Wow!!! Extremely satisfied with my service with the drip salon!! The process was extremely easy after booking on the site. My nail tech Bonni was super accommodating and friendly. As a Phoenix native, I've tried several nail shops in the area and this place by far takes the cake by ensuring my nails come out EXACTLY how i want. The shape, quality, and attention to detail is what i look for and my nail tech exceeded expectations. When i walked in i was immediately impressed with the aesthetics and felt glamorous with all the plush seating and bright lighting. They even have a cute setup for the little ones so I'm already planning another appointment for me and my daughter!! I would also like to mention i was very satisfied with the pricing of my full set. Highly recommended to all my friends and family

I found this gem through maps and called and spoke with the sweetest nail tech! this place is diamond in the rough the area is questionable however I felt so safe in the establishment and welcomed! I had a horrible nail experience down the street and was looking for a repair of my harsh nail job I spoke with Essence and she couldn't have been nicer! I felt so comfortable explaining the look I wanted as I didn't feel that way with my last experience but with her she was so calm and listened to what exactly I was wanting and made it happen! Essence did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier!

I appreciate the fact I was able to get an appointment same day but not the fact I was told to be there at 9:00 and waited a hour a Half my nails were done but not completely focused on due to the tech having a upset child I was patient and tried to be understanding . The powder was not filled high and full on some nails cuticles weren’t trimmed under nail is a little rough I get that we have kiddos but please don’t allow me to come in for a appointment and have me waiting along time I didn’t leAve until 3 hours later and nails could have been better very disappointing was not worth $80

Kind of disappointed I was really excited about trying this new place out and supporting a black owned business but unfortunately I may not be back due to all the extra charges and not being told about the extra charges when I continuously ask about the extra charges. . My nails are less than an inch long and I guess to them that is a medium size!? And what the heck is up with the extra $15 for just French tip hell it's not even all the paint!!? I'm just really disappointed as a first time customer :-( :-(

I try to support our people but they just won't behave. The pedicure I received was unbelievable! Pure perfection! However comma, the color application looked like Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles applied it in a dark room! I kindly and politely left a voice-mail regarding my concerns. I have traveled to Belize, Cozumel and Honduras and returned and waiting for a response is like waiting for Christmas day. Professionalism just has to be in you ladies! It can't be bought nor taught! Be blessed!

I had a nail tech named Kai...she did a wonderful job! She even massaged & sugar scrubbed my hands...something no other spa has done in the last couple of months (2)! She said it's part of the service! PLUS, I found out, with a color change on my toenails that the gel I was charged for wasn't even gel. It was regular nail polish! Oh, did I mention they DON'T charge extra for gel nail polish!! no upcharges!! Thank you, Kai! The owner is a sweet gal too!!

I loved getting my nails done here. The owner and nail techs are very down-to-earth and friendly. We had great conversations while I got my manicure. They helped pick out the best type of nail product for what I need. I love the style of the salon. They play music videos on their big TV. I will definitely be returning here in the future. It would be fun to bring friends. Essence takes her time and does a fabulous job at a French tip pedicure.

I absolutely love this place my nail tech was amazing! She listened to me vent, she made me feel comfortable, she was very respectful and made me feel so much better about myself definitely would recommend and she even showed me who the owner was, which people never do. Owner is on vacation but if she was there I would definitely let her know how proud I am of her the place is beautiful and it was definitely a vibe!

The space is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. They were also very kind to squeeze me in last minute for a pedicure before my birthday trip. However the pedicure didn't even last a day before the polish started falling off. I got the pedicure last Saturday evening and by Tuesday the polish had completely come off of 5 toes. I hate to give such a nad review since they were so nice but it was definitely disappointing:\

I was happy to find this place. Kaie was my tech. she was professional, respectful and engaged. The decor is beautiful . However, I feel the flooring needs an update it takes focus away from all the bling out interiors. Also, the cleanness needs to improve. Tech Chairs, nail dryers, pedicure stations and bathroom, needs to be cleaned. Arizona takes pride in cleanness!!

My first time going was good the person that did my nails did amazing. I suggest if you want have a girls day and get your nails done and stuff go there its very peaceful and the workers engage with the clients, they have conversations with you which I love. And the owner she's doing her thang its amazing, Im most definitely going back.

I had a great experience during my recent Mani-Pedi visit at the Drip Salon & Spa. Tiana, my wonderful Nail Tech, was professional, caring, and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during my entire visit. The salon was neat and clean and the other employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Kudos to all.

The workers were friendly and funny af. The girl that did my toes was so sweet and my toes have never looked better!!!! The owner was kind and definitely cares about her business. The shop is cute and is definitely a place I'm thinking of coming back to. Possibly soon to get the claws done …

Excellent work . Black owned and very competent employees. Everyone was helpful knowledgeable the ambience sets itself apart from any nail shop. The hand free art work amazing. They have a lash technician and the work I saw her do my lashes will be next.

I highly really enjoyed my visit here...my nails came out so bomb and the staff was very welcoming. the salon was a vibe. my nail artist really took her time and was very knowledgable. 9/10 would come again!!

Raven is great and nice. At the beginning another girl started my nails and she wasn’t having it to be honest but after I switched to Raven my nails were perfect.
