I have been taking my car for all regular services to the Oil Change and can honestly say Elbio is the most trustworthy and honest mechanic that I have had the privilege of dealing with. When it was time to part with my trusty steed, Elbio arranged for the Road Worthy and got all repairs done with no dramas for a reasonable cost. You definitely can count on him to do a perfect job and be absolutely honest, rare virtues for modern mechanics who care more about the bottom line than genuinely caring for the customer to build a long term relationship. Came here to get an oil change service done all the way from Werribee. He is a very friendly nice bloke who is transparent, honest and upfront on the materials used and how the service is to be performed. The procedure was really quick and he obliged to quickly check on the power steering oil leak and advice at no additional cost. I would definitely be returning to get my next service done and I am absolutely certain the one hour drive is well worth due to the personalised service on offer which you would not get elsewhere. Super prompt, hassle-free service. Our car broke down on a trip, far from our usual garage. After calling around with the description of our issues, only Elbio would come back to us with an actual quote. The others would just say “we’ll have a look and let you know”. (A pretty standard response before they charge you an arm and a leg!). Appreciate an honest business! And the next evening we got a message that our car was ready to be picked up! Would recommend in heartbeat!

Elbio gives you the old school mechanic service that you have been looking for. It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust with your pride and joy and know that they aren't giving you the run around. I have had a wheel or drive shaft bearing problem for some time which had not been diagnosed properly else where! Elbio not only found the problem but fixed it completely... the noise has gone.
