The Pearle is absolutely a 5-star hotel! We've stayed 3 times this summer, and everything about this property is amazing. The location is right on the waterfront, and most rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. It is walking distance to many restaurants and bars, with ample amenities nearby. The hotel is brand new and every detail was carefully thought out from the lobby to the guest rooms. It truly feels like you are at an urban oasis when staying here, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The welcoming lobby has a beautiful staircase and is nicely lit. The pool and gym are well-appointed with a great size and large windows. Oversized bathrooms feature double sinks and a soaker tub, with separate huge shower and toilet. Rooms boast a large wall-mounted TV, closet with robes and slippers, an iPad directory of the amenities, mini fridge drawer, and a new espresso machine. Some rooms offer terraces which are nice to have in the summer as well. The restaurant is beautiful with a large outdoor terrace and a lakeview. The lovely white wood with matte black accents can be found throughout the hotel. They also have banquet facilities where many events and weddings are hosted throughout the year. The staff is what makes this property stand out, as everyone from the valet/ doormen, to front desk, housekeeping, room service, and restaurant were very friendly and eager to make our experience excellent. It is very clear that the staff are very well-trained, with the utmost hospitality in mind. A special thanks to Aisha in guest services for making our recent 5-night stay so special. She went above and beyond in many ways to make our special staycation perfect! All the front desk staff were always available to make recommendations and took pleasure in providing any help when needed. The "At your service" phone line also was a nice quick way to get anything we needed from ordering breakfast to extra towels. There are two dining options on-site, with Bread Bar serving absolutely delicious breakfast which can be had as room service (they also have lunch on-site). We loved everything we tried from there, and our meals kept us full for hours! Isabelle is their full-service restaurant with large dining room, bar, and patio. Although the prices are relatively high, the quality is excellent with a unique menu and large wine selection. It is nice to splurge here for a special occasion if you're staying in town. My only feedback would be the following: -The restaurant was absolutely slammed on an August Saturday night, leading to long waits and slow service for drinks and food. At the price being demanded, there needs to be more staff hired for efficiency. As mentioned, all staff were very friendly but these kinks need to be worked out with this new establishment as we were not impressed. Also I had made a note on the reservation about my partner's birthday (and confirmed with front desk), but unfortunately this was not passed on to the wait staff which was disappointing. -Housekeeping did a great job, and we were even fortunate to have turndown service one night with a nice note and a welcome amenity. However, some mornings we could hear housekeeping staff loudly conversing while getting supplies and cleaning the room next to us. -Along those lines, given this hotel hosts many weddings we also unfortunately heard some noise from the hallways very late one night. We were the closest room to the elevator so experienced a bit of disturbance from those guests staying in the hotel partying into the night. Overall, this is such a great hotel and I will be back over and over again. They are truly in the business of hospitality and know how to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. All of the amenities are top-notch, and I would highly recommend visiting this beautiful hidden gem for a special occasion or a nice relaxing retreat. Thanks again!

Experiences make memories and memories last a lifetime—and this is one I’ll treasure forever. My stay at The Pearle was nothing short of extraordinary due to the level of service excellence I received. That’s as succinctly as I can describe one of the most unforgettable experiences of my bonafide Bonvoy life. The rest is a detailed review of every aspect that made my stay so remarkable. I checked in around 1:00 AM after a 7 hour drive from the US and was ready to sleep. I was ready until I started talking to Karan, the gentleman who checked me in. I very nonchalantly asked him about the Lake View suite and within 30 seconds he sold me on it without selling. “The sunrises are to live for” is all he said. Can you really put value on a statement like that? Nope, you can’t because that value is priceless. So naturally, we upgraded. He then walked me to the elevator and ever so eloquently addressed me as Ms. Azam. Chivalry is not dead. I made my way into the room, turned on the lights and then my heart stopped. I was taken aback by one of the most visually appealing aesthetics of interior design, art and decor. It was breathtaking—just look at the pictures. Pay special attention to the LED lighting on the ceiling, look closer and you’ll notice it’s everywhere but only when you want it to be (motion sensors). Okay moving on to more amenities and exploration. Goodness, gracious the pool…LED lights on the ceiling, infinity edges and heated to 87 degrees. Perfect conditions for a 6:00AM swim. Then the opulent lobby, the art, the grand spiral staircase and the teardrop lights. Am I in space? What galaxy is this? There’s no way this is earth anymore. I was supposed to check-out the next day, that was the plan and I was going to stick to it. We all know by now that obviously didn’t happen. I extended my stay by two days and credit for that goes to Kamil & Pushpak—the dynamic duo. Articulate, respectful, authentic and going above and beyond for everything. “Done. You got it. Done. What else can we do? Done. What about this? Done. Done. Done.” Yep, the deal was definitely done and I was elated that I got to stay a bit longer in my lavish lakefront palace. I could keep going but I’ll wrap up now and conclude by saying The Pearle should be a case study on the epitome of service excellence, breaking traditional standards and setting a new precedent that all boutique hotels should follow. Btw—if you’re still reading this then stop. Stop and book a room NOW and then see for yourself what hidden treasures the magical Pearle holds. Stunning.

This weekend we were excited to attend our niece's wedding at The Pearle. We had been looking forward to the wedding and our stay at The Pearle for almost a year. Our lake view king room was booked Sept 2021. The bride and groom were radiant. Unfortunately The Pearle was truly lacking. It is a lovely hotel, but with issues to address. 1. Wedding management support (or should I say lack of support). First, I would like to make it clear that the staff who provide service were wonderful - those who serve meals, clean rooms, provide room service, etc. On the morning of our niece's wedding, when the room was to be decorated, the decor boxes had not been brought to the event room at the time promised, the event room had not been cleaned from the previous evening's event - with sticky tables, food crumbs, bits of flowers, etc on the floor, and several chairs (which have white seats) with stains on them. As time moved on and and no management arrived to address questions, family and friends took to cleaning tables, and working on setup. With the wedding at 3, by about 1:30 pm, with much assistance from family and friends, the room was nearly ready. Those service staff that were eventually in the room worked hard and truly took pride in their work. 2. Our lake view king room booked last September. I thought I knew in general what room we were getting and what the amenities would be. Not so much. I booked the lake view room as I knew we would have other family members visit our room and we wanted a pleasant view and room to sit; the description of the lake view king room indicates sofa and chair. So I knew we'd have room. Our room was quite small, had one rolling desk chair, and our lake view was mostly parking lot and buildings with the lake beyond that. I was disappointed in the view, but could have accepted it, if we had at least had a bit of seating. As expected, many family dropped by, and almost all sat on the bed so we could chat. The room was pleasant, but the view was not nearly as expected and as portrayed in marketing, and the lack of almost any seating was very disappointing. As well, our bathroom had almost no counter space, although I did see other rooms with more spacious counters. Within minutes of entering the room I returned to the front desk and let them know of my disappointment with the view and the lack of any seating. They comped the valet parking, which was something, but solved none of the issues. This could be a lovely venue, but some changes are needed, likely at the management level.

Promised a dream...living a nightmare Booked this venue for our upcoming wedding. The wedding consultant is the one who sold us on the wedding venue promised us that we can sleep in the hotel the night before the wedding, wake up there during the day and have the bridesmaids and groomsmen get ready in our rooms on the wedding day. All of this was complimentary. Plus she said she will throw in 2 extra rooms for our parents since they will be coming from out of town. Sounds great until it never happened Now we're getting charged for our rooms to stay in the night before and on our wedding day. That's not what the wedding consultant promised us at all. Now we are stressing about this because this is extra thousands of hidden charges to us. KEY NOTE: the hotel where you sleep in and the wedding coordinator are completely different entities. They don't communicate with each other. So here, I have to come in and say the wedding consultant promised this to the hotel team. I shouldn't be doing this. The wedding consultant and the hotel team should be sorting things out and communicating with each other. The next problem is the hotel team. There's only 1 single person that books the room. Yes only 1. I found this out when I called the hotel and pressed 2. The reservations coordinator didn't return our calls. I've asked the hotel when she works so that I can call during her working hours... nobody knows. I asked if she has a boss so I can speak to. Guess what... nobody knows. She's a rogue agent running things. Very hard to get a hold of her on the phone. Through email she promised to call my finance to clear things up... we're still waiting on that phone call. We had scheduled with the the wedding consultant to see her at 4:30pm on Friday at the hotel. This was confirmed by email. Next thing her assistant or someone does a follow up email saying they'll see us on Thursday. We had to correct that person and tell them it's Friday. Just so disorganized it's frustrating. So yes the wedding sector of the Pearl and the actual Hotel itself are separate entities and don't talk to each other. Also the people are very hard to get a hold of. The communication is extremely poor. Appalling for a high class hotel. Just be aware that you will have to do the coordinating yourself. Just a follow up, Samantha Hillis followed up with us and sorted out everything. Thank you Samantha for getting on the phone with us and addressing all of our concerns. We were stressed for months with our room bookings and we are glad you phoned us up to sort it out.

Amazing location. Overall, I will stay again. SPA=no. ISABELLE restaurant = YES! amazing food! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner + bar with a great cocktail menu and wine celler. Yes, it is a pricey price tag, but it has amazing views along with a panoramic heated pool and spa amenities worth relaxing to. I had a spa service booked and stayed overnight. The hotel does not have free parking it is valet only. Or park in the public lot across the street. Bonus with valet is that they have EV chargers to recharge your car while you are staying there. Spa - conveniently has an entrance in the hotel and also outside for easy access. They have multiple waiting areas..light complimentary snacks along with tea and water. Use of pool area, sauna, showers, change rooms, and lockers. I had massage done. I should have asked for deep tissue but was a bit light on my preference for pressure. (Some changeroom and refreshment pictures encl) Staff was very attentive. There was always someone around. I guess you are paying for the frills and not the actual service itself. In my opinion, very expensive at $200 , but balances out a bit if you have snacks and tea and use their amenities to make a day out of it. (You still will have access to the pool as a regular guest) The service of the hotel was fantastic . I received an upgrade to lake view, room was very clean, and there were little bonuses like fridge was drinks and a pack of local handmade chips and of course coffee and tea when I arrived. Downside is rooms are not very sound proof based on its weird layout of hallways and room. + drainage was an issue. So much thought was put into the service, we came back from dinner and there was an ice bucket, water and chocolates waiting for us in our room. Was so thoughtful!!! Saving the best for last. ISABELLE RESTURANT. Amazing food. Very unexpected for a hotel resturant. They had really good views of the lake, and the staff was very attentive. Open kitchen concept. Expect to be paying for Toronto cocktail prices. We went for a second dinner and breakfast .. dinner prices were great. Breakfast was on the more expensive side. Overall would come back to Burlington just for this resturant for dinner, I would also love to try their lunch. Overall. Yes to the hotel, spa is a pass for the services but great ambiance and amenities, resturant is a heck yes!

I MUST SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE‼️ STRONG UNPLEASANT ODOR 4 Star Hotel=NO ONE CARED AND IGNORED I recently had a deeply disappointing stay at The Pearla Hotel, and I must share my experience. As a “Marriott Platinum” member, I expected a pleasant stay, but it was anything but that. ROOM ODOR: When my girlfriend and I checked into our upgraded lakeview room, we were immediately hit with a strong, unpleasant human body odor. Despite turning on the AC opening the windows and spray some perfume, the smell persisted, making it “IMPOSSIBLE to BREATHE ” comfortably. We thought it will be better and we go out for dinner about 3hours. After return to the room, the smell still there. Front Desk Reaction: When I reported the issue to the front desk, their response was utterly disappointing. They not only blamed me, asking if I had turned on the AC, but they also failed to apologize for the condition of the room. Refused Room Change: The front desk initially refused to change our room and instead sent a housekeeper with a chemical sprayer, which did nothing to alleviate the odor. Eventually, they moved us to another room on the same floor, but the smell persisted in the new room. Indifference: What's most “DISHEARTENING ” is that the hotel staff, including the manager, seemed UNSURPRISED by the STRONG ODOR and displayed a shocking lack of concern for our discomfort. Air Quality Issue: We later discovered that the odor was “coming from the AC vent”, which is absolutely unacceptable in a supposed 4-star hotel. Overall Disappointment: This experience truly ruined our staycation and left a lasting negative impression of the Marriott brand. Even during check-out, when I raised the issue again, the front desk staff showed no surprise or remorse. It's apparent that there is a SEVERE AIR QUALITY problem on that floor, and it's astonishing that such an issue was NOT ADDRESSED PROMPTLY. My girlfriend and I had a dreadful and REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT, and I would strongly advise against staying at The Pearla Hotel until these issues are resolved❗️

Hotel exceeds expectations. (June 2023) Stayed here for 2 nights end of June 2023 as an Ambassador Elite Bonvoy member. Received an upgrade to a larger king water view room. Was hoping for a balcony room upgrade, but it seems like there's only a few of these. All good. Hotel is approx 2 years old (what I was told by staff) and is in very good condition and very clean. Only room issue was the light under the bed would not turn off. The sensor was either broken, keeping the light on all night or we just couldn't figure out how to turn it off. It was pretty dim so we were able to sleep through it. Other than that the room was great, but may not be convenient for business travelers as the desk/ workspace was kind of small. Valet Parking is really well done here. Very quick and only $35. There was tons of valet staff working who were all very friendly and greeted guests well. They also utilize a texting service to request your vehicle which I wish more hotels would offer as it is really convenient. Breakfast at Isabell's would be my only minor complaint. Although the staff was great and food was great, it is quite expensive. As a Bonvoy Elite member, we (wife and I) received a voucher good for $70 each day. We thought this was great when we checked in, but the breakfast is very expensive and includes an automatic 18% gratuity so even ordering just the regular meal and a coffee (each) costs about $85. The money isn't a big deal, but it would be nice if the voucher covered all of the breakfast as this is how the vouchers work at practically every other Bonvoy property I've been to. Nonetheless, the food and service were great so no complaints there. The café is also quite nice. The gym and pool look nice as well, although we didnt use these facilities. The location is exceptional. Walking distance to dozens of nice restaurants and right on the water. It looks like they had bicycles to rent too. Very safe area as well. Overall this hotel is really nice and likely the best hotel anywhere close to Burlington. Would absolutely recommend and planning to stay here again myself next time I'm in the area.

Let me start by saying what an amazing hotel this is. Upon arrival, depending on how busy it is, you likely won't be saying this. You'll likely be annoyed because the only parking is valet parking ($25/night). You'll be told to drive to the end of the road and go around the loop while valet moves all the cars into the garage. It's kind of a dumpster fire on a Saturday when there are weddings and what not. I thought a 5 pm arrival was safe to bet it wouldn't be busy but I was wrong. The lobby is very nice. Some nice sitting spots and decor. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and the gentleman that checked us in was kind enough to upgrade us to a Lakeview. Arriving up on our floor, the lobbies on each floor are nice and feature ice and water in the lobby of each floor for your reusable bottles. Very handy. After opening the room, you're hit with a delicious scent and very clean space. The bathroom features a very heavy floor to ceiling sliding door that doesn't lock. The bed is super comfy and the rooms feature a mini fridge hidden in each room. The ultra stylish rooms also include some freebies such as a bag of local chips, 2 waters and 2 flavoured sparkling waters. Other great things were: - views - very sound proof rooms it seemed - beautiful rain shower - nice and cold A/C - the infinity pool - the gym, lots of options, however the gym was quite hot - Bread Bar within the hotel is affordable Some negatives we had were: - I requested 3 extra lotions, miserable lady from housekeeping brought 1. - The TV lost signal for a while. TV also had no guide or Netflix. - Elevator door once struggled to open, it got stuck so i jumped out as I didn't trust that one anymore. - The parking can be a nightmare. - One of the nicer hotels out there, but a few links need to be ironed out because it takes that next step to a perfect hotel. Highly recommend staying here. 4.5/5. Follow me for more reviews photos and tips!

I honestly don't know where to begin!! We hosted our intimate celebration at The Pearle Hotel in December. Everything went well from start to finish. Our initial contact with Isabelle and her team set the tone for how positive things would be (she's amazing to work with, one of the best in the industry, not kidding...she responded to emails while she was feeling under the weather, on her off days etc.). Throughout the planning process, Isabelle and her team were patient, understanding and accommodating. It's clear that they take the quality of their clients' experience seriously. My mom and I stayed the night before the event date but our sleep was interrupted by other guests who were having a little too much fun at 3am+ ;). The front desk tried their best to assist us that night with our concerns. Regarding the actual event date, the team was just incredible. What was supposed to be a stressful day turned out to feel natural and manageable. Ingrid and Alice were absolutely exceptional, attentive to detail, helpful, and in constant communication with us throughout the day...the food at the event was fantastic, presentation was impeccable, wine was lovely as well. Todd and his colleagues at the front desk were very diligent, friendly and helpful. My mom and I also had dinner at the Isabelle restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff at the spa (my mom and I had the pleasure of enjoying their services) were also exceptional...we completed a survey after our event and months later (didn't expect to hear back from them), The Pearle Hotel reached out to follow up on the one minor issue we had earlier regarding the noise level, which shows how much they care about our experience. We will be back again and again in the future and will recommend this hotel to our friends & family...whether it be for a quick staycation, dinner, a private event, spa date..any occasion, 5+ stars from us :)! Thank you The Pearle Hotel for everything!

Wedding Venue Review Overall Experience: We booked our wedding venue at the Pearl Hotel in July 2022, for our August 2023 wedding and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Venue Setting: The ambiance, decor, and overall aesthetic of the venue is unmatched to other venues in our opinion. It was the overall aesthetic of the venue of itself that really sold this place over any other venue. Venue Staff and Service: Overall, the staff were accommodating, responsive, and professional. However, we were not happy with our Special Events Consultant. She didn’t seem very flexible, came off as condescending at times, and made our experience feel as if we were not in control of planning our own wedding. She made is very stressed leading up to our wedding day because of her strict demeanour and comments that scared us to believe the venue will not be accommodating to last minute changes on the day of the event. However, when dealing with problems with any other staff member other than our special events consultant, we only had pleasant and positive experiences. Come the day of our wedding, ALL the staff were supportive, accommodating, and more than helpful. Food and Amenities: The food was amazing. The tasting experience was enjoyable and accommodating, we felt like we had a lot of control in what the menu could be. Everyone loved the food and the late night snacks, we couldn’t stop receiving compliments on the taste and quality of the food. Full disclosure, this venue doesn’t allow outside catering, you have to go through their menu, but it’s worth it. Location and Accessibility: The venue location is beautiful, there are plenty of spots to take lovely pictures around the local area. Parking may be an issue as there’s only paid parking available or may have to park further and walk over. Flexibility: Venue was very accommodating to our specific requests and changes in plans.

We chose the Pearle as our wedding venue over a year ago due to the amazing staff that walked us through what a wedding would look like, as well as it being so accommodating to allergies. The Northshore room was absolutely gorgeous overlooking the water and the spots for pictures around the hotel were incredible so we were immediately sold. Fast forward a year later, we checked in the night before and our room was not ready. After a little confusion, they immediately solved the problem, providing us with a ready room and 2 complementary drinks at Isabelle. Not even a half hour later, one of the managers (Vicki) was up to our room welcoming us with champagne. She could see I was upset about the potential rain on my wedding and quickly showed us several places we could take pictures if it was inclement weather, as well as a complementary breakfast to cheer me up. She even checked in on me to make sure my wedding day started off on the right foot. The day-of coordinators were also incredible! (Colleen & Ingrid) They made sure I got all my pictures taken in the best places, made sure we ran on time to the minute, and made sure I ate something during cocktail hour. Every guest thought the wedding was amazing, from the food (which was so good!) to the atmosphere, I can not recommend this venue enough. They know what they are doing and will make sure your incredibly busy day runs smoothly. My day was absolutely perfect, the only thing that didn’t happen the way I had hoped was the take-away cookies were not placed on the tables at the start. Maybe someone forgot in the kitchen? So I am not sure how many of our guests actually got them. But the staff quickly started handing them out and putting them in baskets around the room as soon as I mentioned it! Highly recommended as a wedding venue, cannot say enough good things!

I left a review earlier for the reservations service at The Pearle Hotel, but this edit is a review for the wedding consultant with whom we worked to arrange my daughter's wedding at The Pearle Hotel. We were lucky enough to be assigned Megan Martin, who was absolutely amazing. Megan was so positive and fun to plan the wedding with. She was very responsive to any inquiries. She also was meticulous in recording every detail of our plans for the day, including decor, signage, music, and menu. I can't praise Megan highly enough. If you want to plan your wedding through Pearle Weddings, I'd highly recommend that you ask specifically for Megan. 5 out of 5 stars! My daughter and I would give her 6 out of 5 if we could! Oh, also the suite that my daughter booked at The Pearle was lovely! Staff also left complimentary gifts of a bottle of Prosecco, 2 plush robes, and a bar of chocolate! These little touches at The Pearle just made the day that much more special! Note: The photo attached was taken on the patio of the hotel. The view is beautiful. Original post: My daughter booked The Pearle Hotel for her wedding. When I called to book rooms for the bride and the wedding party, Harzall, who is a reservations coordinator in the wedding block reservation department, provided exceptional service. She offered me a preferred rate, even though we were not reserving a block of rooms (because we weren't certain that we could fill the minimum of 10 rooms for a block). Harzall was so friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure to do this tiny bit of wedding planning with her. I wish everybody was this pleasant to do business with. Highly recommended! 5 out of 5 stars.

Had an incredible stay at this stunning property for one night after an enjoyable visit to Niagara-on-the-lake. We reserved a lake-view suite with terrace to celebrate an upcoming wedding anniversary. Upon entering the suite we were greeted with a personalized note and a beautifully presented plate with various sweets and fruits to help us celebrate. The inviting space is beautifully appointed with stylish and warm furniture. Under normal circumstances, the massive and well-decorated bathroom with a center soak tub would be the main attraction. However, in this particular case, our hotel-room-sized terrace looking out to Lake Ontario is the main event. During our stay we were fortunate to have clear skies to gaze at moon and stars in the evening and to follow sunrise in the early morning. It is no surprise that we ended up spending more time outdoors than indoors in our wake hours. The highlight of the stay is a hearty breakfast on the terrace while watching the sun emerge from the lake horizon and ascend into the morning sky. The service was spotless. From the front desk to the room service, every staff we encountered were welcoming, courteous, and helpful. This great establishment is no exception, the gentlemen and ladies working here are absolutely what makes this hotel stand out. The location is excellent. Many outstanding options for bars and restaurants are within walking distance. A late-morning/afternoon walk to the nearby pier is a treat. Our only regret is that we did not stay another night! We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend to stay here.

Obviously the lake view rooms steal the show but even the town facing rooms are more than adequate and provide a pleasant view. The rooms have all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, and spacious washrooms with rain style beautifully tiled showers. The hospitality services comes during the day and provides a nice refreshing of the room while you are out in town.
Nearby activities
The nearby activities are endless with bars, restaurants, walking trails, a nature park, two shopping malls, a cinema and much more all within minutes.
Walkability
While staying I parked my car and was able to walk to any necessary services including outside dry cleaning, food and incidental shopping as well as many dining options. As observed on the map there are walking trails just outside the hotel that provide splendid views of the lake.
Food & drinks
There are multiple dining options available for guests. There is a cafe style area that serves breakfast items and coffee. An on-site restaurant and bar provides the expected services. Finally, there is a full room service menu with everything from breakfast, to soups and salads, small and main course portions and finally a couple desert items. None of the food is cheap but all of it is top notch and well prepared.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the insane price you are paying. My boyfriend and I came here for his birthday and our anniversary. We booked months in advance. For starters, we went onto the reservation online a couple weeks before we were due to come, and the price had become less on the website compared to when we booked, so obviously we changed it, that was fine. We booked spa appointments the same day we were checking in, but the spa appointment was a couple hours earlier to us being able to check into the room, in order for us to use the spa voucher we got, we had to be checked in. The hotel was able to sort that out for us but resolved it by unknowingly having us put in a different room. The charges were updated, $500 MORE for a city view room, when we booked a lake view. We were told the room we got is bigger. It’s not. The rooms say the square footage online. We got maybe 5 hours of sleep in 48hours due to the extremely uncomfortable bed. The fire alarm in the room flashes a green light. It’s on the roof, right next to the bed, deal with it. While I was taking a shower, it just shut off? Like just turned off for a couple minutes and then came back on, never turned off the faucet. Be prepared for your loved one to hear you poop and smell it as there is no fan in the washroom either just saying. It’s disappointing to have paid way less elsewhere for way better experiences. Save your $600 a night… not worth it. We absolutely loved the guys at the valet, super nice, friendly and helpful.

(Writing this review under my husband's account) We had our wedding here and it was the most magical experience - a lot of it due to the staff that supported us. We booked the venue in Feb 2022 and had our wedding in June 2023 and in between that period with the planning, there were some ups and downs due to our Events Consultant having changed a number of times but we finally were taken care of by Megan and she was an absolute delight to work with. We also have Annie (General Manager) to thank who was always accessible when we needed her and went above and beyond to try and make our wedding experience exceptional. Even with having to incorporate a tea ceremony as part of our wedding day, the team seemed very comfortable with traditional ceremonies and it's not unfamiliar to them to have to plan the space for one. Special mentions to Raj, Annie, Megan, and the day-of support team who went out of their way to make our day extra special and we felt all the love the moment we stepped foot into the hotel to the moment we had to leave. Such great memories not only with my girls at the spa (facial and massage services were lovely, not to mention their pool and steam room!), dining at the Isabelle for dinner and brunch with family & friends, and of course the ceremony and reception held for us in the Laurentide and Edgewater rooms were just a day out of our dreams. We are so happy and can't wait to go back to visit for our future wedding anniversaries! -Michelle & Matt

I came here for a sight selection and booked an extra room to accommodate my big family (3 kids and my husband). The front desk people are excellent; however, the person who checked me in didn’t put a CC on file on one room, so when I ordered breakfast in the morning, he brought a debit machine and would not accept my complimentary breakfast vouchers. The front desk did reimburse me later for the charge. The food wasn’t that great; the breakfast potatoes were the highlight of breakfast. They messed up all the breakfasts, and the pancakes with very soggy. The coffee is terrible, so I recommend going for a walk and grabbing one or the Nescafé in the room is better. The hotel is not remotely child friendly; no kid's food options, and the pool is children-free from 10 am to 6 pm, which is ridiculous. I know it’s for the spa people, but perhaps having separate amenities would be better. The hotel hosts many events as it’s a beautiful clean venue. I found it very disruptive at night with the music from the events that were happening blasting music and drunk people out front of the hotel being loud and obnoxious while smoking. I went for an evening stroll around 10:30 pm, and people leaving the event were speeding through the exit of the parking lot, not looking. Overall I would come back for an adult-only stay, and I would book a reservation for offsite eating for my meals.
I had a luxurious stay at The Pearle Hotel and Spa! This high-end gem provided a remarkable experience. The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean, exuding an elegant ambiance that made the entire stay feel extraordinarily luxurious. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a personalized tablet that allowed us to control the room's electronics, adding a touch of modern convenience to our stay. Of course, the highlight was the awe-inspiring view of Lake Ontario from our room – a picture-perfect backdrop to our experience. The presence of a charming and cozy café within the hotel added to the overall convenience, and both the amenities and service were of the highest caliber. I was especially enamored with the innovative idea of sharing letters with family and friends, which brought a uniquely personal touch to our stay. If I were to offer a minor suggestion, it would be to consider changing the font used for text, as occasionally, the Rs and Ns appeared a bit too similar, making it difficult to read. In summary, The Pearle Hotel and Spa delivered an exceptional experience that will remain etched in my memory. It's an absolute must-visit for anyone searching for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience my first time at the Pearle Spa when I booked for 3 people, a spa day for my sister-in-law's birthday (who is form out of the country). Despite making the reservations well in advance (2 months), they had the wrong date in their records. The staff's response to this mistake was shockingly unsympathetic and cold, which added unnecessary stress to what was suppose to be a special occasion. We tried to resolve the issue by speaking with the manager, but their indifference was disheartening. They didn't seem to care about our inconvenience (2 of us took the day off work for a lunch and spa day) or how it affected our plans. As a result, we left the spa feeling terrible and upset instead of relaxed and pampered. It's incredibly disheartening when a business fails to take responsibility for their mistakes and treat their customers with respect and empathy. I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone, especially for important celebrations like birthdays. The lack of professionalism and consideration for their customers left a lasting negative impression. We did have a beautiful lunch at Isabel's right before we were suppose to have our spa afternoon. Isabel's did have the reservation correct and treated us wonderfully!

The first impression was amazing. Beautiful hotel and very friendly service. Our luggage was brought to our room and we were asked for the car keys so that they could park it in the garage. We had booked with breakfast and the first surprise was in the morning when we wanted to eat breakfast. We were told ……no breakfast as there was no booking. After we showed them our booking documents, we received a voucher. No further explanation……. We headed for the dining room and were told that they opened at 10:00……. After searching and asking we were told that breakfast was in the front restaurant. Confusing……. We had to ask for salt…..pepper…….sugar……spoons ……..butter……..hmmmmm Friendly and yet not appropriate (unqualified) for what we had booked. Then after being on the road for 9 hours and arriving back to our room, exhausted……the rooms were not done……this was 17:00 (5:00 pm) At no time did anyone explain the hotel to us, where the spa area was, parking etc. When we checked out, we found out that parking was not included……and we got the impression that the rezeptionist was happy when we payed and left. Altogether we really loved the hotel and our room but sadly the service was not what we were expecting.
Absolute joke. Shout out to the spa and valet guys. Otherwise Absolutely terrible experience. Booked the wellness package, was prompted online to upgrade our room for cheaper (unknowingly) getting opted out of the wellness package. Upon the spa charging our room with the massages we were unknowingly "upgraded " to a a worse room for over $100 more/night. The website allowed us to book a better lake view room for cheaper and unbeknownst to us that made our spa package negligent. Our differences of price ended up being about $100 cheaper to "accept the package and worse room". I had proof of an oline booking of $1,115 but ended paying about $1,660. No email, text, verbal confirmation of room rate. Found out for myself via email. Tried to rectify with the front desk (Sydney who was great) and ended up with nothing but disappointment and regret from her supervisor. Will not return. I should not have to take the loss on an obvious company website error. I guess hospitality is a thing of the past these days. So much potential, very disappointing. Stayed nov 2-4th.

We recently celebrated our wedding in the Edgewater Room of The Pearle Hotel & Spa and it was truly exceptional! From the service and professionalism we received from the early moments of wedding planning to check-out after our wedding day, there was not a single detail overlooked. The staff are honestly in a league of their own and the overall experience we received, along with our guests, was amazing. Whether it was the service received for a night-stay or it was the service throughout a two-year planning period for our wedding or all the effort that went into the execution of the wedding itself, we cannot say enough amazing things about this team! The Hotel itself is truly a haven and a beautiful escape just outside the city. From the beautiful finishes of the Hotel to the waterfront views, there really is nothing quite like this that exists nearby! The food and overall experience they delivered truly made for a dream wedding and we are so grateful! Whether you are looking for a one-night stay to celebrating a milestone, we would highly encourage you to consider The Pearle Hotel & Spa!

A fantastic hotel at a great location! We booked this place as a staycation for our anniversary and were very happy with all of the staff we interacted with. The room was clean and the washroom is very large. All this I expect as I am paying the price of a 4 star hotel room. We had the lake side facing view from our room and it was really nice to look out during the day and night. The location is also great for food options as there are plenty of options within walking distance. There is parking available right in front of the hotel but the rates are a bit unclear. It seems like the daily rate is $30 but if you are parking overnight, it’s unclear if you have to pay $30 twice. So we opted for the valet parking, which was around $35 plus tax. We felt it was safer and more clear to pay once as we were staying overnight. This hotel can get very busy as it’s a popular venue for weddings and events but I never felt that it was overly crowded during my visit. The lobby is spacious. I can definitely see myself returning here again.

I visited (and stayed) at the hotel with two girlfriends for a "girls' night" and our experience exceeded my expectations. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous with an unobstructed water view and plenty of space for the three of us. When we needed a few items for the room, including a few things we left when we valet parked our car, the guest service attendants were amazing and SO quick! Two girls went to the spa for facials, while I relaxed (and swam) in the pool- they raved about their experience and I felt so relaxed. For dinner, we made reservations at Isabelle on the patio (in November!) and the ambiance was perfection. Heaters, fleece blankets on our chairs and a lovely server- the food was delicious, albeit very, very expensive. We had the mushroom pasta, pomodoro pasta, burrata, cheddar and onion bread, espresso martinis and plenty of wine- we would order all again, with the exception fo the burrata as it was too pricey for what it was ($40.00). We had such a wonderful experience and are counting down the days until we can return!

My rating for this review is as low as it gets due to the nightmare described in the following. Cons: Without a shadow of a doubt, this was the most disappointing room I have ever experienced within the Marriott brand. The first room I was assigned had a very strong human odor, particularly emanating from the AC. The smell was so overwhelmingly pungent that ever with the window opened and air freshener sprayed, I nearly puked due to this noxious aroma. After a series of complaints and discussions, the front desk staff were able to relocate us to a different room on the same floor. However, the issue persisted, and I had difficulty sleeping the entire night due to the air quality. I paid nearly 500$ for my stay but I didn't enjoy it at all; I would prefer any nearby hotel over this. It seemed that this problem was not new to the front desk, as they didn't appear surprised when I mentioned it during check-out. Pro: I was upgraded to a lake-view room due to my platinum status. The hotel's interior decoration is delicate, and the service provided was polite and attentive.

I recently stayed at The Pearle Hotel and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself was stunning, with breathtaking views of the water from every room. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could possibly need. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were happy to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options, and were always available to answer any questions we had. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant , which offered delicious and beautifully presented meals. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful water front hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The combination of stunning views, excellent service, and high-quality amenities made for a truly unforgettable experience.
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now with the earliest being last weekend. I am a Marriott Ambassador and travel very frequently for work. I use my points for nice getaways with my wife as I am away from home so much. I will say beyond a shadow of a doubt the the Pearle is our favorite hotel. The rooms are always clean and beautiful, the amazing staff are always cheerful and eager to help, and the food options are outstanding, and the pool area is fantastic as well. Kudos to the Pearle for creating such an amazing atmosphere, it is elevated without being stuffy. Great place to reconnect with your significant other and go for a nice walk down Burlington's beautiful waterfront, peek in the great shops downtown, or stroll through village square. This property is an absolute steal as far as a points redemption and can be booked for a fraction of what other comparable properties would go for. Thank you to all of the great people at the Pearle and I am very much looking forward to my next stay

Weeks later, we're still absolutely gushing over the The Pearle Hotel & Spa; it was the perfect venue for our wedding! They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food to luxurious facilities, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the weekend and their top notch events team helps ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. We hosted our ceremony in the Northshore Room, cocktail hour was down the hall, then the reception was also in the Northshore Room. The staff executed the room flip with ease and everything was beyond perfect! Guests were in awe of the view, how fantastic the food was, and how every detail was perfectly executed. We could not recommend the he Pearle Hotel & Spa enough, and can't wait to return for future celebrations. It's definitely well-worth the investment for a beautiful, love-filled weekend!

Experience planning a wedding with The Pearle Hotel events team: From the moment we met Isabelle Kiraly, we were in golden hands. Isabelle is like the magical fairy godmother of your happy ending fairytale. We had to switch venues last minute and she melted all the stress off of my shoulders. To say I am pleased with her help is an understatement. Working with Isabelle has been a great pleasure. She is a true professional, accommodating, kind, understanding and so efficient. She is a boss!!! She held my hand through every detail. No matter how many questions I asked her (I asked a lot), I never felt like a bother. She precisely organized every detail, checklist and appointment. She worked with and responded to all of my vendors. The whole planning process was easily complete in a snap of her fingers. I felt like I was working with my sister who sincerely wants the best for me. I highly recommend Isabelle with all my heart. Working with her and the events team at The Pearle Hotel was perfect. Thank you!
From the moment you step into the lobby, you'll be impressed by the elegant decor and attentive staff. Huge shoutout to Rey, duty Manager, guest services for being so kind to us, truly an amazing check in experience. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities! We thought we escaped to Mexico! The hotel's spa is a real highlight of the Pearle Hotel experience. The spa facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the ambiance is peaceful and serene. Defiantly make a reso at Isabelle!! The food was outstanding, we ordered the Chef tasting preset menu and it was 10/10! Overall, the Pearle Hotel is a true gem in Burlington Ontario. From the luxurious rooms to the exceptional service, spa, and restaurant, this hotel has everything you need for a truly amazing stay. If you're looking for a high-end hotel experience, the Pearle Hotel is definitely worth checking out.

The Pearle Hotel was hosting a wedding for my family, and it was the first time I had been in downtown Burlington during a Friday evening rush. I had no problems finding my way through, and I was warmly greeted by the staff members who thoroughly answered all of the questions I had. I was pleased to see how well the employees were handling such a busy evening with such courtesy and class. The building was clean and beautiful, especially the bathrooms. I was very glad to have had a great wedding and overall a wonderful night at an amazing facility to celebrate a special occasion.

I did not give it a 5/5 purely due to the spa experience I had. I am a Platinum Elite member and very much appreciated the upgrade to a suite (thank you!), front desk staff was wonderful and the room was comfy, clean and the snacks are a great touch! The bed is also SUPER comfortable. The spa on the other hand was disappointment, my aesthetician seemed to be in a rush and my manicure was not good. I had to remove it myself when I got home today. The application was splotchy and just was not smooth. For $75 - the other parts of what was to be included were terrible. There was no weighted neck warmer, she gave me a minute long shoulder squeeze. The soothing hand massage as it’s described on the site was also maybe 1 minute? It just felt very rushed and it was supposed to be a treat to myself for my birthday, was disappointing. I would stay here again for the room but avoid the spa.

A gem of a luxury hotel on the Burlington waterfront. Truly a luxury oasis. Overall stay for 1 night was very enjoyable in a great room. The restaurant served a great breakfast, salad was very fresh and unique. Bloody Caesar tasted like it was just poured out of a Mott's bottle. The evening of our arrival the bar would not serve us a drink as it was 9:45 and they said they close in 15 minutes, found that was a bid odd. Front desk staff is accommodating with the exception of the on shift manager Nitin, who came across as argumentative and ignoring as he pretended to be typing on his keyboard when I spoke to him regarding a concern on the bill. Later when spoke to Mariott customer service they offered an immediate credit for the discrepancy on the account. He was giving us a lot of unnecessary push back that made an otherwise great stay not so pleasant in the end. But overall highly recommend the property

Stayed here while visiting some family in the area . What a beautiful hotel! Great view right along the water . The rooms were large,’modern and spacious . The staff were very helpful and friendly . The restaurant attached Isabelle was fantastic! We had drinks and appetizers there twice - sat outside in the patio looking over the water . The cafe inside the hotel had excellent coffee and croissants My only comment was that we ended up in a handicap accessible room ( unsure why) , the shower area had no drain on the outside - so after showering water got everywhere on the bathroom floor outside the shower area . Still overall a wonderful stay

Brides beware! We had our wedding at Spencer’s at the Waterfront and received a complimentary room on our wedding night. We were given a large King suite BUT there was another party hosted on the second floor that did not end until 1am. Our room was directly above on the 3rd floor and thus, was affected by loud, thumping music until late into the night. I asked the front desk to be moved to a different room but they were unaccommodating and told me to just wait until the party ended. I was up since 6am for my wedding day so those were definitely not the words I wanted to hear. Still giving three stars as the room was nice and clean, and the rest of the ~15 rooms we booked for our guests was well handled by the reservations specialist assigned to us. Thanks Christian! EDIT: They mentioned below that they would reach out to me to discuss but I haven’t heard from anyone on their team.

This is one of the best hotel I've been to in Ontario. My boyfriend and I, together with our baby pup (Popcorn), stayed for 1 night to celebrate my birthday (July 2). We were given exceptional service considering it is our 1st time in this hotel. They allowed us to check-in an hour early, the rooms are very clean, amenities are complete and good. The bed is sooo soft and comfy, Popcorn doesn't wanna go out of the bed. This would definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we go to Burlington!! We love this city, and finally we've found a perfect spot so next time we'll stay longer!! ♥️ We want to extend our gratitude to the front desk, guest service, in-room dining server, and valet for the warm welcome and great service we had during our stay. ✨

We just had our wedding at the Pearle and we could not be happier with the service and quality of this hotel. Our every expectation was exceeded - even during my bridezilla moments. A very special thank you to Megan, our events consultant who stepped in last minute and took care of every detail. The concierge team: Ruth, Kate, Phil, Ben & Melissa who ensured our special day went down without a hitch. Even after a couple of weeks, my guests are still raving about the food. We booked the suite with a terrace and our room was amazing! From the bath products, to the coffee to the little treats they left us. Don't even get me started on the view. It honestly felt like we had a destination wedding. A big thank you to Shane at the Front Desk who always made sure we had everything each morning. Thank you guys for a beautiful wedding weekend, can't wait to be back!

My husband and I stayed at the Pearle for our mini-moon and the experience was truly spectacular. From the moment we entered the building, Shane greeted us with a smile and explained everything we needed to know. Whenever he was at the front desk he made sure to say hi and ask how our day was as we walked by. He made our stay feel that extra bit special. Our suite was large and the bathroom with soaker tub was breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised by the prompt valet service, silky bed sheets, and all the little details like the turn down service, luxurious robes and slippers, snacks in our room (that were replenished every day), and the light up vanity mirrors in the bathroom. The closeness to all the beautiful shops and restaurants (and the waterfront!) was absolutely perfect. This is truly the PERFECT stay-cation spot.

We did not stay the night, How ever I am counting the days until I'm able to. . . What an amazing spa experience A wonderful stay cation idea and venue. So much to offer just at this one location with amazing skin care lines to offer absolutely luxurious spa treatments and up-to-date minimalistic calm spa atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone who can to try an Eternal glow body treatment and or a Rose quartz body treatment (Absolutely divine) THE only negative was not coming early enough to fully enjoy the limitless spa amenities. Plan a spa trip you will NOT be disappointed. Cannot forget to mention the kind attitudes and treatments towards us during our visit which really elevated the experience that much more. Cannot wait to see how I can invite others to experience and even add vaule to this already fantastic place.

Was there for a bridal shower in June. Valet parking was good, the hotel was lovely, clean and vibrant. The upstairs hall was decorated beautifully , but when it came to the food and service it was sub par. The food was ok nothing special. The salad was overdressed. The main courses were just average. When it came to the dessert the cheese cake was dry, was it frozen before and left to thaw??? We did not get our coffee, the servers just walk around between tables and ignored the issue, how do you not notice that coffee cups are not full? ***If you are properly trained, regardless if it is your table or not get some coffee or tea to the guests. The wait staff needs better training as this impedes the money spent of the fancy tiles, wallpaper. granite, lighting, hence the overall interiors that the planners designed are overshadowed by the mediocre service.

Working for Marriott, I'm always looking to utilize our travel discounts and visit new properties. I was eagerly anticipating the launch of this new 5-star property on the Burlington Waterfont when I heard that it was opening late last year. I finally got the opportunity to book a room last week and I was very pleased with our stay. From the valet, to the front desk team, to the in-room dining--everything was great. The Pearle is a gorgeous property and the rooms overlooking Lake Ontario offer a breathtaking view especially during sunrise and sunset. The in-room dining menu was great and the food arrived promptly. The strawberry rhubarb cheesecake is a must-try and was my favourite dessert item. All-in-all, The Pearle will definitly be my top choice when visiting the Burlington area.

Flawless experience start to finish for corporate event in the Edgewater room. Coordination leading up to the event was excellent. We appreciate the insights and suggestions made to create our ideal event. The day-of team was perfect! Shaun and Maria were our main points of contact. They were fantastic in communicating plans and keeping us informed of details. We had rave reviews about the food. Passed apps were beautiful and delicious. The bartender, Brock, was very personable and friendly to our staff and guests. All the servers and set up/take down staff were very friendly as well and always smiling. Coat check and Valet were handled perfectly! Even the bathrooms were absolutely spotless and well looked after. We had an exceptional overall experience and look forward to booking future events at The Pearle.

I went to the pearle spa for my birthday and I have to say that I have never experienced such a wonderful time in my life. from the moment you enter the spa I was greeted so wonderfully by Danny and she really made me laugh and showed me around the spa. She made my experience so wonderful. The spa in itself is so beautiful and elegant and clean. The spa is very big and everyone there is so willing to help you and redirect you to where you want to go. My massage was 10/10 and the best massage I have ever received in my life! Danielle was my massage therapist and she really really targeted my problem areas and her technique is so magnificent I was in awe the entire time !! I will definitely be coming back with my friends and I will be telling everyone about this spa !! EVERY penny was so worth it !! I loved my time there, can’t wait to go back !!
This review is specifically for the Edgewater venue. We attended a family event at the EdgeWater venue. The bar service was beyond bad. It was slow, drinks were watered down, and they decide how you take your drink. For example, if you ask for a scotch neat, they way you’re supposed to have your scotch, they refuse and insist on adding water and ice. Asked to speak with the manager and she was very rude from the start. All she kept saying was “this is our policy and you are free to leave” forgetting the fact that we were there for a family event. Food was horrible. Salad was bland. Costco premixed salads are better. I had stuffed chicken for dinner and it was served row! I had to send it back and ask for a steak which was tasteless. Never booking this venue ever.

Absolutely incredible experience at the Pearle. From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of. The staff are extremely hospitable and go above and beyond with every question and request. The hotel itself is a piece of art, the rooms are very zen, with every detail thoroughly thought out. The food at Isabelle restaurant was fantastic, our server Sahara was the best server I’ve ever had. Her knowledge and wit made our dinner a dining experience and we’re still talking about her! The pool, spa, relaxation area all 10/10. Every detail is incredibly stunning. I’m so happy Burlington has such a beautiful hotel we can “staycation” at. The room was cute & beautiful. The lake view was nice. Todd was great in helping out with checkin at the last moment. Loved their quick room service. They do charge 25$ for valet parking, you can park outside too but you gotta pay for it too. Loved their robes and room architecture! Just one odd thing- we arrived for check-in, there were 3 people (2 male, 1 female). 2 of them were just standing there, totally ignoring us or I don’t know what. But the person (Todd) who was already busy on phone greeted us n said just a min, even still the rest were just standing there. Anyways, Todd was really friendly and helpful - this is the person you wanna meet when you enter The Pearle. Would love to come back to try different suite!

The staff at TPH went above and beyond! Upon checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and explained to us what to expect during our stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean, luckily we were upgraded to a king room with a lake view and the view truly did not disappoint! While we were enjoying our dinner at the Isabelle restaurant, house keeping had come and tidied up our room for us and even left some small treats, an ice bucket, and a carafe filled with ice water which was a very pleasant surprise! I highly recommend this hotel to people who are looking to get away, even if it’s just for the weekend. A special thanks to the managers & staff at the Isabelle restaurant who exceeded our expectations while dining there!

I had an exceptional stay at the Pearl Hotel & Spa! My one-night experience was nothing short of luxurious. The hotel exudes sophistication with its upscale ambiance and impeccable cleanliness. The attention to detail was evident with the thoughtful turndown service, which included filling the sterling ice bucket, filling a carafe with fresh water, and replenishing the complimentary snacks which included some very delightful chocolates. The room, boasting a picturesque view of Lake Ontario, was a true highlight. Two plush bathrobes added an extra touch of comfort. The Pearl Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations, providing a memorable and indulgent retreat. A five-star gem by the lake

Where should I start? Staying at the Pearle was amazing. My husband took me here for my birthday, and everything was perfect! The room was huge and comfy, clean and modern. It was an ideal example of high-end hotel meets home. All the amenities were fantastic, everything you need to use while away from home was available. We went out for dinner and when we got back, the hotel had done a “turndown service” with chocolates, slippers, bed and even waters, all ready for us -never had this before and it was an amazing surprise! They also welcomed me with a nice birthday surprise of chocolates and fruit which was very much appreciated. 10/10 recommended! Beautiful location, gorgeous rooms, stellar service! Saturdays may be extra busy because it’s also a great place for weddings.
The hotel employees were very accommodating, so we could change the room type based on availability. While we were going to our room, we ran into a housekeeper. She noticed we had two young children, so she could anticipate our needs and provided us with additional towels and some delicious locally made snacks. My kids loved it. The hotel also has a great view of the lake. Lastly, the room key is made of wood which is very unique, so I kept one as a souvenir.

Noteworthy details
The swimming pool can be reserved during check-in. There is no changing room inside the pool and fitness room. However, there is an accessible washroom in front of the pool entrance.
Amazingly modern interior and the room was absolutely gorgeous. Every single light was backlit so it never felt blinding to turn the lights on. They also had a good selection of coffee as well as a chromecast installed into the TV. There's also a very convenient HDMI outlet built into the wall. The room was very spacious and well lit as we were facing the lake. The pool was also heated so going into it wasn't a problem, as well as a nice lounge and gym area. The only minor complaint I have is the room didn't come with slippers but if you call reception they'll have someone drop it off.

I attended a bridal shower at the Pearle this weekend. Before this invitation I had never thought to look for a place like this in Burlington. The hotel decor is exquisite. It is a very modern and airy style. The lunch was delicious and very well presented. The service was exceptional. It was definitely at the level you would expect for a high end establishment. There were managers who walked the floor making sure everything and everyone was properly taken care. Like anything in life there were a few hiccups but they addressed the quickly and with great care and that is where they truly show their value.

The catering at the venue is beautiful and delicious.
Had my daughter’s wedding reception here - location is great and I heard from Guest that the meat dishes were really good. The food service was substandard and vegetarian main dish was very disappointing for this place. Kinda horrible! None of our vegetarian guests could eat it. Even after we gave feedback at tasting and requested to change the veg dish - we got the same or worse at the reception. Serving staff also was not responsive to needs of guests. So …. Not all that happy with this place.

I haven't had a massage in a few years. It was finally time for me to treat myself to some self-care. The Pearle Hotel & Spa exceeded everything I hoped for. I am completely elated with this place. From the moment they brought me slippers and a robe to cashing out at reception I was treated like royalty. Emphasis on the most amazing RMT known as Sam, she has a magical touch and I had never felt more relaxed in my life. I highly recommend this experience at The Pearle to anyone, we all deserve to feel like this. Thank you to all the amazing staff and the elite-level facility that hosted me. I will definitely be back to enjoy some more tranquility.

My husband, son and I stayed at The Pearle for our wedding anniversary last night and fell in love with the hotel. The staff went above and beyond and surprised us with chocolate cake, fruits and champagne. Our room had breathtaking lake views, everything was extremely clean and beautiful. The hotel itself has amazing amenities.. my son absolutely loved the pool! Thank you again to the staff, and special thank you to Rey, Vicki and Harzall for making this stay even more special. Another great stay at this property. Amazing spa-Anna at reception, Jason, one of the attendants & Mierelle are all such hospitality professionals. Best massage ever from Mierelle. Emma in Isabelle’s was a warm and engaging server. This is my favorite hotel property in the GTA.

Our Son got married there on June 16. The staff was amazing. Hotel was beautiful. The ceremony and reception was on time and beautifully handled. We received lots of compliments on the service and the food. Location was beautiful. I’m sure some photos were taken outside but of course it was raining. Thank you to the Pearl for making this a day to remember

The Pearl resort and Spa leaves no detail unattended and every desire satisfied! My boyfriend surprised me with a mini getaway this weekend to the Pearl hotel and it was the best experience outside of Downtown I’ve had recently. The interior is so well thought out and elegant- it completely transports you to something you would imagine yo be outside of the country. The staff were so sweet and accommodating. Even with several events going on (weddings) the place still felt very relaxing and private. Views of the water are absolutely stunning. We loved going on a stroll by the pier in the morning and seeing the car show in the afternoon. Would 100% also recommend checking out the spa!
What a beautiful venue! Food great. Service great. I am here for a work conference and only live 20 minutes away but would race back for a staycation. The little extra touches have been fabulous. The staff at the front desk right to servers for our group have gone above and beyond more than once - Changing temperatures, food accommodations, bringing blankets and ensuring we were happy and well taken care of. I’m impressed given how difficult it is to find good staff these days - Pearle is clearly doing a lot right! I’d recommend for a dinner, vacation, workplace event in a second! Well done Pearle team!

Was there for a Bridal Shower this past weekend. I forgot a lot of items when decorating the venue, and the team was able to help me out with everything. Offered us anything they can such as tablecloths, more chocolate for our chocolate fountain and packing our cake and items at the end. It is the small details they focused on assisting us with and what really makes the day go by so smooth. Overall, amazing experience. Not to mention awesome space and great quality products. Even food was phenomenal! Blown away! Mina’s team, you rock! Jasmine and Alex in particular were super helpful throughout the day!

This hotel knows hospitality. Clean and modern rooms. Beautiful amenities. Great staff. Everything we could ask for. Our room had a fridge and a beautiful view. The Isabelle restaurant was delicious and the staff were great. Great restaurants close by as well - I would recommend North Coal and Martini House. Very close to the lake for fun lakeshore walks. Lot parking across the street is a bit pricey, so valet is worth it. Or if you are up for it, there are public lots that are more inexpensive about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

Stayed at the Pearle for a couple of nights. Absolutely lovely hotel with a great location right on the shores of lake Ontario. From the moment we arrived - valet service and front staff service were great. We ate at Isabelle's and Pearle's cafe - highly recommend both. Rooms were modern chic and comfortable. Our room faced the street and got noisy a couple of times with street traffic. There was also a wedding / party in the hotel and the hallways were a lot noisy at 1:30 and 2:30 am. Would stay here again.

Service was excellent, room was impeccably clean, the view was amazing, the pool was very relaxing. The only thing that didn't get this stay a 5 star, is that the bedding was uncomfortable. The bed sank in too much so our backs didn't get any support and the pillows were too big and hard, our necks needed a much softer and lower pillow (what's the point of having 4 pillows on each bed to choose from, when they are all very similar in height and material).

We went to the Pearle spa on our honeymoon weekend and got the facials - we were extremely disappointed. Based on the price point we were expecting exceptional service and a great facial. The facial was one of the worst facials I have ever had. There were no extractions, no face mask at the end, the massage was horrible. I do not recommend the Pearle Spa and I will definitely will not be coming back - it sucks because the Hotel is AMAZING - the service at the hotel was exceptional but I was not able to find a customer service contact number for the Pearle Spa nor could write a separate review!
So we got married here and it was a wonderful experience and to celebrate our 1 year anniversary we'd booked a couples massage before went went on vacation. They called us the day of the massage to cancel because one of their RMTs called in sick. It's so silly that a huge establishment like this couldn't figure out how to accommodate an appointment because 1 RMT wasn't there. We'd planned our vacation departure date around us starting our 1 year celebration with this and it was very very disappointing that they called us some hours before the massage to cancel. Terrible customer service.
As a premier Marriott points earner I was able to book a weekend at this hotel with my points. I was very impressed how I was treated upon check-in by the wonderful staff. My room was spotless. I never got the opportunity to try any of the restaurants but the Manhattans in the bar were fantastic. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that my deluxe room did not come with a refrigerator. Again wonderful staff right from the front desk to the valet parking attendance. See you soon

Perfect family getaway. I read all the reviews before I booked this hotel, and surely it was worthy. Our room has a private balcony facing the ocean. The swimming pool was unbelievable. Water was warm, and the water fountain you can turn on with dial on the wall. We had dinner at the Isabelle restaurant, and everything we ordered was so tasty. I will stay again if I ever come back to Toronto again.

This hotel is so beautiful I felt like I didn't even deserve to stay there, but the staff still treated me so well! The rooms are huge and gorgeous, and everything is really clean. Also I was craving pop around midnight so I asked the desk if they had a vending machine since the restaurant was closed - they don't, but the clerk was so nice he went and got a can of Ginger Ale for me and brought it to my room! What initially started off as a poor experience with Shannon and a delay in starting my service by an hour and half was later rectified with Caitlin. She did a great job of explaining the Rose Quartz Restorative Body Treatment process during our one hour session. She was also mindful of the fact that I wore a kirpan and was able to accommodate in an appropriate manner. I advise that management does a better job training staff with regards to Sikh religious articles. More information can be found on World Sikh Organization of Canada website.

Amazing lakeshore view, new rooms, great amenities and excellent service which we end up extending another day. The hotel has the best location for strolling along the lakeshore. There are nearby places such as museums, jogging paths, playgrounds and a lot restaurants to choose from. Wow, all I can say is wow. This is legitimately one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The hotel itself is gorgeous and just perfect. The staff are absolutely amazing and are so very attentive to their guests. Both on-site restaurants are legit off the charts and to top it off…if you are a Marriott Elite (Platinum or above)…it’s the best elite breakfast I’ve ever been offered outside the JW Marriott in Venice. If you are coming to Burlington this is THE place to stay. Even if you aren’t planning on coming to Burlington, you should immediately.
Photographing a corporate party here this evening. Very impressed on a few things - all staff from the bartender to valet were super polite. The event management took care of the vendors perfectly, serving us at the same time (and the same great meal) that the guests had. There are unfortunately many venues that don't do this - yet it's us, the vendors that are the referral base. So, five stars from me on this aspect of the evening.

I had a fantastic experience at The Pearle and it started from the moment I entered and I was greeted by the Concierge whose name was Dominic, I was running late for a meeting and he deftly recognized my urgency upon arrival. Within moments I was where I needed to be. Having an extensive background in high end hospitality I believe he is a great asset to The Pearle. The meeting room was beautiful. The food was impeccable, and certainly made the day long meeting much more enjoyable. Kudos to all.
Hands down, the best yoga studio in the GTA! The studio itself is absolutely magnificent, and the ambiance is so peaceful and relaxing. But what really sets this place apart is Laura, the instructor. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also one of the kindest and most gentle teachers I have ever had the pleasure of practicing with. I highly recommend yoga in The Pearle Spa to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice and experience a truly transformative journey.
My wife and I have enjoyed many, many hotels all over the world but the Pearle Hotel was definitely the best we have ever stayed at. In everyway it was a dream come true. I never write reviews as I am so busy but I just had to write one for this Hotel. Best escape from the city. Went with a girlfriend of mine for a little get away from Toronto for a night - we did the spa and had body treatments done then went and ate the best dinner after. Sat in the restaurant Isabelle till it closed and went right back in the spa in the morning for a steam and then a delightful breakfast to follow. Customer service in all areas of this resort hotel were on point. Definitely 5*star worthy and will definitely book again.
