Great for shopping, absolutely HORRID for selling. I had +300 1999 near mint Pokémon cards and because I was a minor they low-balled terribly. I spent an entire weekend sorting them out and pricing them with 4 websites so I had a good idea of there worth (about $345) but I could accept that they were a store and had to resell them, so I was prepared for them for low-ball me anywhere between $150-$200. I take them up there and the pricer says it won’t be ready until that night. I live 40 miles away so I figured I’d go home and pick up the check the next day. They end up calling me around 2:30 right when I got home. I have to turn around and drive all the way back. When I walk in they offer me $5.65 for the cards, upon looking at my cards after refusing the measly payment I find they never looked through any of the other cards except the rare ones. My friends’ cousin recommended it to me because he said they priced fairly (he got about $150) . It’s obvious they tried to low-ball me because I was a minor. I honestly would not sell here.

I called last night and asked if they bought vintage magazines or camera's. I told to bring them in and they'd check them out. So i paid for a uber there right after talking to her. The two employee's there both looked ill and irritated when we walked in the store. It was 40 min before closing so i figured they just wanted to go home. But after leaving my bags on the counter and walking outside for not even 5 min, i know theres no way he checked all my stuff. I noticed my bags were sitting the same way i left them. My boyfriend even noticed too. The man told me he was finished and unfortunately couldn't help me. My bags were tied and would have to be torn to open. Also i sold things there before and know the process. If he didn't feel like doing it he could have just told me to bring them back tomorrow. He had a horrible attitude as well. Now i see why everyone I know goes to McKays bookstore now. I def wont be going back to G. escape

Not a huge selection of retro games, but like all Great Escape stores, prices are almost always at or below market value. This review is from the perspective of a retro video game collector. Inventory: 3/5 - There aren't typically many rare or sought-after titles available, but they are always bringing in new inventory and rotating stock. Value: 5/5 - They base their prices on current market value and always try to beat the trend by at least a few cents. In addition, Manager's Specials and 20% off storewide sales are common. Location: 4/5 - Plenty of parking. Organization is there, but not perfect. If you're looking for a specific accessory or controller, you might have to sort through a few boxes of junk to find it. Overall: 5/5 for friendly staff and constantly rotating stock. Clean store, tons of parking. Bathroom key available upon request. If you check back often, you can find some great deals!

Wasted half an hour driving here to find out they are now closed Mon/Tues. I would really like to support your business but hard to do when you're not open :-( My fault for not checking online and assuming things relatively back to normal. I'll visit on another day... I love coming to this place and think it's the best comic book shop in town. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because you have to ask a clerk to see the ASM selection. Come on - it's the most popular title. Many times I'd like to ask to see the selection - and might have bought something that caught my eye - but didn't bother because too much of a hassle to go through all that when I'm not 100% sure I'm going to buy something. Hate to make the clerk stand over me and I end up not finding anything I want to buy. Can you put the high $$ ones on wall and leave the cheap ones in the regular bin for customers to thumb through?

I’m a weirdo who doesn’t have a cellphone. Went to this store looking for used records. Found a couple things to buy, but nothing special. Went to the counter with some records under my arm and asked if I could use their phone for half a minute to call a legendary songwriter who I happen to be friends with, Dan Penn, who I was meeting up with later in the day. I was turned down flat. “Wait, I’m in a RECORD STORE, and I’m asking to use your phone to call DAN F--KING PENN and you are saying NO?” Shrug and shaking of head from smiling hipster behind the counter. So much for your hip quotient, Great Escape. Went to Grimey’s, found pleasant people who swapped contact info with me, and who let me use their store phone to communicate with Dan. Never goin’ back to The Great Escape, and will always return to Grimey’s when passing through Nashville.

I've been a long time customer of The Great Escape. While The Great Escape is primarily a used music store, being a good resource for those looking for vinyl, it also carries other products, such as used cds, dvds, and blu-ray disks. It has current comic book and graphic novel releases, as well as some back issues and collecting supplies; they offer a comics hold service, where they will pull and hold new comics for you at a 25% discount. Additionally, they carry a small amount of used table-top gaming items and other collectibles. Since almost all the inventory is of a used nature, the prices are typically on the low side. If they don't have what you are looking for on a first visit, keep checking back. It will probably turn up. That has been my experience.

Walked in right at closing time with some very valuable and rare cards I was interested in selling. Was told by a man working there, “We are closing right now ma’am.” Ok, fine you’re closing, but as a manager of a retail establishment myself, that’s rude. The company I work for wouldn’t have that type of behavior from their employees. Until our doors are locked, we welcome customers in our store. That’s ok, I will take my cards elsewhere and sell them. Screw you.....The Great Escape!!! I recommend no one go here. And to the person who replies back on these comments, there is no excuse for this so don’t bother apologizing. Take the time you’re using to reply to the bad reviews and use it to train your employees!!!

Well rounded entertainment store, great breadth if not depth. Used DVDs, CDs, vinyl, comics. Small selection of video games, cassettes, 8 track, books, and posters. Some stereo equipment like turntables, receivers, and speakers. Good selection of organization accessories like cd mailers, record sleeves and jackets, comic book jackets. The music variety is a bit weak, majority is pop/rock, then it skews heavily to stereotypical Nashville music: lots of country, then some bluegrass, folk, americana, religious, and jazz. Other genres are barely represented, such as electronica, rap, reggae, hip hop, world, classical. It's not exactly a record store, but it is one of my top Nashville stores to browse for music.

  • Larry Underwood

The Great Escape has been a Nashville institution since the late 70s. The downtown location was amazing and I still miss it. But they moved to this new location on Charlotte in 2010. Growing pains of the new Nashville, that prime location was no longer affordable. The Charlotte location is fine though, plenty of square footage and ample parking. They have lots of music, movies, memorabilia and comics. I find something to buy every time I'm out there. They have sidewalk sales regularly to clear inventory as well. While it lacks the charm and cool location of the downtown store, it's still definitely worth visiting, and you can get some bargains there.

  • Maxwell

Back issue selection was horrible. I use to frequent this store and its sister store when I was younger and they took pride in the comic shop side of the store. Staff was pretty uninterested in their customers as well. Comic back issues were all kinds of out of order and they were severely lacking in a decent selection. 0 Preacher, 0 JSA, 0 Transmentroplitan... It's like they knew exactly what I came for and took it off the floor. Will not be shopping here again. Waste of time. Where is a real comic shop in Nashville? No input on the record store side, but if you're traveling through looking for a comic shop, pass this one by.

  • Robert Barlowe

I've loved the Great Escape's various locations ever since moving to Nashville in 1992. I live in Madison, but visit the Charlotte location for sales. Sign up for the email list to get notified of weekly sales. As usual the selection is always broad and you never know what you'll find, but there's always a deal. They always hire happy, enthusiastic people who are music, film, comic and collectibles fans, too. They're always ready with a pleasant conversation and advice. Taking an hour to peruse the shelves is a Great Escape (get it?) from the stresses of life. Add this place to your list of "consumer therapy" hotspots!

Drove 2 hours to the Great Escape on Record Store Day (Black Friday, 2021) looking for limited-edition records released specifically on that day. Not being from the area, I had to ask if they still had any RSD releases left, as It was also later in the day by the time I got there. They directed me to the area where those releases were, & I found every album I was looking for, and some were the very last ones they had left. The staff was obviously quite helpful & if you're old-school like me, the place is an audiophile's dream. Records, cd's, posters, limited-editions, out-of-print & no longer being made items, etc.

  • Alexander Hasse

I went into The Great Escape looking to trade in some Pokémon cards for cash because they do not offer in store credit as an option. To my surprise they did not offer me close to even 30% of the value of the cards based off TCG player’s prices (which is what they claim). Also my cards were 2021 Evolving Skies cards in Mint condition. Their offer was honestly insulting, and I understand profit needs to be made, but you can get more money than they offer you at The Game Cave, another Nashville shop. I really wanted to buy some of the store’s cards, but my experience trading in turned me off from the business.

  • Herschel Pollard

Still the most reasonably priced place in Nashville to buy used vinyl, and they have a great selection. It's not a cozy place (a bit like a florescent-lit small grocery store) but its size provides plenty of space for those records, comic books, DVDs, and video games. The folks up front can be busy at times, so may come across as brusque, but mostly they're helpful and very knowledgeable. Oh, and in the back, there is a great selection of 78's for Victrola players, most look to be in mint very good to mint condition. Finally, found out the other day, they have an online store, and they will ship.

  • Chris Rogers

Drove all the way to Nashville in search of a popular comic on the day it was released. To my dismay, it was already sold out since the store did not bother securing enough stock. Employee found a variant cover of the issue in the back that they were planning on sending back. Great, until they wanted to mark up the price an extra dollar even though they were the reason the comic was not in Stock on the day it was released. A dollar above the printed cover price for a cover that was less impressive than the original release. Very unethical indeed...disappointed in Great Escape Charlotte.

  • Kenneth Hiley

I had a hard time spending money here... Not because they didn't have anything for me to buy. They have a lot of merchandise. But, because they had everything booked for double what it should have been. Even with their discount, everything I wanted was still over book prices. (I use Overstreet, Comic Book Price Guide and sold eBay as my barometer). I travel all over the country shopping comics and this stop was by far the most expensive I've seen outside of New York or New Jersey. So, the next time I'm in Nashville, I don't know that I'd take the time to stop and shop.

  • Bedford Crenshaw

I've been a customer of the Louisville location for years, but today I finally went to the last one I needed to go to so that i had been to all four. Definitely the largest of the 4 (although it's been awhile since I've been to the Madison location). Reminds me more of the Louisville store than the others, except this one isn't cramped, and thus it has room for more stuff, especially vinyl. Sadly, while bigger it has about the same amount of RPGs as the Louisville store. Worth going to if in the area, and is definitely bigger on the inside than it looks outside.

  • Kendall Burroughs

After having an awful RSD experience elsewhere, I came here and had my day completely restored. Yes, they had what I was looking for, but the difference in atmosphere was the real reason I left with a smile. Tyler, Paul, & John/Johnny (?) (sorry trying to remember the third name) were AMAZING. They were fun to talk to, very knowledgeable of their whole stock (not just RSD), & you can tell they were having fun. Even if I had left there with nothing, I’d be back. But they for SURE won my RSD heart I will boast about y’all. Thank you. Truly.

  • Miles Bixler

came in to get some items looked at for how much trade in credit i could get since they said they couldnt give me an estimate over the phone. told i had to leave my stuff there for them to “test it” and they would get back to me. i asked how long that would take and the man helping me replied with “however long it takes is however long it takes.” what kind of response is that? apparently nobody has ever traded in anything before so they cant give any sort of estimate on how long my things are going to be sitting there for it seems. ridiculous.

  • Local Guy

Absolute gems have been discovered at The Great Escape. Bought gifts for all my friends who appreciate music on vinyl. Hands-down the warmest staff on Charlotte Avenue. The most thrilling feature of this record store is that I can flip through comics without being heckled for peeking! Same with music, they have a station near the video game display cases where you can preview a vinyl's quality and sound in studio headphones. Ugh, I cannot stress what a haven this establishment is. Glad I live just 1 minute walking from it! RIP Goodwill...

  • Ryan Z

They have a pretty decent selection of comics and did a good job sorting them but their prices were mediocre. I asked if they would work with me on the price since I was buying a large quantity and the guy shot me down instantly; they did their standard 10% off marked price which they do for all back-issues. With that 10% off, the prices came out at or slightly above market value on pretty much every book I bought. In the end it wasn't enough of a price gouge for me to walk away from the purchase but I doubt I'll go back in the future.

  • Matt Frierdich

So much fun to walk around and browse here! Great selection of literally anything you can think of, in terms of media and culture... movies, comic books, music, action figures, Magic the Gathering... I spent most of my time on my last visit checking out the $.99 bin of CDs, found at least 6 or 7 treasures (or things worth taking a one dollar gamble on!). There are usually stools or something to sit on the check out all the stock, good hours and easy parking. Overall, a fun place to check out, and keep your eyes peeled for sales!

  • Dennis Hood

I really like The Great Escape. We were able to browse a large cd selection and larger vinyl collection and find some interesting items for purchase and for nostalgia. I really like that they put out all types of vinyl, as I am seeking out hard to find k-tel and Ronco albums from the 70s and most places don't offer these for sale. The vast majority of used items are in extremely good condition and definitely worth the prices they ask. Some interesting memorabilia are offered at very fair prices. I'll be back.

  • Joe

You can fulfill you wildest nerd fantasies here you can get vinyl records from the 70's, the latest comic books or used video games in one spot and I just lose my mind when I go in there. Also available Blu-ray and DVD's, graphic novels, VHS tapes, vintage Playboy's, CD's, game systems and accessories, collectibles, laserdiscs, MTG cards and so much more. This place reeks of nerdiness... maybe it's the old vinyl records, I don't know, but just go there if you are into anything I listed. Go now. I am.

  • Serious Moonlight

Swindlers and con-artist!!! I traded a bunch of old games not knowing that one of those games was the PS2 "holy grail" game "KUON". If you look on eBay, it sells for 800.00+ and they gave me 20,00 bucks! Dishonest people who took my games and put them behind glass with an ungodly price tag! They will screw you over any chance they get so KNOW the value of what you're selling beforehand! They did the same with many of my "vintage games". I'll never walk in either of their stores again!! Hustlers!

  • kenji steakster

Been here a couple times now and I'm a fan! They have a little bit for everyone. In this time of hard copies of music dying this store is staying a float by branching out to comics, toys, memorabilia , and games. The games is what brought me in. Particularly their magic the gathering shelf. All cards on the shelf are .05 yes 5 cents. Never found anyhting AMAZING but found some playable stuff in there. Pretty cool store. Definitely will be back, so believe the hype!

  • jesse robinson

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I went to McKay's with a bunch of anime got $181.00 and gave me back 40 dvds so yesterday I went by great escape they took over half of my DVD'S and gave me $10.75 plus they took some and replaced them with dvds I didn't have. Go to McKay's if you want to be treated right. All this anime almost 200 DVD'S I wanted gone I cleaned out a storage unit for my fiance dad. Great escape in west Nashville will RIP you off. No stars

  • Ryan Elliot

Is this where those WW2 guys go to escape from the Germans? Disclaimer: Germans are a great people, I as an individual I'm far worse than them when playing video games. If you are looking to be surrounded by people who are too smart for society and sabotage their own careers by sticking to their values then guys this is the place. Seriously the staff are good/friendly people and are knowledgeable on all things pop culture. They school me every time.

  • Rebekah Wicker

What's not to like about this place? It was around when I was growing up and now I take my kids there. We love browsing the comic books marked for .48 and .99, what a bargain! They enjoy reading them and it's not a big deal if one gets torn. It's well organized they have music including vinyls, an array of comic books, new and old, and other vintage items. Everything is well organized and they know their stuff about what's hot and not.

  • Jin Saotome

Pretty much the most amazing place to snag vintage/rare toys, music, games, and vinyl. You can trade in your old media for store credit or cash. The store is your basic comic/music shop and there's always 4+ staff members to help you at any time you need it. The restroom key tag changes almost monthly, sometimes it's a sword handle, other times a Jabba the Hut figure, I've even seen a record attached to it. So no stealing the key!

  • chris jackson

Really wanted to like the great escape. People were nice, but the store was in the shadiest part of town and smelled like a really old thrift store. The comic section was small with the rest being devotees to old vhs tapes, faded posters, and archaic electronics. I don't know what the owners are going for, but I can't imagine this is on purpose. Really hope they can get it together. Hate to see a local business failing so hard.

  • Lynne Pendleton

I love The Great Escape! I lived in Nashville for 20 years and have visited all locations. I married a guy from North Carolina and relocated but I come back to visit relatives a couple of times a year . My husband is a music lover and has a huge collection of albums, cassettes and CD's so I took him to check it out and he now makes plans for us to come to Nashville just so he can shop and browse. Always find lots to buy!!!

  • Paiwand Duski

I was extremely satisfied with my visit and my call before I came in to shop. I used to sell my items here more often than I shopped here, but now I know I've been missing out. Everyone who works here provides great customer service with ease. Offered me many items all competitively priced with online prices even being beat. Love it!!! Saved me time and money, literally. I will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

  • Austin “Tofu” Schmude

Instead of a "Welcome" sign they have a long list of rules that doesn't include "no pets" - we have a small shih tzu who had happily visited a dozen other businesses on this street with no problem the same day but we were turned away here at the door. We would have come back without her if they hadn't been so rude when they said it - we understand some businesses can't have dogs in there but they went about it poorly.

  • Brian Anderson

Tons of used cds, records and comics. The records are the reason for my visit. They have phonographs to listen before you buy. They do a good job of marking albums with "Check Condition" labels. Prices are reasonable. Sometimes you come across a good find, but they have a lot of store traffic and the albums have been searched through extensively. The staff are curtious but you are left alone to search as you wish.

  • Curtis Ratcliff

If you want comics or records, it's a good place to go still. Used to be an absolutely amazing place to find really crazy stuff. Last few years things really haven't shown up there anymore. Not sure if that's because of the store itself or because people are taking their crazier things online, but the excitement of finding something really unique and off the wall there hasn't happened for me in a while.

  • Caitlin Nunyabiz

I've been going to The Great Escape since I was just a pup. I grew up next to the one in Madison and remember going to the old Cinema 16 theater that used to be next to it! This was before it moved in the same lot and expanded to be bigger and better. Nasvhille has grown, and The Great Escape has grown with it. You guys are awesome, keep up the good work! See you Saturday for the sale!

  • alayna moore

Great place. Its always my first stop when i go to nashville. They have a little of everything could have a bigger pokemon card and video game selection but the variety makes up for it. The staff are very nice the lady that had to unlock the pokemon case was helpful and didnt get aggravated when i asked for multiple cases to be unlocked when they were pretty busy. 5 out of 5

  • Reverend Muffington

This Great Escape is a cool place to find collectables & assorted media... Their CDs have been picked over... but they have Vinyl, DVDs/Bluerays & video games.... sure to find something... If your into comic books or action figures.. they've got that too... I usually hit McKay's or Phonoluxe when I'm out & about... but if I'm in the area... I'll stop in... Na Noo Na Noo!!!!!

  • Eric Helwig

If you’re into vinyl or cds, this is the place to be. Comic selection is good, but mostly 90s excessive printed books. Not much as far as keys or high dollar back issues. The wall books are a mix of modern books in the $10-$20 range and older non-keys (many priced a bit higher than they deserve to be). All in all not a bad store, but not worth going out of your way for.

  • Michael Bernard

The warehouse sale was very busy. Slightly crowded and warm. It was dimly lit with high hanging fluorescent lights. There was one guy talking the entire 2 hours I was there...to himself and anybody near him. Very annoying and distracting. Took almost 15 minutes to have items counted and boxed then stood in another line to pay. Not a bad sale, but not the best, either.

  • Warren Peace

Super friendly staff at the Charlotte location (not so much at the Madison location). As an avid vinyl collector, I’d say the this is one of the two best stores in the city for used, collectible albums (the other being Phonolux). Prices are reasonable. Awesome comics selection also. They are a Nashville tradition so check this place out!

  • Tonya Gann

If you are looking for any type of music this is the place to go. I love this place. Sometimes they have .25 cent sidewalk sales where you can buy CD's, albums, comic books, baseball cards and dvds. You really should try this place. They have 3 or 4 locations so, there's got to be one near you. I don't work here. I just love this place.

  • James Stout II

A pretty decent record store that (get this...) sells actual records! You can find cassette tapes, records, CD's, and added bonus...comics?! Check it out if you're in the area. Be warned, for being in Nashville their country music selection is lacking (the reason for only 4 stars)...but still a great selection of most everything else.

  • Brandon R.

Really neat store with alot of cool stuff to look at. I'm pretty impressed with the variety of stuff they carry, but I do wish they had more of some of it. Also, the staff doesn't seem very eager to want to help, but they are by no means rude. All in all, it's a place I go fairly regularly, but I usually leave the store empty handed.

  • Matt Latsha

This is a local comic books store, but it also has quite a bit of cool other used stuff: comic books, movies, music in all kinds of forms, and a nice selection of video games, as well. It's a little dirty-looking; it looks disorganized; it comes off as somewhat amateurish, but if you take your time, you'll find treasures. Cool place.

  • Steven Ibarra

This place was awesome, lots of hidden treasures in there. Really good prices on everything I looked at. I came for comic books and noticed so many things that provided a good nostalgic feeling and all of those things were priced really well. I highly recommend this place as it has a little bit of everything.

  • Manson Hua

Visited Nashville and went to a few record shops. Grimeys, another place and great escape. Pricing is better here as well the selection of used pre-loved records. The hard to find and selection of music at grimeys is Better and more expensive. Has other things to see here as well. Highly recommend this place.

  • squeakynuts2000

I haven't made it out to shop for used music and movies in a long time. I was happy to see The Great Escape when I was in the area for a doctor visit. The place is filled with great stuff. It is very well organized and the prices of the used cds & dvds were affordable. I'd definitely shop there again

  • Anthony Elizondo

This store has a big selection of old vinyl, cassettes, or Cds. They also have posters, old magazines, and all kinds of varying memorabilia. The prices are a little higher than other stores I've been to though. I would have given it 5 stars but the staff was not helpful or very cordial at all.

  • Reuben Mcneill

I've always loved the Great Escape and visited multiple locations every time I was in Nashville. First time I've been in a while and the pricing and staffing have remained consistent. This time the selection left a little to be desired in my opinion but I can't really hold that against them.

  • Wil “BuddaWil”

Was on vacation out in Nashville and thought I would check out a local Comic Book shop and was pleased to find this place! Was able to dig through some long boxes and score some key issues I didn't have, and I also bought some vinyl records. Cool spot and will revisit next time I'm in town.

  • Jeremy Cross

If you’re looking to reminisce or fall back into simpler times, look no further. The Great Escape is full of hidden treasures and you can spend hours in there without even realizing it! This place is where history meets modern ingenuity. You just have to see it for yourself.

  • Matt Greer Music

Great shop for comics, movies, vinyl, video games, basically any kind of pop culture media. I usually go mostly for the vinyl records but there's lots to like here. The jazz section of vinyl, in particular, offers a lot of really great records for very reasonable prices.

  • ANOTHER_UMBRELLA

This is the "main" great escape and one I've enjoyed going to for years because it has a bit of everything. Comics, records, movies in formats from VHS to Bluray, cards, gaming supplies, manga, books, CDs, toys, and so so much more. I ALWAYS find something I want.

  • Cory Chang

Love this place! Went there to pick out comic books for my son for Christmas and ended up shopping for myself. Can't wait to bring my son there to get more. Of course they also have an extensive collection of music, movies, video games, toys, posters and more!

  • Amanda Campbell

We accidentally found this store and it was great! We came on a day when they were having a 20% off of everything in the store. We ended up with 15 comics, 6 dvds and a CD all for under $6. We'll definitely be back when we're in Nashville again!

  • Jared Wallin

Neat little store where you can buy used records, movies, toys, video games and comic books. They accept these items in trade for store credit as well. I felt like they prices they then asked for much of the merchandise was way too high though.

  • Aleksander Lucy

Great spot with a massive used section that beats most other places I've seen in the area. Prices are also some of the best in the area; top of the list for selection and price. Staff are friendly and helpful as well, so you can't go wrong.

  • Bhorqz

As the meme said "I came looking for copper and found Gold" Staff was helpful. Super polite and directed me to where I would find my desired item. I recommend this place they have vinyl records, video games, movies, comic books and minis.

  • Frank Coleman

This place used to give top dollar for records and comics after seeing the prices you marked on the albums compared to what you gave me you rip people off big time not just me but the customer as well I will never shop or sell there again

  • Ben James

Great selections, prices, everything. I prefer this over McKay's for music. I can walk in the door to pick up one vinyl and not realize it's quikly an hour and a half later and I'm walking out with 20 used vinyls for about $30. Love it!

  • Michael Fredericksen

Overpriced, pay next to nothing when selling. Happened again today. Staff is weird and often rude. Never going back. Not worth the gas... For dvds, try Cash America's 2 locations right down the road. Getting butt screwed is not hip, LOL

  • Tony

Great Escape has been my go-to shop for comics, CDs, cassettes, and records for years now. Lots of great deals especially when it comes to the 25% off their new comic collections and 10% off new single issues. How could anyone compete?

  • Crystal Bass

This place has sadly dropped in size and decent inventory over the last few years. Went by for the first time in a while, found a few things to grab but I used to be able to spend hours in here. Was out after about 20-25 minutes.

  • Robert Johnson

We went to sell some of my 8 yr old sons Pokemon cards. They buy them for about 2c each (depending on rarity) and sell them for about 5c each. Friendly service. Huge selection of records and collector cards. No bicycle parking.

  • Katie Renee' Gregory

Their MtG card selection was great and they have a whole shelf full of card boxes where the cards are all 5 cents a piece! We ended up spending 2 and a half hours here on our trip to Nashville. Very happy with our experience!!

It is a little pricey, but a good selection of used entertainment. It has that interesting nerd aroma of old comics and games combined with terror sweat at the thought of prolonged human interaction. Not entirely unpleasant.

Longtime fan of this Nashville gem. Misspent hours as a youth and now well into my "adulthood". Still one of the best places to find rare vinyl issues, collectibles and books!!

  • Tony Mitchell

I went for a 25 cent music blowout sale on Saturday. Had fun. Didn't find anything I couldn't live without but the weather was nice. So it was good to be out doing something.

  • Ken C.

Cool place to find comics and vinyl. Nice staff. Found some hard-to-find Power Records vinyl from the 80's here. Good selection of trade paperbacks. Cool stuff everywhere.

Took some cards to be sold. They kept over night. But they don't deal in superhero cards. Wish they would have said that before. I had to drive back 40 miles for nothing.
