Needless to say, I needed a reliable real estate agent on the ground. I interviewed several agents before deciding to go with Rob Zanicchi. Rob understood that the requirements of an out-of-state investor are different. All our interactions were on Zoom and phone. He used these technologies very effectively to show properties, discuss options and ran through the process very smoothly. He is also generally a great Real Estate agent. He was patient with me going back and forth between properties, making several walkthroughs of properties that I wanted to revisit, promptly getting documents about the property that I needed to see, putting me in touch with reliable persons for other tasks necessary to close the deal. Throughout the process he was always in the loop till the last document was signed. He followed up after to make sure that everything was going smoothly and checking if I needed any help there. Was great working with him and I'll continue to use his services for my investments.

We worked with Byron Descalzi to purchase our home. Byron was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home. He took us to look at several homes and thoughtfully explained the pros and cons of each, including condition of the home, area, market, price, and comps. After we chose our home, Byron was always available to answer any and all questions we had. We felt like we were his top priority even though I'm sure he was working with other clients as well. Even helped us work the numbers for our offer to our sellers that was not expected. We had a lot of bumps along the way with our mortgage company that kept messing things up at their end, but he stuck with us the whole way, and kept on them as well to fix the problems at their end so we could close. An all around caring and helpful person you will be extremely happy to have as your realtor.

I've never been happier with a real estate transaction as I was with our home buy/sale experience through The Mac Group.
