Very busy gym during peak hours. Some of the machines have been broken for a while now and they still haven't been fixed. The lock on the toilet upstairs is broken and has been for a while, I'm surprised the management team hasn't dealt with it. The manager Jola seems indifferent to the issues at the gym. Will be switching gym.

Hi, I’m yearly member of gym group Wembley Central. The boxing heavy bag is being used my numerous people, and the demand is high. Though ths heavy bag is really bad. Please change it as soon as possible. 5 stars for now. As I believe you will change it asap :)

Small pokey gym. Very small weights area with limited equipment. Air conditioning not working upstairs. Not like other gyms in this chain. I went during off peak hours, I cant imagine how bad it would be trying to train here during peak hours.

Went back to the gym after lockdown. Entrance has defined in and out access, there is a hands free QR scan to enter but didn't try it. Inside lots of social distances of machines in place with each adj machine closed. Hand sanitizer on

Jola is a great manager, very helpful and friendly. I always see her taking care of the gym and the members. I like coming to this gym because the atmophere is friendly and ths gym is always clean and well maintained.

The location of the gym is very good, good atmosphere, playlist of the music is the best.Cleanliness of the gym and friendly staff always make me comes everyday in the gym.Higly recommended.
