Delivery driver tried scamming and extortion!!!! Hi,I placed an order on UberEats from Cricklewood The Pizza Club-and to be delivered in Wembley Park on this Sunday around 6pm and paid online using UberEat app. The delivery arrived late,food halfway cold already but maybe was busy day. As soon as he handed over the delivery he told me that he sent to my account £2 and if I can give it back to him CASH. I didn’t had any cash. After he left I checked my account and obviously he didn’t sent anything as delivery drivers don’t have access to our account since was all paid for online upon ordering. I knew then that he is scamming costumers I called the Cricklewood pizza club to let them know that this driver is running his own business scamming costumers. It took a while for the Pizza club employee to understand what was the issue was. The store manager is urged to take action for scam and extortion intent. Hope to hear from the store soon.

I been a customer with u lot for long time now, your service is getting worst and worst I been having issues with my last few orders. I am really disappointed I tried to call today the phone line was busy for a good 20 mins after I got connected the put me on hold for few mins and then hanged up however I realised it’s Friday evening and very busy I ordered on just eat I wanted to add some more stuff to my order it was a cash order anyways, I called while I was on the phone guy put me on hold and cancelled the order. Asked me to reorder I asked to speak to the manger she took the didn’t bother to listen she just said the I have cancelled your order this manger she have no customer service experience or whatsoever she don’t really care about customers so sad for pizza club. My massage to pizza club management is don’t let this inexperienced manger and member of staff to destroy your business and push away all your customers away and ruin your reputation.

I ordered through Pizza Club for the first time seeing as their delivery drop was free being that your order is above £11 so I ordered through the phone and what took me by surprise was this workers mannerism and customer service which were impeccable along with their prices as well I'm pretty much use to my Italian style pizza which they can perfect but their stuffed crust looked appealing in addition to all their sides menu so I left myself no choice and ordered bits of everything I was notified by the driver as to when my delivery would depart which was professional but when he arrived, I could tell that the order was driven with care and well hand delivered so thank you Pizza Club for looking after me My recommendation definitely goes out to everyone because they complete that 'value for money' vibe with the extra finish of quality and quantity all in one loooool

This is the best pizza ever. As someone who eats pizza all the time from all the major restaurants as well as retail chains, I have to say that this is the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is always crispy and the toppings are great. The fact that the prices have not been increased in over 4 years is amazing. The service is always great and you can order ahead and they will always answer the phone. I used to live very close to this restaurant so I would have their pizza several times a week. Even though I now live 20 minutes away in Hendon, I still keep coming to this place as their pizza is just perfect. If I move outside London, I am sure that I will still come here once in a while. Also, the fact that they now have different franchises does not surprise me. It's a great pizza for a great price!

I’m very upset with the service I have received today. I ordered at 12:20 am. I informed the staff member when I called that the shop was closing at 12:45am and if it was still possible to order and he said yes, however it will take up to an hour. I said okay. Now it is 1:48 am and still I haven’t received a call or my food. An hour and 25 minutes later. The shop is now closed and I have tried calling the telephone about 10 times, no answer. I am a regular customer I have ordered over 40 times from this shop because of customer service And food quality. Now after one really bad service I don’t think I will be ordering again. I give a 0 star service for today.

Once saw two elderly customers getting refused service and kicked out because the owner threw a tantrum and started shouting at employees. The older reviews are correct in saying that the pizza WAS good, but it seems they cannot handle that level of service anymore. The furniture is caked with filth and looks like it was pulled out of a skip. The floor is always muddy and the tables are greasy. The man who takes the orders is irritable and unfriendly - walked in once and waited at the till, the and the man stares at me like I was the one ordering. When the pepperoni pizza came, 20 odd minutes and several calls later, I found an abnormal amount of dough with minimal sauce/cheese, and quote me on this, HALF a pepperoni slice. Good joke.

Pizza club has prices for collection of £4 for 9 inch and £6 for 12 inch. Other sizes available. You can choose base and up to 3 toppings from a fairly large list. İnside on a rainy Sunday afternoon there were three or four people serving, a couple waiting or ordering. The inside looked clean. The review above was around May 2022. In January 2023 I revisited. The place still looks clean. You can't see much of the cooking as you see piles of pizza boxes. The various sizes and choose your crust and three toppings is there. It is now £2.50 for 7 inch, £5 for 9 inch, £7 for 12 inch and £9 for 15 inch. You can pay by card. Took 10-15 minutes to cook the pizza. Service was fine. No toilets visible for customers.

Really bad service experienced for the first time been ordering for about a year and half placed an order for 2 vegi deep pan pizzas, both came quiet over cooked, thin base, I called the branch up and I got told to send a photo of the pizzas in return for a coke bottle on my next order, terrible I will not be using again and recommend anyone one that wants too not to bother. All I requested was to give me a portion of garlic bread, and wedges when I order next time, I could have requested for another 2 pizzas to be sent but I didn't because I thought I always order from the place!!

Terrible SERVICE!!! I order from them all the time but after how i was treated today i wont be returning! Ordered a pizza only to get home to see they gave me the wrong pizza, when i called to let them know that the toppings are wrong and it will take me ages to come back the man shouts at me over the phone telling me to come back for a free pizza but he won't refund me..which obviously means its not a free pizza because its paid for then tells me to eat the pizza i have after i have told him i am allergic to the toppings on the pizza!... then he hangs up

I was a very regular customer on both pick up and on uber eats until I talk to the lady manager last Saturday. My experience marred by her rude and very non professional behaviour on the phone. She have an assumption that She is the only one who entirely managing all the pizza’s in London. Sorry, no orders to this branch anymore. Never had like this experience…

I have to agree the pizza tasted good and was very cheap - large pizza with 4 toppings for just £6! However that was let down by the hygeine and cleanliness of the shop and staff. The guy serving had an old sweater and tracksuit on. No uniforms..Very dirty shop and counter area, the view into the kitchen is blocked by pizza boxes so have to rely on the food hygeine rating which unsurprisingly just 1.. i won't be going back.

This used to be okay pizza. My order today was a joke. I got just a dough and I ordered pizza with extra cheese and tomato sauce. There was dry pizza with no tomato and where is my extra cheese topping? Calzone has no filling. The food was just disgusting and I through it to the bin. Will never order again. Last picture is with calzone ( actually plain dough almost).

I love the Pizza Club. The dough has the perfect flavour and consistency, nice and dough-y, crispy but soft. I love that the tomato sauce is not too salty or sweet. Toppings are always a generous amount and great quality. My go to pizza whenever I get a craving, definitely! Very affordable price for size and quality too. Highly recommended

The pizza here used to be really good but as they have begging to get busy the standards have become low: The pizza dosnt taste the same as two years ago and prices have increased quite a bit. But customer service is good.

I use to like their pizza and potato wedges but unfortunately the last two times the quality was not even close as before. First time i ordered spicy chicken wings too. We went to this pizza place,we saw the prices (really cheap) and we were having some doubts but when we bought it we loved it. It was delicious and better than most popular pizza places. The only bad things were that the pizza was pretty thin and the hygiene wasn’t the best. They do wear gloves but looks a bit dirty. Overall the pizza was amazing

Been going here for a long time - BUT I would've hoped given everything going on they would at least be WEARING MASKS when they prep the food now?! The Pizza Club is the best and exceptional for top quality pizza not only because every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful & fresh ingredients but also because the prices were unbelievably so reasonable for a delicious top pizza We highly recommend The pizza club ( it's a must try )

If you want the best pizza experience, you've come to the right place. This utopian establishment is, not only one of the cheaper places to eat, but the quality is not comparable to other chains (especially papa johns). A true experience of real customer service and an overall world class pizza.

Never a problem with the staff, always helpful, good prices and nice pizza however to get a fifth star from me it would be nice to see a proper portion of toppings instead of just 3 or 4 bits of each. Keep up the good work but please don't be so tight with the toppings, not a big ask guys …

A £1 pizza is a £1 pizza, but that is not my issue. Incredibly rude staff who screamed down the phone that they were not open and not to call again. I work around the corner so I went to have a look. They were indeed open... The gent did not even give me an explanation as to why.

I dislike this pizza store I ordered a 15 inch pizza and I thought I had 4 toppings already there but I only had 3 toppings. They didn’t even tell me and they were also really rude. They used to tell that I had more to put on but they didn’t, which confused me.

Girl at counter has attiitude. Went over to collect the pizza only to be told "it's not ready" even though it was sitting top of oven. 10mins later she goes and actually checks and says "it's ready". Cold pizza's.... Very poor service....

The only thing good about this place is the pizza, which is what mostly matters I guess. The attitude of the manager/ owner who is generally behind the counter probably turns away a lot of people. Good food but poor service.
