dubbele ramen waardoor je het geluid van de straat niet hoort, het ontbijt dat op de kamer wordt gebracht en het bed dat heerlijk lag. Normaliter moet je om 11.00 uur uitchecken, maar wij vroegen of dit iets later kon en ook dit was geen probleem waardoor we gratis een uurtje langer konden blijven. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en raden dit zeker aan! Sterker nog, als we nog eens naar Praag zouden gaan, zouden we weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

My family stayed for six nights recently at Viaduct. The best part of Viaduct is the in-room quality breakfasts. They made my vacation be like a real vacation. The beddings are very comfortable and clean. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is located a bit off the center of the old town, quiet yet is within walking distance to the main attractions. It is enjoyable to take a nice walk in the nearby neighborhoods to experience local people's lives. I highly recommend the Viaduct if you plan to visit Prague.

Ein wunderbares Hotel, ganz besonders im Punkt des Preis-Leistung-Verhältnisses. Leckeres Frühstück wird aufs Zimmer gebracht und die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sauber. Das Person ist sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Ich fand’s richtig klasse und kann’s nur empfehlen.

Three of us stayed here this week for 3 nights. Absolutely highly recommend! We weren't sure about location at first but turned out perfect with no need to use public transport (which is right there), but easily strolled everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast options were outstanding with fab service. Room, decor, space, everything was more than we were expecting. Fantastic Stay!

Klein aber sehr fein. Schöne, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, tolles und liebevolles Frühstück welches auf das Zimmer geliefert wird. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig, sauber, die Betten ein Traum. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 Minuten am Altstädter Ring. Parkplatz kostet zwar extra, ist aber zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit dort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

El hotel está genial. Habitaciones amplias. Decoración moderna. Buena limpieza. El detalle del albornoz y las zapatillas. El desayuno en la habitación es perfecto. Lo único que no me gustó fue la zona. Está cerca de la estación de Florenc. Y por la noche está muy oscuro y algunas zonas sucias.

Amazing hotel with amazing with amazing service. Extremely friendly staff. Large rooms. And the breakfast in the room is great. It is really close to florenc tram and metro stop. And the cutest thing they had was that they had a bath robe and slipper in my 6 year old sons size

Amazing stay at The Viaduct Suites. The hotel is centrally located and includes private parking. Breakfast is served in your rooms based on the pre ordered menu. The only downside of our stay is that we weren’t able to use the spa anymore. Make sure to let them know in advance.

Zimmer gut eingerichtet und sauber, Auto steht sicher, Frühstück ist ok, wobei 1 mal was Bestelltes vergessen wurde und trotz Nachfrage nicht nachgeliefert wurde. Kühlschrank 1 Woche lang defekt, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage, keine Lösung. 30 min in die Stadt, 15 min trifft auf U-Bahn zu!
