There is daily replenishment of popular stock; orders are promptly delivered, and all business is conducted in a friendly and professional way. The book cases containing stock are sturdy and in good condition, which is important from a safety consideration. There is a wide selection of books and goods at various prices. We have conducted an online and face-to-face fair for the past couple of years, and this simultaneous combination has worked very well. Ordered 2 books and they were slightly damaged when they arrived. No fault of TBW, was clearly freight damage. Emailed Sean and sent photos too and he quickly arranged for new books to be sent. Just arrived, wrapped up in carboard to prevent any freight damage and they are perfect. Couldn't have asked for better service.
