Apparently this place also has width restrictions on the people they let into their club... don't waste your breath if your a size 12+ New Years Eve 2017, paid for tickets through a promoter who told my friend and I to get to the door at exactly 22:45. We'd travelled all the way to London, dressed to impress and made sure we were on the guest list before we arrived. The lady at the door was probably the most condescending woman I think I've ever met, rude doesn't even begin to describe it! She looked down her nose at us instantly, asked my friend for her name to check the guest list and then asked for mine - before I could even say my name the woman ushered us out of the queue without hesitation advising only one of us was on the guest list... We spoke to the promoter who actually checked our names against the guest list and confirmed that we were both on there. The promoter then asked why we were turned away, to which the woman replied with a smirk 'no reason'... That's when I realised there were streams of people standing outside who had been turned away! In fact while we were standing outside as we watched as another girl about our size being turned away - the woman looked her up and down like something you'd scrape off the bottom of your shoe and then told her she couldn't come in as she was wearing too much makeup! RIDICULOUS!!! Bare in mind we are talking about size 12 here... not size 22! But why should that even matter?!! Absolutely outraged!! And to top it off we've spoken to the promoters and have been told we won't be getting our money back because its not their fault the woman on the front door didn't like the look of us... We can beat around the bush all we like but I witnessed people being turned away because of their makeup, race (according to bystanders that had already been turfed out of the queue), and if they can't actually give you a legitimate reason they apparently do not need one, regardless of how much you've paid to get in!! Don't bother wasting your time or money on this place - it could have the world's best bar submerged underwater and I'd still rather spend my evening in a refugee camp than in the presence of these money grabbing, stuck up, arrogant people who talk down to you, treat you like you're 3 inches tall and discriminate for quite literally 'no reason'!!!
After having experienced many of the clubs london has to offer, i can confidently say that for me, this is THE WORST club i have ever been to. First impressions were off to a good start with a glamorous entrance and eyecatching jellyfish display. This good first impression failed to last more than 10minutes when i decided to go out to smoke. My friend and i were denied entry to the smoking area because 'it was full and there were too many people.' This could be understood if the smoking area was indeed full. after about 5minutes of waiting on the staircase and with no one coming back into the club, the guard let us out to a completely empty smoking area, dotted and surveilled by 4-5 security guards in yellow hi-vis jackets. We were told to go back inside if we were not smoking even before i could find my cigarettes in my bag. The club itself was tiny and hard to navigate with very overpriced drinks, although the bar staff were very friendly and their hospitality was much appreciated. The worst part of the night was when a guy had hit his head on the ceiling edge and was visibly bleeding from his head (He had blood streaming down one side of his head and dripping at a fast pace onto the floor.) I called a guard at the top of the staircase who failed to notice this for a good minute and he came down to call for first aid. Before the first aid could come with paper towels another guard/worker came to ask what had happened. We explained that the guy skipped on the stairs and cut his head. Without missing a beat the worker proceeded to almost mock the injured guy stating 'so you know thats completely your fault' I understand that its important to know who is at fault and claims etc but it was at a completely inappropriate time where the guy was still bleeding at a very fast rate from his head. Utter shock and disappointment at the club i had high hopes for. I plan to never return due to the lack of RESPECT AND CARE i would expect from a so called 'luxury club'
1. DRESS CODE -On the website there is a long list about the dress code but no one was following it. I showed up with a gown but the majority of girls were simply wearing basic crop tops or basic nothing covering clothes. I saw no men in a tuxedo or a 3 piece suit. 2. ATMOSPHERE - awful. It was full of nothing wearing young girls in the main floor while all men for some reason were at the second floor watching all the girls from above. It felt awkward, cringy and disgusting. 3. STAFF - not polite. Before entering the club we were told that the drinks will be free for us but when I went at the bar I had to pay (£32 for 2 drinks). I asked the bartender why I have to pay but she just looked at me with a smirk in her face and said that we have to pay. 4. ORGANIZATION - 0. We entered the club because we were in Gian Marco guest list but no one explained us how everything works there. Apparently you can sit just at the table of your promoter, but we didn’t know that. The space was really small and the staff was always going back and forth every 3 seconds. It was impossible to dance in peace. Even if we were on the guest list we had to pay £20 to enter the club. Overall i felt really bad in this club because it was aimed to entertain men. It’s like a circus. It was full of very young girls and men were not “mixing” at all. They were all just looking from above. Girls were given free drinks by their promoters all the time. It seemed like they wanted to get us drunk. A really disgusting place.
The most ridiculous club ever I’ve been to central London. Door manager and the door hostess was extremely rude and strict. You pay £20 entry. You can just stay in the bar area. I was on the guestlist and my friends would come 20 mins after me. Before I go in I spoke to door girl and the security. I have been told they can entry untill 1:30am. My friends arrived at 00:55 and they did not let them inside. They made them wait there until 1:20am after they said doors closing soon you were late for the guestlist we have a capacity we can not take anyone from the guestlist unless you open a bottle costs £350. They did not tell me from the begginning that they dont warranty all the guestlists entry as the first priority for the people who is gonna open a bottle. I spoke to the DOOR MANAGER tried to understand her policy but i had a right that i have not been told from the beginning. She was so rude and talking to me with a very high voice. This is such a ridiculous customer service and door hosting. I have been waiting by the door they took one couple that they would open a bottle. But downstairs they just get drinks. This is not fear if there is a policy it doesnot work like that. I believe there was a descrimination in this club. This is out of policy and lie. So Unprofessional as one of the mayfair club in picadilly. Also you cant see the show eventhough you pay 20£ admission because they dont let you go further down. Waste of money.
It’s a joke! I didn’t believe all bad reviews until actually experienced it myself! Inquired about the table booking through their website. Got a reply from Ali (Aparently the promoter) who asked for the details such as: age, how many girls, how many boys, asked for our pictures too!!!!! Who does that? Never had a club asking for your photo when booking table ok sent it all. We been asked to come at 10:40(club opens 11pm). Came, stood at the que with other 10 girls or so. We have been promised table at promoters, complimentary drinks etc etc. when we finally got to the door, security woman asked my friend “how many of you”? She said 2. She opened the gate, said go there ( outside of the que) and few others were sent there. We stood there for about 10 min and didn’t understand what’s going on untill one of the promoters told that we are not getting in! Security woman does the face control (we always get in everywhere, we not bad looking girls!) and Aparently we didnt pass it we were too old or maybe dressed too much. So went to Tiger Tiger and had a blast night!! Would never go anywhere near clubs like this! Its for fake people! They think they gods, especially big fat security man! So rude! You wont last long doing business like this.
A friend rened the entire club for a party and told guests to bring an id and either bank card or passport photo as the security were being strict - two friends were turned away, each having both and English provisional driver’s license and bank card, and told they needed proof of social media; one friend didn’t have data so couldn’t access their social media. The bouncer offered use of the club’s WiFi but took a long time to actually allow access, and despite using a friend’s phone to access their social media the same bouncer turned the friend away again because they’d ‘lied’ to him by not logging into their accounts in front of him. The girl who had paid for the entire club came out, along with her parents, and the bouncer continued to deny both girls access, despite driver’s licenses, bank cards, email accounts, Facebook and Instagram accounts with names and photos. Altogether incredibly rude staff - despite telling the people who rented the club that only a driver’s license and either bank card or passport photo would be required, multiple guests were turned away despite having both forms of identification and being on the list, and were accused of ‘lying’ and told they couldn’t enter ‘because of the way they acted’. Horrible experience.
This place does anything they can to scrounge extra money off of you. Firstly we were charged £50 for entrance and 2 free drinks (non alcoholic so cheaper) plus some finger food. The dj was so bad always mixing off beat and pausing randomly so cheap dj too. Then they let way too many people in for the capacity, it is a tiny club. Also when my friend needed pads the female staff in the bathroom tried to charge my friend £2 for ONE pad, then put the price down to £1 as if that was any better then told us to go to Tesco down the road if we wanted cheaper pads like be for real, trying to run a little business in the ladies. Also the bouncers are pushy when you need to take a minute to sort out what THEY told you to do e.g. sort your phone and wallet out because they are forcing you to put your bag in the cloakroom due to its size. One member of staff also aggressively shoved past one of my friends when there was plenty of room. I don’t usually write reviews but when you go to a club in central London you really do expect more. A plus was the jellyfish and the lights although I hope the jellyfish weren’t disturbed by the deafening club music bless them.

Awful customer service , racist door people and specially the Gustlist girl . They made us queue for over 1 hour 25 minutes to tell us we need to order a table cost over £1000 and even though we were in the Guestlist they refused entry without booking a table . I remember last time we went there before they closed down because of the stabbing that happened there as they ended up changing the name now because of that !! We ended up booking a table with drinks last time to enter and less than 10 people were inside . It was dead & music was awful . They know how to rob your money off . And they force you to leave jacket in the cloakroom and pay . Pricey drinks we spent last time nearly £2000 for small table and their table drinks are selected to cheap vodka that they probably mix and put it in expensive vodka bottle as it tasted awful !! Even their club promoter called (Ali) Asian guy refused to come outside pretending he is busy downstairs this time so we went somewhere else . They know how to mislead people and trying take money off them after leaving them in the queue till late so it’s late to go anywhere !! Dodgy club ... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
0/5 4 of us on the guest list, (had to be confirmed with full names and pictures..? Already a red flag) 3 girls proper dressed up and 1 guy looking smart (as told to by the promoter). Got there at 11 on a Tuesday (the time the promoter said) to just be told to get out of the queue and wait on the street for someone to vouch for us. When the promoter we knew tried to vouch the security and woman on the door still didn’t let us in. I doubt that unless the promoter can prove you’re a big deal and have billions of pounds they’d change their minds. Turns out if you get moved out of the queue you’re just never getting in because you don’t look the part (all the other people told the same ended up not getting in too). Apparently they took offence to the fact we were wearing coats, yknow outside in winter… And the fact we had a guy in our group (which is discriminatory). The woman on the door was so rude and on a total power trip. They make you ‘wait’ on the street to look like it’s busy instead of just turning you away straight away. Wish I’d read the reviews before bothering. Stay away
Firstly, I work at a private member's bar so I know that this is not how you make a club or any place a 'members only' event. That being said from advice from the girlfriend I got on the guest list through a promo. Went with a very attractive girl (my girlfriend) who goes to the club weekly. Looked smart and overall attire was nice. Got there almost an hour before it opened (recommend by the promoter). Wasn't drunk. Done everything over and above I would usually do to get into any club or event. Only then to be told at the door, once we had qued for 15 mins and spoken to the bouncers, that I couldn't come in because I was a guy dispite being on the guest list and if I wanted to come in I would have to by at least a £350 bottle or a table. I could go on and tell you all how this is really wrong and the reasons why but I'm sure anyone even the people that work there can see this is not okay. I understand they want and need more girls for the club to be considered 'attractive' but to discriminate against males at that scale is not acceptable and in my view illegal.
Absolutely horrendous uptight club. Where do I even start. Door girl needs a reality check I don’t know who she thinks she is but she needs to be humbled real quick and maybe Indulge into a job she actually enjoys working; her attitude is appalling. Don’t bother going here or to any Mayfair clubs if you actually want to enjoy your self, it’s all for show, prejudice and racist. There was an incident where me and my friend got escorted from the dance floor upstairs and wasn’t given a reason why, whilst we were walking up the stairs the security woman turned to me and said “I don’t know why I’m escorting you guys out you haven’t done anything wrong” we then was brought outside told to wait on the side to then be told by head of security “there was a mistake made, it’s not these girls” do you understand how degrading and embarrassed we felt being escorted from the dance floor to the exit in front of everyone to then be told a mistake was made. Security management all need training. In fact shut down the whole club. Will never be returning again.
Went the other night and it was fine however today they really ruined my night fully. It’s Halloween and I went out because an acquaintance (and promoter of this club) invited me. After having waited an hour in the queue I give my id they take it and they brush us off with a group of girls (I was with them waiting). I go back to ask them what happened as I didn’t hear if we were in or not but speaking to people was impossible. I had bad faces and bad communication all the time throughout the whole experience, and although I was trying to say that I was there because a promoter had invited me and I was over 18, no one was listening. Then they told me (in a rude & abrupt way once again) to stand “there” and I didn’t know what he meant but eventually figured out it was the area were people are waiting. I kept trying to go in and at some point the security guy grabbed me by the arm and barbarically took me off the place! and told me to never come. Barbaric. That is my Halloween night ✌️thanks guys
Four of us visited this club last night as part of my birthday weekend. We had been quite excited and this was meant to be the highlight of the night, but we were all absolutely shocked at the level of rudeness we experienced from the floor and security staff. The minute we got in, one of us was yelled at for standing near a walkway, even though the club had just opened and there was no one around. We got to our 'VIP table' which had 9 other people sitting at it and there was no room for us. The men and women were separated, with the men all standing up on this platform - physically looking down at our tables. It felt degrading and a bit disgusting. We also constantly got shoved out of the way to make room for the acts, so couldn't even just relax and have a dance! Everybody's attitude was shocking from start to finish. I feel very let down and felt the need to share so that others do not waste their hard earned money on a night of feeling demoralised and degraded. Customer service = 0.
After waiting in the normal queue for one hour, and seeing all this posh girls jump the queue where the staff help them jump the queue by asking them if there alone or with guys, we finally got to the front, only to be told its guest list only or get a table for £1000. like whatever. Be prepared to be blown out. Just a shame they made us wait like mugs to be let down at the end. It's funny how the women at the door slapped up with makeup thought, just by holding a clip board she owns the place. I had a little dignity for myself and kept my mouth shut. What she earns in a year, I earn in a month but hey we have to give those managers pet time to shine. Am sure she will realise her place when she got the bus home. Point blank if you don't look the part you ant going in and the mad thing is they pull all the posh looking girls from the line and helped jump the queue. Avoid this place at all expense. Spend you money where its appreciated not where it's not. Big time disappointment.
They don't let in black girls or people that they think look young. They tell you that the Guestlist is full while you are blatantly watching people walk in. The thing about these may fair clubs is that the people at the door are really shallow. There was a tall blonde Russian girl at the door with a black scarf that gave me a look as if she was mentally killing me. There was also this French mixed looking girl tht was on the radio telling the rest of the staff whether the person was a "definite no" or a "maybe" for entry. I met this white guy at the smoking area who was not on the guest list but just ended walking in without any hassle and he was surprised to hear that I didn't get in. So moral of the story it doesn't matter how nice you dress you can wear anything. If you are white and maybe mid thirties or a white male entry is guranteed. If you are anything else Save yourself the embarrassment of waiting in the cold the Guestlist is NEVER FULL. Jordan Dunn was right!
Terrible club, turned up with 3 friends we were on the guest list but were told we needed to pay. Mostly order men in the club. My friend and I were groped on our way out the club and security watched me yelling at the guy on his way out only to ask me what just happened and the guy had already left. They do not treat people of colour the same way they treat other customers. There’s barely enough waiters on tables and when you try serve urself at ur own table they start yelling. I’m not used to wearing heels often so I took a little break and sat down, I was asked if I was okay a few times and responded all times letting them know I’m okay and just needed a break cause I’m in heels and they had security come force me to go outside for “some fresh air” there were plenty of people that looked drunk but weren’t treated like I was and it’s just not okay.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The only positive about this club is the entertainment. I can say I enjoyed the acts performing, but other than that it is solely terrible. The space is small, the staff are rude and aggressive. Every few moments on the dance floor you are being pushed around by the staff. My friends and I went to sit down at a table (we were 'assigned' to may I say) for a moment and then a staff member started shouting with verbal abuse at us. If it was to our knowledge we were at the wrong table or werent actually allowed to sit? we wouldnt have. Theres a better way of handling situations and that was not it. It's really just a hang out for the promoters in my opinon. My regret was not checking the reviews beforehand. I've put this all in the nicest form possible. Want a good night out? don't go here.
Very much a racist club. FYI let me give this club a reality check. You are not special, Tape London is a much more exclusive and popular club. This club is on its last legs, I won’t be surprised if it’s forced to shut its door forever in the next two years. Disrespectful and racist female bouncer who was rude to my cousin. I was approached on Instagram and asked to attend the club, let’s not get it twisted. Useless promoter saying “Oh its door’s discretion” but the bouncers said “Promoters table was too full so ask your promoter to come upstairs…” Two very different stories told by the door staff and bouncers as to why we can’t come in. I’ve told my friends who also booked with the same promoter to attend the club at the end of month with a few guests including myself. Don’t worry we won’t be coming anymore.
I was slightly concerned about coming to this club after the reviews I read, but I can assure you it was hands down one of the best night clubs I have ever been to! We purchased a table on the uppermost floor so we had a amazing view of all the acrobats and performers. We was looked after from start to finish. Service and waiters were impeccable, The DJ played all the right music and had everyone dancing. I would recommend spending more money to buy a table as the queues to enter normally was huge and you won’t have the same experience. I got zero bad vibes from the bouncers or from the people working there; they all seemed very friendly and we’re just doing their jobs trying to manage really drunk people. Honestly don’t worry, just buy a table and enjoy the experience, it’s worth it!
Tuesday night, arrived before 12am. My friend got us on the guestlist (must-do): 2 females, 1 male. Security were really nice to us, especially when they found out we were from overseas:) The lady serving us at the bar was so lovely, friendly and gave us good service. Drinks are pricey but normal for these sorts of clubs. The music was a good mix of genres: Afro, r&b, hip hop, etc. The entertainment is superb! Enjoyed the performances. I would suggest getting a table if possible as the dance floor is pretty small. From observation, you’ll be well taken care of. At the door, they’re strict on dress code so please dress up! It’s a must to heeled shoes for the ladies. Funny how the other reviews say they are racist, most of the visitors were poc (like me!)
The staff were mostly polite. Inside the club, it's nothing you haven't seen before, but done way worse. The dance-floor is not conducive to an optimal night out, being overcrowded and not making the best use of the venue's floor-space. The toilet are staff (Winston) are lovely, and the upstairs mezzanine is nice but I cannot help but feel that unless you are up there, you will not be enjoying the club to it's fullest. The chef on the mezzanine is a nice touch, but it is not enough to make this a good night out. It is just a poor man's Cirque or Box. Staff in the venue proved to be mostly rude, and the DJ the was playing the same songs as every west-end nightclub. Would avoid, there are definitely better places around Mayfair to spend your nights.
The trouble is getting in. Even dressed very elegantly, we were waiting in the queue for 1 hour and 30 minutes whilsts we watched “pretty girls” jump the queue in the mean time. Once we reached the front we were told were not going in as it’s full unless we pay £350 for a bottle. Other people after us got in for £10!! WHAT!! The problem really is the door staff, I understand the selective entry, but try and be more subtle with it and treat everyone with respect. I mean I know they are trying to create an imagine for their club but there’s a way of doing it. The actual club itself is pretty good, since I made it in last time wearing next to nothing...(maybe I should do that again). There’s show dancers and performances and the music is up to date.
Honestly a huge no i used to go here a lot 3 years ago I decided to go back today. I had a flask with me, which understandably got taken away by the security for the time I’m inside, unfortunately they drunk what was inside which is completely unacceptable. Music was trash as they played pure techno, however was assured it would change, it didn’t. It’s a cheap quality club that fits into the category of tiger tiger, very far from high end and “elegant” as they call it. Overcrowded, million promoters in with bunch of girls that don’t know how to behave and dress. If it would be shoreditch i would rate it a 5 and if you’re into that vibe you’ll love it, but honey it’s mayfair so it’s a -5 for me.
Absolutely Shambolic. Spent a lot of money on New Years eve for a table, and they did not even take our coats. My coat was absolutely filthy with people spilling their drinks all over it. Also, there were 6 of us on a table for 3. We had a corner booth, but were told we had to move to a tiny table as a big group had entered. They completely took over with loads of thirsty girls who tried to sit on our seats which caused tension. Worse thing is this big group were there for only around 2 hours and hardly bought any bottles. They only did 1 small round. Shame on the club for being fooled, and for turning their VIP in to a cess pit for people that hardly spent anything. Will never return.
Its an incredibly backward establishment. From dress code emphasising no heels no entry to girls, to the whole lay out. Girls to sit on top of the sofas/ couch so that everyone can see them as if they are displayed in circus... The entertainment was an utter man's show. Women dancing in thongs etc. I noticed this as a guy, I do not even want to know what some of the educated women were thinking of the club/ show. But i think nobody in the management cares about that because the whole club is just aimed at men. For a club that prides itself for being high-end, this was an utter disappointment and clearly not a high end interlectual place. But instead a club aimed a primal male needs.
DISGUSTING! It was my birthday and I brought my younger brother along (who is 19!!!) and they said he wasn’t allowed in even tough we agreed he was allowed in (I spoke to a promoter) when I got there I started crying because my brother wasn’t allowed in and was saying he would go home, the bouncer started saying ‘don’t you dare make me feel bad by you crying, don’t cry and try and get attention, why are you crying are you trying to make me feel bad? Don’t cry and try and manipulate me etc! It was disgusting!!!!! He made me feel bad for crying because they wouldn’t let my brother in when they said they would!!! He traveled all the way for my birthday of course I’m going to be upset!
I normally don’t write reviews but I feel that the London Reign club respectfully deserves one ! One of the most entertaining clubs I’ve been to, service (which is key) has been always kind, welcoming and professional. Club itself is high end - The floor manager (the name if I remember correctly is Joya - extemely professianal which personally I high value when it comes to good service. Very rare now days to find night clubs who truly believe in making sure their guest leave satisfied. Service aside - music always up to date , shows are incredible - deffinitley a place to check out if you live in london. - and I never write reviews ! Truly Well deserved
Despite reading all the negative comments about this club, I decided to go last night because of my friend's birthday party and I can confirm now that those negative comments are totally true! If you want to spend money then get lots of disrespect and unfriendliness go there! I just gave it 2 stars because of the performance but if I could give zero to the staff I would have done it! I can't understand why the staff of a place like this are so aggressive and very rude!!! All the time you will be treated by them like everything except a guest! The only way of educating them is not going there unless you like disrespect
Awesome place in theory, reality is far removed. Negatives - bad quality sound system turned to the absolute max ready to blow anyone’s ears off - obnoxiously expensive - epitomises the see and be seen culture - framed the names of the biggest spenders the club had seen. Current top of the list is someone having spent £73000 in a single night - seriously!? - rude and short bar staff Positives - while there are a hell of a lot of bouncers, they are all very friendly and professional - friendly door lady - some very good performers - special compliment to the “fire woman” Conclusion, really wouldn’t recommend.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! this place is horrible and I don’t even understand why it is still open. The people there are awful. I was in a group of 6 and all the girls the blond hair and blue eyes they let in which was half of us, the rest of us was turn down for no reason! They made us wait 3 hours in the freezing cold. I’ve never felt so un-welcomed before in my life. They only care about rich people that flaunt money. They are so racist and only want white girls. Being an Asian I got stared down on by all the worker and felt awful for the way I look. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Don't go there! At the entrance, they talk to you like you are nothing, they are asking and verifying your ID two times and yelling at you like you're supposed to know everything about this stupid place. Obviously they can take your money but to be customer friendly, that's another story. Inside, you can find ladies dressed like prostitute and some of them acting like it with clients. If they talk to you badly you cannot answer because they do whatever they want and they can get you out because they wants to... Go spend your money somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect.
Do not come here. We booked a table which was thousands of pounds. We arrive to a queue round the whole of picadilly and we are told to join the back of it. The queue doesn't move for an hour and when I finally get hold of a member of staff - he openly admitted that they TRIPLE BOOK there tables and that they were all gone hours ago. He was also extremely rude and condescending. We were all standing there just in case some one left. Absolute joke, how are you triple booking and leading us to believe we will get in ? If your paying a premium price you should be treated as such.
In the years that I've been in London they let me enter everywhere except this one that there is a tall brunette who is selecting who enters and who doesn't when we had a list of a promoter but the doorman invented that the list was full I hope the council closes that nightclub and I have a family that could close that place for discriminating and being selective that they think.

Rudest bouncers who seem to be getting off on their irrelevant little pseudo "power" People inside the club seem to be acting like they are too good to talk to anyone with rare exceptions. Maybe the guys got rejected so badly that they started "rejecting" the girls in advance lol. Got alcohol spilled on me 10 times people just standing there trying to look cool not actually having fun or dancing. The fake bottle service with girls chanting doesn't bring the vibe for some reason. In my 8 yrs in London it feels the worst clubbing experience
Went there with a group of 8 on a Tuesday night. Got to the door and were told we could only go in if we got a table for £1000. By the time we deliberated the lady at the door had gone. Must be a reason you guys have a 2.7 rating on Google. For people visiting and looking to experience london you guys have terrible and greedy customer service. Such a shame. Remember you are in the business of being hospitable and loving what you do. As people that work in the profession you should head to our bars and see how customer service is done.
I had the worst experience here. When I was standing outside talking to my friend, the bouncer kicked us out from the smoking area. When we queued back to get back i to the club, they said we are putting on an attitude (what?). When we tried to speak to the manager about this, he accused us of not speaking the truth. They snatched our ticket off our hand to get the coats and basically told us to sod off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have lived in London for 14 years, and this is the worst I have seen.
The crowd who go to Reign are sociable and well connected. You'll quickly be made to feel welcome should you enjoy mixing with its members. The door policy makes sense, they encourage the right balance of people to create a sociable atmosphere in this new club. I am amazed by some of the negative reviews given by people who don't belong within the ethos of the club. The door staff actually care about their clients which is why they have a selective entry policy.
My favorite club in London by far. Standing in line is the only part I dislike but that feeling quickly subsided once you’re in. They’re willing to haggle and lower the price at the door so try your luck! The live performances are to die for especially on celebrity night. The ambience is always great and the drinks are always flowing! I’ve made so many friends from all over the world and all walks of life there so it’s safe to say that I love to MAKE IT REIGN ❤️
I used to work at London Reign, and I must say that I have never experienced racism from any managers, including Mr David Diez. All of the members of staff, including the security, are professional. Most of the reviews may be coming from self-entitled people who would usually turn up around 3:00 in the morning when the club is about to shut. They should raise their issues with the management before posting biased reviews on the internet.
I was reading the reviews because I'm going with my girls, I also had a look at the website and wanted to ask a question on their WhatsApp number, and oh my god the owners or management and people in charge basically are SO SO RUDE. I haven't even been to the club yet and now don't feel like going. Think the bad reviews say something. Whoever in charge of whatsapp think you've earned this one mate, and thanks for the block
Went there a while ago with my friend who is black. They let me in but kicked my friend out when he did nothing wrong. But then let bunch of white men in who were causing problems, harassing women, starting fights and being rude to the staff. The staff did nothing about it. The staff were racist and horrible. Most racist club in london. DON’T GO especially if you’re black. They want to steal your culture and style but won’t let you in.
Was told to go here by a friend. We went on a Friday and for a place that is trying to get the upper echelon of London they have a long ways to go. Avoid this place at all costs as there are other places where the staff are not as pretentious. Staff at the front was also working the after hours at L8 and tried to sell us on a table. Customer service training needs to be a priority since this business expects patrons to spend money.
Rihanna who works here is a star and was very helpful, as well as another female security guard who I didn’t catch the name of. The other staff working the doors were rude, kicked our group out when we were told we’d be allowed back in from the smoking area and refused to listen to us when we tried to speak calmly. The club itself was pretty good but it’s a shame the evening was cut short and finished on a sour note
Unbelievable how fooled you could get by their Instagram pictures. Place is super small and they force guys to pay 500£ for a bottle before seeing the club. Girls had to pay 20£ and usually they want drinks and not some soda mixed hard spirit. Doubt that they do good drinks, since the class was very low in the bar.. Performers is what lift this place up a bit. But wouldn’t go again even if it would be for free..
I don’t understand how places like this survive. You queue for ages to get into a tiny, cramped little space with obscenely-priced drinks. There are sofas and random wooden boxes dotted everywhere which makes it difficult to move about. The staff are great but not enough to change my opinion of this place. Go and squeeze into a nearby pub instead.

Honestly the worst experience. Stood in the queue for an hour only to get to the front and be told to form another queue on the other side of the entrance. Stood there for half an hour to then be told by another security guard that this extra queue meant nothing and we had actually been bounced at the door. Felt like this was such a power play. Didn't even get inside, but will never be back.
Absolutely terrible, attended one New Year’s Eve hoping to have a great night but due to difficulty with my friend being unable to wear heels we were escorted out just as the new year countdown began and then we’re let back in afterwards. Intolerant of any dancing or trying to have a good time, the staff were very rude throughout. Very overpriced and not worth the money - terrible night out
Security personnel inside the club is horrible, disrespectful and actually they are the ones causing trouble. I mean from nothing to a fully fledged argument. They push people around, including women. I highly recommend never go there. Last Saturday was my first time and it is also the last time. As a woman, I experienced fear as a result of the way two security personnel treated me.
Close this place down. Worst place I have ever been in my life. They treat women like garbage. I don't know how a place like this exists. They fill in the place with girls, treat them really badly, and allow very few men in. Most likely these man pay a lot of money so they are treated well. I am sure the good reviews here come from men. Women: do not go there! Terrible.
TRASH!!!!! I’m from California and club a lot. LA, Vegas, Miami, Dallas you name it! Bottle service and all. If that what you use to DO NOT come here. Its mad tiny and no dance floor and the girls are paid to be here lmao. Idgaf about the money but cmon man lol I say don’t do it but do you and find out lol

Not a bad club just wish I would of went else where. No space to dance people constantly walking around which made it so annoying. The layout of the dance floor is so dumb people walking through every 3 seconds. Music was ok, Dj played oasis, drum and base and Afro beats was so random. Also why are people saying the club is racist… 90% of the club was POC.
Really good club - great music and table service. Had the best night for my 23rd birthday. I had 13 girls and 4 boys on my table and had no problems getting into the club. However, they overcharged me by £500 with the hidden service charge and additional £20pp on the table which I was unaware of. The experience was great but disappointed by hidden charges.
This place is a complete mess. Worst experience ever smh. Small, not big enough at all and rude staff... they need to be fired or get some training about basic manners tho... but it tells a lot about the management behind them. Would never recommend this place to anyone. And don’t be a fool to book a table for thousands of pond. This club is a joke...
This club is RACISTTTTT they made us wait 2hours In the line despite having paid for a table and being in the guestlist for us to reach the door and be turnt around because ALI’s guestlist was full. Our money gone to complete waste. However, girls that looked “acceptable to them” = (white girls) there were also on the same guestlist were allowed in.
Fantastic experience! We had a table booked as a group of 5. The service was fantastic, from the door staff to the people serving drinks. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I can only speak for myself, but I saw no sign of the issues I had read on other reviews. It was a great experience and we were treated so well by all staff from start to finish
Another central London club where the staff treat you like something off the bottom of their shoe. The hostesses on the door think they are somebody, bouncers push and shove you like you're at a festival and the manager, the worst of all, is someone who clearly uses his job to abuse his power and belittle people, vile man. Avoid at all costs.
If I could give this zero stars I would . Racist , rude and full of promotors Worst club in London there’s barely any bottle girls and no service at all . White blonde bottle girl was super rude when we were trying to have a good time. Do not recommend x try cirque

Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars. This is the hottest new night club in town and I was pretty sure that as the girls were on a guestlist a good night out was ensured. However they came face to face with the same issue that was highlighted by jourdandunn and stormzyofficcial. Very disappointing and disheartening.
Fat-phobic and racist Walked past and hearing the security discussing how overweight girls “are the worst” “never let them in” “black girls can get away with it sometimes” “has to be with a rich *n-word* though cuz not one wants a bunch of fatties taking up space” Would avoid anyway from previous experience

I wouldn't even give this club a one star. We were a group of 17 girls in touch with a promoter called Danny who guaranteed us entry. Once we got to the door they saw half the girls were black and got us out of the queue. This was also confirmed by another promoter who told us we weren't being let in because of this.
First time visiting London Reign last night! We had a great night! There was 22 of us and they accommodated really well. The service from start to finish was excellent. From the security to the hosts and bar staff… everyone made us feel welcome and made sure we had the best night! We will 100% be coming back again!
The worst place to go. Promoters are everywhere and full of girls. It made me feel so unsafe. These places have changed completely I used to go there before and now it's more about marketing about the club. Cheap vibe. Drinks are very low quality.

The staff at the entrance including the door girl and security are extremely rude. Go there if you'd like your mood to be ruined before your night out. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Funnily enough its been like that for a long time and management dont seem to care.
I had an amazing night at Reign, the music was a mixture of styles and the vibes are amazing, I went on Julia's guest list and she made sure I had the best night and had drinks throughout the night. I wouldn't visit Reign with anyone else!

Enjoyed a good night here. The hospitality was certainly 10/10, we were well taken care of by the staff and the performers were all incredible. The only thing this place is missing is a dedicated dance floor or a little more space to move, however the music and lights were great!
Had a good time here yesterday, was an amazing night. Literally got wasted and met some cool people. Read a lot of the reviews before hand that seemed brutal, glad to say never experienced anything bad. Friendly staff and just a great night. Can get expensive but it's worth it!
Horrible experience. It's not big enough at all and if you don't have a table don't think about dancing. We kept getting yelled at for being in the way and shoved around by staff. Completely a tourist trap. There's more promoters and bottle service than guest. Just don't go!
Super rude security at the entrance, 2 girls and we were spoken to like dogs before entering the club. I don't even want to think how they treat tipsy /drunk people after the party. We decided to leave and will not return, sorry but your experience starts at the door...
Club was half empty on a bank holiday, music was outdated, sound system tinny. Worst of all they tried adding £500 to our table bill and got aggressive when I refused it. Had to pay and my bank got it back for me. Advise against it, go to Tape or libertine instead.
Paid £1000 deposit for a table in New Years. Travelled 3 hours to London for it. Got to the door for them to say it was regulars only and the table wasn’t confirmed even though the email states the confirmation. Absolute joke avoid this club don’t waste your time!
I would leave 0 stars if it was possible, Steph on the door needs to be sacked like she was from Libertine, she is extremely rude and discriminates against customers who try and buy tables, do not go here you won't have a good time at all! Very rude individuals
Reign is a wonderful venue with an even better support staff behind the scenes! I recently dealt with Kate Bispham to arrange a Christmas party. Her support and advice proved invaluable and I can think of no venue or Head of Events I would rather deal with!
Came here in December with a big group for my friend's birthday, and we absolutely loved it and the birthday girl had the best time. The shows are always stunning and the music is great, definitely one of the best nights and my favourite venue in London
This isn’t a night out, it’s an experience. The shows, champagne girls & the people who party there are all so lovely. I feel like I can’t stop reccomending for people to go, ever since I went. I genuinely believe Reign is the best club in LDN …
Came here last weekend with a few friends for my birthday, the atmosphere and service was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed it. The shows were insane and the champagne girls were on point!!! Will definitely be coming again!! …
Get better door staff!!!!! Very rude and enjoying the power too much. There was a women on last night who decided to turn my friend away because she was "too drunk"..... MY FRIEND IS T-TOTAL and can't drink!!!!! Shame the club missed out on the money.
I was waiting for hours in the cold to go in and in the end wasn’t let in and no one was helping me or telling me the reason why they were the rudest workers ever met in life and ruined my night please don’t visit reign club worst experience of life !
Iconic London club!! Feels like you’re in vegas with all the bottle shows and the performers are amazing. Was super busy when we went but we were well taken care of by staff and the vibe/music was on point!

The most rudest place I’ve even been too, wouldn’t even call it a club you can’t even dance without the bouncers pushing you the drinks are watered down, don’t even bother try going here if you want to have a good time
Atmosphere: 1
Rude Bouncer (speaking French doesn’t change anything). Promoter giving fake alcohol: water in grey goose magnum. Very narrow, no space to dance but to stand there and show off yeah. I don’t know what’s the thing about this club...
way too small and crowded, gone deaf, bad music , rude staff, rude people. nearly got pushed to death. overall bad experience do not go here

Racist trash club. It’s 2022 and black people are still being denied entry, IMAGINE. Disgusting!!!!!! Black women are beautiful and worthy of respect and a good time. If you can’t see that, then you’re a waste of human life!
I’ve been to pretty much all the VIP clubs in London and Reign has to be my favourite. The staff are awesome and all seem to remember me which is nice touch. When it’s busy it feels like a something straight out of a movie.
Security was a little bit rude at first but overall my friends and i we enjoyed ourselves very much. we did found new friend (don’t know who | busy party forgot to ask or I asked but i’m drunk but i’m grateful ) …
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing LDN Reign Nightclub, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for an extraordinary night.

I was on the guest list with a mixed group but as it was really busy they told the boys to pay 350 for a bottle to enter which I think is really unfair, they literally pulled us out of the line. Really bad and sexist club
A club with an incredible atmosphere. A service worthy of a 5 star hotel. Francesco knows how to welcome his guests and it is with a smile that he made us live a unique moment. Thank you to the team, thank you Francesco.
Racism is real in that club black people are not allowed in it’s unacceptable if you go on titk tok many people have suffered with discrimination it’s disgusting

No reason it has such a poor score. Turned up willing to spend ALOT of money but as I was alone, they were conveniently full. Grow a pair. Shame as I've heard good things from friends with money. Surprise surprise.
We booked a table with a minimum spend. We were at our table doing no harm to anyone and the bouncers randomly took 2 of our friends out saying they are drunk. Very racist guys! I’d never go back
Service: 1
INCREDIBLY RACIST PLACE. This place needs to get shut down. It should be illegal what they do there! Not only are they racist but they only let PRETTY white people go there! Worst most hurtful night of my life !!!
Didn’t think places like this still existed. So discriminative towards women. Horrible human beings that work here. So rude I couldn’t believe it. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Disgusting. Avoid like the plague
One of my favourite places to go!! I would highly recommend to everyone who wants a wild night out that’s unforgettable! And let’s not forget the super hot bottle girls! You can’t get any better than that!
All the staff here is very rude. People come in this place to spend a lot of money and the treatment is not worth it. There isn’t space to dance properly! Just NO!

Amazing place, people, staff, show & vibe. My friends & I had the best time. I haven’t been to such a friendly club for a long while. Definitely 5 star. Would highly recommend for a brilliant night out.
Absolutely the worst place. Who was the female control tonight? Did you pick her up from the street? Get the right person who knows his stuff. Will never return and will never recommend this to anyone.
Definitely a place to go. Music is incredible and the shows are just amazing and they keep having new ones every single week. Service is on point. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks a great time …
Traumatising experience , The club is absolutely racist. I don’t understand how Clubs like this are still open. I wouldn’t recommend this for any one of Colour. Disgusting racist club …
I was assaulted by this member of staff. She was being verbally abusive to me and other customers, she should not be allowed to work in a customer service environment due to her angry demeanour
