sadly i have to change my opinion about this vet. 11 months ago he looked after my rats nicely and was very knowledgeable. however this time he clearly tried to make tje most money possible out of a termally sick animal. i came in as my usual exotic vet was away for a while. my rat had an abcess growing which cannot be removed due to its location my regular vet saw the issue immediately. did a quick test just to double check what he suspected. and persribed medication comforting my baby. sadly the finchley vet wanted to make several tests and hospitlisation - all totally unnecessary and not even part of any actual treatment - quote almost £900!!! (xrays utrasounds etc etc).... im speechless. ----- in regards to the finchley vets reply of course you wouldnt want to admit to the unessesary tests you had planned - as tjis is public and other people will read this. also, i totally understand you charged 4 consultations for 4 rats, however at other vets i would usually get a discount and not £45 charge per rat for this service - which would be fine if the vet would at least have any knowledge. also the two ither rats... 1) had a damaged leg. doesnt acutally acutally need metacam and regular monitoring (which would have been £45 every few weeks, for NoThiNG.) and xray showed her leg already healed. 2) the other rat did NOT have problems with her airways but her HEART which caused rapid breathing. if you were such a great rat lover and knew that much, you would have known better. total waste of money and time. would have rather invested the funds in rescuing animals awful.

Absolutely appalling. We made an appointment to have a check up for the first time with our new cat. We paid upfront which we didn't mind but we had to move the appointment as we were unable to get our cat in the carry box as one of us was doing it on their own. I called to rearrange and apologise and was told we could not have a different time and that we would lose all the money. Our cat is a rescue and got extremely distressed when being put in the box and would not go in. Other vets I have previously used understand that this is a possibility with cats and let you rearrange. I think this speaks volumes about how much this practice cares about looking after animals versus making money and I think it's despicable. We were not asking for our money back, we were simply asking for another appointment time. Their fees are already high so the least they could do with their large profits is be a bit flexible in understanding that cats are hard to get into boxes sometimes. If they cared about the animal they would understand that she was extremely distressed. Will not use ever. Absolutely sick of vets taking advantage to make as much money as possible.

What constitutes a good vet? Well, professional knowledge must rank highly. A thoroughness, assuming nothing but aware of everything. Lastly, a way with people and pets. The latter is, I believe, the key to good practice. GPs have to manage patients. Vets have to manage patients and their responsible humans. Far more difficult, in my view. The Finchley Vet achieves all three - the last undoubtedly. He understands, evidenced by words and actions, the legitimate anxiety of owners. He responds clearly and succinctly to key lay questions. He outlines diagnosis and treatment options clearly. So much for owners. For the pet (in my case, a dog) he shows the right friendliness, putting the dog at ease. Carefully used treats and use of the owner helps again. Thorough examination and clear explanation. All in all, this was a great consultation from a vet who clearly cares about animals. For those with a choice of vets, always choose a vet whose knowledge is up to date and who demonstrates a clear affinity for animals who are unwell. Heartily recommended.

We’ve only been at this vet for a few months but I’m so pleased we chose them! Getting an appointment is always quick and easy, and we are always able to see Dr Jodie which helps with continuity of care. All the staff are so lovely, helpful, and welcoming, and Dr Jodie always tries to go above and beyond with her advice and solutions. My puppy actually gets excited to go and is always pleased to see everyone there. Definitely look into joining the pet club. It seems expensive at first compared to other versions offered by other vets, but it is 100% worth every penny! Having a large number of consultations included is a life (and money) saver, and knowing you’ll be given her approved doses of flea and worming treatments as you need them really puts my mind at ease. All in all, you absolutely won’t regret choosing Finchley Vet. I can’t recommend them enough.

I would without any doubt recommend The Finchley Vet to anyone, the whole team are simply fantastic. We've been coming here since getting two little puppies about a year ago and the service we have received has been amazing, to the point that the dogs actually LOVE going to the vet!? We have had them spayed as well as various other things we've needed, and you just walk away each time feeling so well taken care of and feeling so trusting of everything you're being told which I know with some vets sadly that's not the case. The practice itself is also decorated so well and the overall service around reminders of worming etc. is so helpful and much appreciated, and the team are always there at the end of the phone or email whenever you need them. Thank you to you all :)

  • Our Life

Overall The Finchley Vet is very good. The staff are friendly and kind and always give you time to talk and discuss concerns or different options. It is easy to get same day appointments which is great but they’re also happy to give advice over the phone. They do a club where you pay monthly and get flea and worming treatment, vaccinations and a certain amount of vet or nurse consultations a year. I think that if you are going to do yearly vaccinations and regular flea and worm treatment then it works out good value. If you are going to get pet insurance and want them to pay the vet directly then check with the vet first as they won’t do this for every insurance company which could leave you in a difficult situation if you can’t afford to pay upfront.

DO NOT GO HERE. GIVEN OUT OF DATE MEDICINE BY 2 YEARS!!! My puppy is now extremely ill, vomiting and diarrhoea after he took these OUT OF DATE meds from 2017. The owner, Oli Robinson, said it's not a big deal that he is unwell, and his tone of voice implied a huge lack of care. He also said that we shouldn't take our puppy back there, and if we do he will charge us full price again. He had no way of proving that the medicine was in date, only 'his word'! I'm appalled at the owner's behaviour, and in shock at his ignorance and insensitivity. We should have realised after our first trip when the vet could not even put eye drops properly in the puppies eyes that this place was a joke. We will be taking this further.

The best vet in London. My cat had an accident and resulted with broken tooth and he and his team immediately knew apart from this she had a serious condition. The vet is so friendly and lovely, warm and truly love pets. My cat major operation which resulted few teeth removal and was exceptionally well executed and my cat recovered well and no aftermath. He is so good! It was a major operation and he was updating me during and after, sent pictures and Whatsapp and did an amazing 2 follow up checks. My cat so happy and no sign of distress after the operation. I travelled 40 min by car to see him. It was worth it. He is a cat whisperer. Thank you so much! Me and my cat felt super safe at the Finchley Vet practice.

Made price enquiries to 5 local vets when trying to find a vet for our dog. Just asked for price information of regular routine treatments. Eg written prescription fee, a single blood pressure check, vaccination. Most vets replied with this information. The Finchley Vet refused and said prices can only be disclosed at a consultation! Basically you have to pay a £59 consultation fee to get an idea of their treatment prices! They are very cagey and not upfront about prices! When you go shopping, you see the price tag and then decide if you want to add it to your basket, not find out at the till when you pay! At this vet, you pay just to know the price tag! What a joke! Obviously I didn’t register my dog here!

This practice was recommended to me and I am so greatful for it. The whole team are super friendly, extremely helpful and responsive with really affordable prices. Due to the covid-19 distancing measures, I was told I wasn't allowed to come in with my cat and after just a video consultation I was totally comfortable with leaving her with them! And this was my first time! I hadn't taken my cat to the vets for a while as I was never really given the right advice and was totally put off by the last couple of vets I visited, so I was a bit embarrassed to admit that but the team at The Finchley Vet did not make me feel that way at all and Dr Oli advised me accordingly. Honestly, cannot recommend them enough.

  • Richard Cosgrove

The only regret I have about this vet practice, is that I didn't take my cat to them sooner. I registered with a Goddard Practice, and changed when Goddard closed that practice down. All of the staff I met at Finchley Vet were friendly and knowledgeable, and were skilled at handling a panic-prone cat (my pet) and a panic-prone human (me). The team were always ready to answer queries, and whoever was manning the reception desk never made me feel that they their job was to stop me getting an appointment. I moved out of the area, just as they diagnosed my cat with a chronic condition, so I've had to move to another vet. If I had a car, or were closer, I'd have stuck with them.

  • angelaanimalcrazy

I needed to find another vet after being with my previous one for many years who has now retired . I came across Oli the vet and Olivia the nurse (RVN ) and the team .... I have many animals but to-date have taken my eldest Boxer dog and one rabbit for appointments . The other Boxer likes visiting too so comes along to be made a fuss of there ! They enjoyed their visits and were very relaxed each time . Both Oli the vet and Olivia the nurse are kind , gentle but thorough in their approach .... Lovely practice . The receptionists , Adrianna and Chrissy are most welcoming too . I would gladly recommend . Angela Kim Lowe .

We moved our pets over from a large chain of vets after over 25 years as a customer (which is all we were to them) because of concerns I had. Finchley Vets have been brilliant in understanding our pets needs. Also, as an individual practice there's continuation of care and not "pot luck" as to which vet you'll see or whether they'll know your pets history or needs (which was an issue at the previous vet). I wish we'd made this switch years ago as you are very much more than just a customer and your pets are very well cared for. They also don't go straight in for the most expensive treatment option.

  • Laura Rafferty-Aspis

I can't stress enough what a lovely vet this is. Every single staff member is so kind and caring, really make you feel at ease. Oli is an outstanding vet who treated my cat Lily today for Feline Tooth Resorption which resulted in having to have one of her teeth extracted. Oli really reassured me regarding the procedure as I was really nervous about my cat having to go under anaesthetic. He went into great detail about what work had been done and showed us many xrays. I always feel like Lily is well looked after when I take her in, whether it be for vaccinations or procedures. Thank you.

  • Michael Evans

Don’t use him I took my dog there this so called nurse took a look at his new claw . I told her if she can trim the claw with out hurting him do it. She said I know what I am doing made him scream in pain I got very annoyed and told her you don’t know what your doing. Don’t go there the vets never there. And the nurse or so called nurse is there. Go to a proper surgery we’re they don’t hurt the paying animals., this guy needs to use proper nurses , never take your animals there. I did not pay as now my dogs crying and the jew Claw is blooding, muppets not fit to work on animals .

  • Tracie Davies

First visit and we found it a calm stressless experience. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist, who sat and chatted. I liked the fact that they had read up on my dog before arrival, and were aware he isnt good around some dogs. On meeting the vet, Oli, we found him to be very friendly and calming, he managed to take a biopsy and Archie wasnt even aware, he had 2 needles stuck in him.. Archie normally gets very stressed going to the vets, but i have to say the whole experience was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend this vets.

  • Emily Reitsma-Jurman

I always feel happy about taking Olive to this vet practice! She actually really likes Dr. Oli and tried to follow him into the back when he went to get something on her first visit. Not only that but all the staff are incredibly helpful, and have been very patient with my occasional senior-cat related anxiety. Our cat has arthritis and since she's been in the care of Dr. Oli, we've managed to get her on a pain management regiment that has her back to zooming around the house at crazy time and you'd never be able to guess she's turning 15 next month!

  • Sarah Miller

Always had fantastic treatment from the whole team. Sensible treatment options that are discussed with me not forced upon us. They make every attempt to make the consultation as stress free for my dogs as possible and given one has some reactivity issues this hasn't always been easy for then but I appreciate it so much. Oli has changed the quality of life for both my boys and I'm so grateful for that. The dogs love coming to visit though the ready supply of treats may be responsible for that too! Can't thank them enough

  • Slawomir Kolsut

I visited today for my puppy Lucy second vaccination.I did not know what to expect ,as it was very first time at the Finchley Vet.Lucy was diagnosed and checked by Dr Niven, who was great! An empathy from him, no rushing, detail explanation, very patient and answer all my questions with professionalism. My exerience was great and I would recommend them to anyone. Receptionist was also friendly and polite, where it is not very common these days in many places.Overall, 5 star without a doubt! Will come back for sure.

  • Katie Pilbeam

Exceptional service today. I have now been twice in the last couple of months. Once with a hamster that had to be put to sleep and today with an elderly Guinea pig who is unwell. Booking online is very easy and accessible; a follow up phone call comes swiftly and the staff are incredibly helpful and amiable. Both vets I've seen (Rebecca and Ollie) have been gentle, sympathetic and professional. I have already recommended them to neighbours and will continue to go there in the future.

  • Dain Son

Oli and the team including the vet nurses and receptionists have always been incredibly professional and friendly, you can tell that they really care about the animal's well-being which is not the treatment I recieved at other vet practices in the past. Our dog adimittedly does not like her visits to the vet but the team are always very gentle and patient with her. We are so happy with the overall service at the Finchley vet and couldn't recommend them more! Thank you Oli and team :)

  • Suzi M

I've been coming to see Ollie for a couple years, after trying out different vets i finally found someone who cares about my Furbaby Luna as much as I do. From the reception Adriana to the special nurse charlotte they are all lovely, professional and caring they try their absolute best to accomodate you and when Luna had her surgery done they were so supportive it was unbelievable! im very grateful for all that you guys have done for Luna and me :) Thanks Guys!!!! :D

  • Oliwia Mohammedi

I called in, hoping to get an appointment for check up gor my pregnant cat and could come on the same day, which was very fast. When I came, I was promptly greeted by a frindly receptionist, and after a short wait, we were asked to come for a check-up. Rebecca was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which was great. Very professional! Would highly recommend to anybody that is looking for vet practice that love animals and have experience in caring for them!

  • Geraldine Turner

I went to Finchley Vet after my previous vet had closed. I was given an estimate of over £1,000 for simple dental work for my 6 yr old cat. I have just her treatment carried out at another vets, a very reputable and established practice which I used to go to before I moved to Finchley. The final bill was just £300, my cat was superbly looked after and is very happy. Just wanted to flag up the discrepancy in prices for comparable services. Hard to justify.

  • Gary Fass

First time i took my dog to this Vets and in all honesty i found the practice very clean and the staff extremely helpful and efficient . And as far as prices go i did not personally find them that expensive compared to some other local Vets in the North Finchley and Barnet area . But apart from that they sorted out my dogs ear infection and with a few drops it cleared up in no time at all . Also i would recommend this Vet to anyone whom has a pet .

  • Cheryl Connell

Wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else! She has a rare and lifelong condition that needs regular monitoring and is not the easiest patient. The vets here are super knowledgable and skilled and always handle her with great care and compassion. I’ve always felt that time is taken to listen to my concerns and answer my questions and never felt pressured into expensive treatments. All the staff have always been really friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!

  • Sehrish Malik

I have been taking my cat to Olli’s The Finchley Vet for over a year now and even though we’ve moved quite far from there now I still take him there. The whole staff is very friendly and warm. My Frodo always gets the best treatment and is loved and cared for. Frodo had to have two dental surgeries from there and each time I’ve felt I could trust the team to provide the possible best care. I would definitely recommend The Finchley Vet!

  • Tracey-kay Kirkham

Finchley vet are the best I would never take my pets anywhere else. The staff are so polite and friendly and always happy to help. The vet oli is so nice and takes time to understand your situation and will help you to help your pet in anyway he can. He’ll also take you through step by step to help you understand your pets illness and how and wot needs to be done but at the end of the day the decision is always your how you proceed.

  • Dani Daisley

Oli and the team are fantastic, they are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, professionals! My Shorkie dog has been a patient of the practice for 2+ years and been cared for quickly and with genuine care! She is always welcomed with a smile and a little treat, even whilst she is barking at everyone :-) Thanks Oli and the team and keep up the great medical services for all our pets, especially my Daisy of course!

  • Anjali Martin

A lovely vet - he is very supportive and patient, a kind nurse, friendly receptionists, a spotless surgery & there is even special pet parking spaces for the cats & dogs. This is a really positive uplifting experience. I strongly recommend this surgery and I know that your pet will look forward to every trip as my kitten does. And what brilliant, informative & reliable communication too!

  • Margaret

All the staff at The Finchley Vet are kind, caring and professional. Our nervous greyhound isn't the easiest patient but their priority has been to reduce stress for him and they've found creative ways to manage this and provide the treatment he needs. All tests and procedures are explained, there are follow-up calls to check progress, and we have confidence that he's well looked after.

  • Ruth Ash

An independent practice with a sensible approach to cat health problems without over medicating & unnecessary tests. Recommended. Easy parking and reasonable prices. Update: very disappointing response to the pandemic. Charging for full price consultation (for 2 mins on Zoom, without even seeing the cat) in order to re issue a regular prescription.

  • Stuart Curry

I had to take my very poorly cat, June, to try to get treated. Sadly it wasn't possible in the end but the whole team were incredibly caring, clear, professional and empathetic. They made an abhorrent time as painless as it could have been. It was clear that not only did they know their stuff, but they were also in it for all the right reasons.

  • Rachael Buksh

i have had dogs/cats for the last 29 years and visited a number of vet surgerys over that time , this one is outstanding , best service I have ever recieved from the receptionist at the start , the vet who was incredibly gentle with my elderly sick cat , through to the nurse at the end . I highly recommend them , you won't be disappointed

  • Ziad Alonaizy

Fantastic Veterinary clinic. It's about great service, your pet and, most importantly, piece of mind. Dexter, my Westie, went in for his dental under GA. I was taken to the back to help put him in a clean and cosy kennel. I was constantly kept to date of his progress and never pressured into spending unnecessary money. Highly recommend.

  • Gemma Jarman

I couldn’t be happier to have Oli and his lovely team looking after my boy. He’s had multiple surgeries and our last vet retired so we were lost. Then Oli came to help and Mac has never been in better hands. Seriously rate the time taken and explanations given to make sure Mac gets what’s best for him. Try them. They’re excellent vets.

  • Zee Zee

This is the best vet hands down in all of Finchley!! The staff Olli, Olivia and everyone are amazing. Truly care about you and your pet and do everything they can to genuinely help. Amazing service everytime they really are the best! Words cannot describe my gratitude. Highly recommended from a pet owner of 11 years. Thank you xxxx

  • Mark Cottle

Excellent vets with an incredibly friendly, informative and exemplary service. Oli, Krissy and the team are a credit to the practice and ensure that as an owner you understand any issues and the steps to resolve with your pets. They always make a fuss of our cats and genuinely care about their wellbeing. Thoroughly recommend them!

  • Carolyn Ledingham

Finchley Vets are an extremely caring practice. They also keep you very well informed as to how your pet is doing if they have a procedure. The consultations are always very informative and confirmation is also sent to you by email, along with a copy of the invoice. Altogether great communication and very friendly team.

  • Judith Costa

If you need a vet you couldn’t do better than The Finchley Vet! The staff are so welcoming and the vets are knowledgeable and take time to explain everything to you. Our puppy loves coming to see the vet. The fees are reasonable as well and would recommend joining the ‘club’ as it offers great value and peace of mind.

  • Yasmina Sougaipova

I can not recommend The Finchley Vets any higherly then I do! Hands down the best London has to offer! Very clean and sterile! Staff are also very helpful and nice. Dr Oli is the best vet Dr London has! As a breeder, I seen a lot of vets and been to a lot of clinics but no where near as good as The Finchley Vets!

  • Mags H

Finchley Vet was highly recommended to me by friends and I am not disappointed. Vets are lovely and staff is very welcoming and professional. Needed an emergency appointment for my puppy and got one on the morning I called them. They reassured me and took very good care of my puppy. Can only recommend them!

  • Sharon Fallon

We recently had to say goodbye to our 15 year old fur baby. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Ollie came out to our house for us and made us feel at peace saying goodbye to our beloved dog. It was such a peaceful passing that we will be forever grateful to Finchley Vet, thank you !

  • Luke's Dog School

We love The Finchley Vet and working with them to ensure all dogs have the chance to have the best life possible. Whether this be their health or behaviour. The staff are very skilled and friendly, the practise is always clean, inviting and calming and we don't hesitate to recommend them.

  • Jenny B

An outstanding vets with lovely, compassionate staff! We are always greeted with a smile and they cannot do enough to help. Our kittens have had exceptional care in the first few months of their lives. We hope to be visiting here for many years to come. Cannot recommend highly enough!

  • Noreen Hussain

The team at Finchley Vet are brillant! Efficient and really caring. My ten year old son always feels reassured whenever he takes Lotus, his hamster, for a check-up there. Dr Robinson consistently gives great advice and offers positive encouragement to my son about his pet care skills!

  • Leanne Riordan

So today I needed to take my cat in for an emergency, she was seen ASAP, I was well informed with the medication, the staff was lovely and the costs where very fair. I couldn’t be more grateful for how fast and we’ll my cat was taken care of couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you!

  • Nick Saunders

Friendly staff and knowledgeable vet. Treated us with kindness and made sure we understood everything. Never felt pressured in to spending lots of money on unnecessary treatment or extras like some other vet practices. High standard of cleanliness. Would definitely recommend.

  • Emily Pearson

The Finchley Vet Team were very caring and compassionate when my Mother had to take in our recently deceased Cat to be put on the cremation list. To our surprise she was immdiately taken to be cremated and we were able to pick up her ashes in a Scatter Box the following week.

  • Lisa W

We took our bunny here last week for a vaccination. The receptionist was lovely and really helpful. The children went along and the vet was patient and helpfully explained how to look after bunny, diet, etc. Will back for a follow-up next year. Also v good covid precautions.

  • julie strickland

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, like the policy of no scruff pets. Seeing as I have a nervy cat who doesn't enjoy going to the vets., but the staff make a big fuss of her and she settles nicely. The vets and nursing staff are always happy to answer any concerns I have.

  • Vicky Holloway

Always really helpful and friendly service - to both me and my cocker spaniel. Never have to wait long for an appointment and emails are answered promptly which is often easier for me, rather than calling. Plenty of treats on hand to ease and reward our pet patients :)

  • Derek Chambers

Oli has been very kind and helpful and both Oli the Vet and Oli the RVN where friendly and welcoming and very kind to Gilly and it as a very pleasent exprence for us both I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and clients Del FinchleyDogWalker.co.uk

  • Crista

Staff are very friendly and clearly knowledgeable and professional. They were happy to spend time with my cat to get to know her rather than rush through the appointment. It was lovely being given a tour of the practice. I would definitely recommend this vets.

  • Gilda Levy

I found Finchley vet to be excellent. Rebeca, the vet I saw was amazing with my Labrador immediately putting both of us at ease. The atmosphere at the practice is kind and friendly as well as being very professional Many thanks. Lady Gilda Levy

  • Jacqueline Thorne

We joined this vet surgery when ours closed down. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming at The Finchley Vet. Oli is warm and caring -at our first consultation the examination of our dog was very thorough and we were given sensible advice.

  • Gee Pee

Great vet practice. All staff are brilliant with pets and they all treated really well, from a simple check up to treatment for something more worrying. If you have a cat or dog or something more exotic you should consider this practice.

  • Atish Patel

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, not the kind of people I would like my dog to be around. They say no respect for there time yet not one of the team could pick up the phone or even come to the phone to discuss the matter.

  • Maricou

Rip off merchants! charged me double what the subsequent vet I used did. Even when they asked me to return, it was yet ANOTHER consultation charge! and after all that, it took another vet to confirm the diagnosis at half the price!

  • Angela Lowe

My numerous pets have been with Oli and team since they opened . They all enjoy going to the practice and are dealt with efficiently , and warmly by everyone there and with much passion . I very much recommend the Finchley Vet .

  • Lynn at North London Photography

My dog has been looked after at The Finchley Vet since she was a tiny puppy. Everyone there is very friendly, patient and helpful with my dog questions and concerns. They've done a wonderful job with all of her veterinary care!

  • Catherine Demetriou

Oli and team were kind, patient and thoughtful when dealing with my rather challenging dog.Oli was also happy to spend time listening to and answering my questions even though it was the last appointment of the day. Many thanks

  • tstopman

Have recently had first consultation for our new puppy. Finchley Vets were welcoming and friendly from the first phone contact and were so when we visited. On the contact I’ve had with them so far I would definitely recommend.

  • Annabelle Crofts

The team at the Finchley Vet are great! nothing is too much trouble and the care is second to none! Always a warm welcome and a friendly smile and I can not thank Oli and his team enough for looking after my poorly pup!

  • Howard Harris

Oli, Jodie and the team at the Finchley Vet are always very supportive and sympathetic to our dogs welfare. Our dogs have had several procedures this year and the team provided excellent care, pre, during and post op.

  • Abby Sophy

Was quoted over £1000 for my pups neuter and to have 3 teeth removed. Went to a different vets and paid £350 in total for all of that. The vets seem nice but the prices are ridiculous so I wouldn’t recommend

  • Fernando Garcia

My only criticism of The Finchley Vet is that they haven’t been around long enough. They really are 100% friendly, 100% professional, 100% independent and 100% friendly (did I say friendly already?).

  • JULIE -ANN PAVEY-HUMPHREY

Oli. & all the team. Really Looked after us ! During a traumatic time recently When our Rescue staffy ,Teddy , had he's leg amputated after a nasty tumor ! We are so glad we chose you …

My cat is pretty skittish but both vets we have seen here have been incredibly kind and our cat seems calm and happy with them. Also very clear instructions on how to give medication to kitty.

Ollie is a great vet. Takes time to talk with owners explaining diagnosis and options. Has been known to call and discuss his diagnosis. Has been looking after my pets for a number of years.

  • Erinn Cannon

Jodie did a great job of removing an aural hematoma from my frenchies ear, would definitely recommend, she was also able to sort out my insurance claim for me hassle free. Many thanks! :)

Just the most caring and lovely team - I've been hugely impressed since the moment we joined. I highly recommend this practice - it's a wonderful combination of professional and personal.

  • Chloe Browne

An excellent practice with friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Exceptionally priced too when compared to our former Village Vet in East Finchley. So pleased to have made the move!

  • Tish Patel

Happily take people’s money, very rude and arrogant receptionist lady. Would never use them or recommend them. 1 star is overrated for this diabolical so called Vet.

  • Alice Moss

Always helpful, responsive, caring with excellent levels of care whichever pet you bring. A friendly and personal practice. Highly recommend Oli and the team.

  • Gaynor Creamer

They are the best vets I have ever been to. Oli and Rebecca are so kind and patient with both pets and owners. If I could give 10 stars I would!
