I was diagnosed with a mild disc bulge in September 2021 as a result of bad posture and extended hours of being seated because of online school. Our health and wellbeing are so precious and I realised that it was not something to be taken lightly. I was in immense pain, unable to do the most basic of tasks like sit, stand, wash or even clothe myself. In my paranoia, I thought I would never be able to do the things that I loved, until Tanya came to the rescue! With her healing hands, immense patience with me and her expertise, I was up within a week, and now trekking, swimming, moving freely and confidently. Thank you for your resilience in healing me.
