The store has decent selection of flowers and bouquets, although most of the things are overpriced. I bought a "pet-friendly" home plant that didn't survive its first week, so here's to the "quality." My major review, however, is of the staff. I've noticed high turnover - and every staff member seems as clueless as the predecessor. They cannot answer a single question, and have to call/text the owner for even the simplest, most basic query. The owner, in turn, is very inflexible which doesn't sound like good business to me. I wanted to buy a dry bouquet for home decoration, but it was sold together with the vase. I didn't need the vase and wanted to explore alternative options, of which none reasonable ones were provided. Obviously, this approach to customer service leaves much to be desired. I was ready to make a purchase of around CAD 100. Instead, CAD 0 was spent - and a customer lost.

Their Mother's Day's bouquets were all half-wilted. And they jacked up the prices significantly! When I asked for additional singles Hanoi roses, the girl gave me a tiny one that had half the number of layers as their usual Hanois. While I understand that when demand is high on special occasions, businesses want to seize the opportunity to make extra profits, but I felt like The Florium did this in an under-handed way. I don't mind paying a premium. But don't make me pay a premium AND sell me sub-par quality goods AND pretend I could not notice. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if I'll return.

The attendant was super helpful in picking out some flowers for me. Also gave really good suggestions on how to make it look nice. It was super snowy and windy on pickup day she wrapped it in a plastic bag and told me how to carry it so it stays just as nice when given to the wife. Lots of beautiful designs and styles. Great for any occasion. Also get the vase, it really ties everything together to make look really beautiful.

Ever since coming to this place, this place has become a place for purchasing beautiful flower arrangements for various social gatherings such as birthdays and mothers Day. The staff and owner are always so helpful that I'm learning how to take care of my plants to make my home more aesthetically pleasing to people that visit. Well recommended place for any type of flower arrangements but also for plant needs.

Had a great time doing the workshop with Jessie on the weekend ! Jessie took us step by step through how to make an arrangement and taught us a lot about different flowers, colour arrangement, and composition. Even if you don't do the workshop, her store has other goodies for you to purchase as well (bouquets, green plants, everlasting flower in a case). Will definitely come back for more :) !

Absolutely beautiful flowers! I was looking for a pastel themed bouquet and stumbled upon this flower boutique. Only took a quick look and left, but ended up coming back later that day, since I couldn’t stop thinking about how pretty their flowers were. Paid about $70 but it was so worth it! Staff were also very welcoming and helpful, will definitely be going back in the future.

I received a personalized preserved rose jewelry box - it is so beautiful, with a hot pink preserved rose at the top with pearls, and a space to store your jewelry (came with Ferrero Rocher)! The packaging was so beautiful, and I received it very quickly. I would recommend The Florium for beautiful dried flowers, always!

I recently picked up a bouquet today for my fiances bridal shower and surprised her with the most stunning set of flowers she's ever had. The customer service here is incredible I will definitely be coming here for any special occasion. Thanks for a great experience. BTW everyone in attendance loved them as well

My in-laws sent me flowers from this shop, and they made a very beautiful arrangement. They were very gracious when there was a bit of a mix up with the delivery, and the communication on their end was great. Even the packaging the flowers arrived in was very pretty!

Beautiful flowers and gifts! The staff were all very kind, and were warm and welcoming to my dog. One of the staff members even gave a water bowl to my dog. I bought two Mother's Day gifts, and I'm looking forward to gifting them to my mom tomorrow. …

The Florium workshop was an amazing experience! My friend and I came here for the one day class and it was so fun! Jessie was so accommodating and patient. She taught us a lot about creating flower arrangements. I would highly recommend!
