It's a good vibe but.. when I got to the door I can hear them talking in singlese and advising to charge me and my friends $3500 rupees at the door. Then the bottle showed 23k but when the bill came with this and that added came to 30k ... the servers follow you around and don't give the space to make payment . Bouncers are to In your face ... if you dance to hard they will stop you from the enjoyment and tell you to stop dancing .. The music was alright but the sound was to loud . Could not have a conversation or talk to anyone . Crown lots of locals however every girl inside has either a bf or a male side kick that stops anyone from chatting it up and making friends. I went to make friends and could not speak to any female. But again that is the culture of sri lanka for a girl not to speak with a girl. I would only go again to see if I have better luck. But they shouldn't charge so much at the Door specially if we are buying a bottle .. entry should be free !!

I always have incredible times at Chiller Room, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the nightclub manager, Tyronne. His attention to detail and dedication to creating an amazing experience for all guests is truly impressive. Tyronne ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the door to the dance floor. Not to mention the exceptional table service we always get from the moment we arrive, makes us feel like royalty all night. The atmosphere is always electric, the staff is friendly & attentive, and the music is on point all night long. Thanks to Tyronne, my friends and I always have unforgettable nights, and we always look forward to going back for more memorable experiences at this fantastic nightclub. Club vibes are really good except for bouncers at the gate. Even if we ask for a ticket they won't let us in without females. How pathetic?! Not the first time. Even though we try to enter with girls they won't. Their only rule is "couples only". Three days in a row was ruined just because of these bouncers. Whoever handles the management, you should check your Google reviews more often. You can clearly see it's not just me, there are many people who faced the same thing. Hope this helps to anyone who's looking for a nightlife happening around Colombo. ✌️ Update: They charge 3500/= redeemable for guys depending on how many girls with you.

Horrible experience with disgusting bouncers who treat you so inhuman! My friends were wearing formal even then they pointed out one saying his outfit isn’t appropriate to enter into the club, when we just saw a guy walk in wearing the same outfit and they let them in! How insane is that! You just need some influence to get in. How unfair. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone specially the foreigners as I am also from the UK. Wanted to experience the nightlife in Sri Lanka for the first time and they totally ruined it! Not even worth giving one star but to post this I’m giving it. Please stay away from this place and save your time and energy.

Such a shame, we had high hopes on this place. It was pretty much empty on a Saturday night at 11pm . We found the staff is not very friendly, I am not sure why, we asked for the happy hour drinks and there was discrepancies between what we were told and what we were served, it was a rip off! They only do 25ml of foreign liquor for the happy hour and I honestly felt it was a rip off. It’s such a shame to see such a bad service at a place like this, I really want to try it out and will never come back again! Would not recommend!

One of the best nightclubs in Colombo in my experience. The cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced. Lots of bottle deals to choose from. The music is super groovy and will keep you on the dance floor all night long. Overall, a great experience. A classy vibe and definitely THE place to be on a Friday night.

I'm from India and was in colombo for a short visit. Went to this place without high expectations, but gosh chiller room was like wow. This is a awesome place, easily comparable to any disc offering 5 star facilities. The crowd was super, music was good and atmosphere was lively. Regarding the review on rude behaviour of staff.....well I didn't find any. The guys were very receptive and serving with a smile on their face. Overall a must visit place in colombo if you enjoy ur nightlife. Well done guys....way to go!!!

Cool place with a beautiful atmosphere. Love the music and this lighting system. Very little space to sit. But with that music, I highly doubt people will remain seated. There’s a separate space for parking. The comment about rude staff, I guess it’s a bit true. After all this is not the immigration centre, this the chiller room. So a friendly approach and a welcoming smile would do.

We were really excited to check out the Chillar Room near the Taj and Ramada hotels in Colombo on a Sunday evening. Sadly, the place seemed pretty quiet with hardly any people around, and the expected party vibes were missing. It felt a bit underwhelming considering our expectations. Maybe it's livelier on other days, but our experience that evening was a bit of a letdown.

Music is good. You can walk in without any issues if you go early but they are strict at the gate when it is busy. If you want to make a table reservation there is a mininum spend requirement but that is normal with all clubs on the weekend. there are seats at the bar if you dont want to buy bottles but you dont need a seat when you want to dance all night :P

Love this club. We are regulars. They have two rooms with two different kinds of music. The main club space is playing hip hop, r&b and mainstream club bangers. Other side (ask for Fern) is playing funky house music with saxophone. There is a solid outdoor terrace too so there is something for every mood. No other club has this

Really enjoyed yesterday night! Good service & friendly staff. Great DJ s. It would be more enjoyable if Dance floor Smoke machine & techno type lights are added in. First club in Sri Lanka with 2 dancing floors & 2 djs working ! Great! Overall Highly Recommended place to be.

Last night my friend and I tried to enter the club, but the bouncers on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. This isn't how customers should be treated, especially when they are just trying to have a good time. I will never go back there again or recommend it to anyone else

I dint give 5 stars because the ladies night cocktails are like water! there is no taste of liquor whatsoever and I think url shouldn't be advertising free cocktails if ur not serving it right! Other than that The atmosphere is great and it's a great club with great music!!

The Manager is very rude. Don’t trust his words on the phone. We had booked a table in advance with the guarantee of minimum billing. At the entry he just denied any booking. Also, i agree with the previous review this club is not foreigner friendly. Horrible experience

The bouncers are useless and horrible people. they are not letting us get in . we spoke to them they are very adamant. useless club. I believe club management can make this a better place but educating the bouncers.

Finally a place in colombo that doesnt serve watered down drinks!!! The cocktails here are great! Another plus is their kitchen is open till late so you can always order food after a big night of party
