Sadly I never had a issue before. But I believe it was a accident because she has no help. The owner burnt my hair and I didn’t realize it until I washed my hair the following day plus she still had the nerve to charge so much for my hair not knowing it was damaged. I just only knew when I left I wasn’t so crazy about the color but I realized why she was trying so hard to convince me on the coloring and went on about how pretty and then asked if she can take a pic. My hair was like chewing gum.That’s why I never returned I can’t trust her to ever do my hair.
