I've spent the last 3 months scouring bike shops between Montreal and Toronto looking for a few specific bikes. Bike Zone had one of the bikes I was considering in my size. I e-mailed to inquire about the bike and Cole was very helpful and prompt when answering my questions. He helped me through sending a deposit and setting the bike aside for me to pick it up the next day. When I drove out to the store from Ottawa, I dealt with Dave. Dave is obviously passionate about cycling and you can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people navigate through the world of cycling. He had answers to all of my questions and was very detail-oriented regarding initial bike setup and offering advice on maintenance and fitment. Other shop employees stopped to discuss the bike with me and offered congratulations on my purchase, which indicated to me that they too are very passionate, and not just working a retail job. The amount of staff is adequate in regards to their store size and inventory selection. Dave told me that they are the largest bike store in Ontario and I believe it. They have a bike for anybody and everybody. The Bike Zone is an outstanding shop and they did a goo job at making a $7500 purchase seem far less daunting. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this store to anyone that is looking for highend customer service. Jeff took care of us after we had a bad start with the Barrie store. To the owner of Bike Zone, I come from the customer service section (luxury) and I must say that Jeff deserves a shot to be regional manager.He has skills that are rare to find in the market and I am sure that whale businesses are actively looking for people like him. He knows how not to sell you anything and manages to be helpful in all kind of ways. He did manage to help us, retain trust after it was broken by the barrie store and also took the time to assist in all kind of ways. Online communication was top and hes effort to have us be ready in less than 2 hours with 2 bikes, bells, helmets, gloves and education. For service I dont mind making the trip from Simcoe county to Mississauga because everything went as communicated and as recommended. Thank you Jeff for being the human you are. You are blessed and my spouse and I wish you all the best in you career. We shall see you soon bud and keep up the good work. All the efforts you put in paid off since we just got back from our bike ride and nothing else matters at this point. Big up to the entire team

The Bike Zone has been a pleasure to work with. Cole was my point of contact whenever I inquired by email about items that I was interested in and later purchased via The Bike Zone website over the course of several weeks and three transactions. Cole was quick to respond every time. The only hiccup was a manufacturing defect that affected one of the items that I had ordered. I contacted the manufacturer to ask whether they thought there was reason for concern, and they suggested that I work with The Bike Zone to pursue a warranty inspection. Cole was quick to get the item shipped off to the manufacturer for a warranty inspection, and to have a warranty replacement shipped to me once the defect was confirmed. It all went very smoothly. The Bike Zone, Cole, and the manufacturer were totally cool about the whole thing. I offer a big THANK YOU to all involved! My wife suggested Bike zone, I called and booked an appointment. They’re great with respect to following the current Covid-19 pandemic protocols. I met Dave, he was extremely helpful and very motivated in assisting you with any needs, just a great man, and too the time to hear you out. I had a fantastic experience with this dealer and will continue to go there for anything needed done in the future. Excellence customer service, I’ve never been treated better by a Bike store. All the staff there where asking if you needed assistance. I ended up purchasing an 2021 Marin san quentin 1, I absolutely love it. I had an Specialized Stumpjumper epic fsr comp 2013 in the past and I can truly say i’m impressed with the build of the Marin. It’s a fantastic bike, and you cab build it the way you want in the future. If you’re looking for a bike, and want to be treated well, this is the place for you. I had such a lovely experience with my first bike purchase (as an adult). Not only does The Bike Zone have an excellent selection of quality bikes at competitive prices, but the staff were helpful and lovely to deal with. I live in Collingwood and ordered online from the Mississauga location. I received a call from Peter who said he was going to be up my way that weekend and he could personally come to my home and drop off my new bike. This meant I was able to receive my bike assembled and without worry of missing the delivery or someone stealing it from my porch. Peter was flexible in coordinating the time, and was very helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions about the fit, adjustments, and future considerations. I will absolutely be going to Bike Zone first and foremost for any bike-related needs in the future and I encourage you to do so also! The experience and quality of product and service is unparalleled!

I DO NOT recommend getting bike serviced at this place. I had my mountain bike serviced here. It was the $110 package, claiming components will be taken apart and “deep cleaned” + tone up package. When I got my bike back, I can see that the cassette was cleaned, however the derailleur was not cleaned at all, it still had grease and dirt all over. Frame was not cleaned either, it had mud underneath, wax was out of the picture for sure. On top of all this, my rear brake rotor was rubbing and it was not adjusted at all. I had to adjust it myself. The whole point of getting this $110 package was to have the bike fully adjusted and cleaned. And they failed to do both tasks. So what exactly did I pay for? $110 is not cheap, I might as well just hose it down and call it a day. Super disappointed, I thought a franchised shop would be more trustworthy but boy was I wrong.

If you order online and have them ship to the store, then don't expect them to notify you if the order is ready for pickup. This is because they never fill your order even though when you check the order's status, it will show Completed and Received. When you call and talk to the sale people from the store, they either don't know what happen to the order or they will tell you they don't have the order and will up sale you with a more expensive part in which you don't need. This happened twice to me and I am not going to buy (online) from this place again. There are many bike stores out there with better customer service such as Sweet Pete, Gears or Bikes Depot. I never had any problems with these stores and I bought many bike's components from these stores

Bike Zone helped me with all of my biking needs. I have purchased both my road bike and came back a few weeks after to purchase my Mountain bike. Ivo has been my go to person at Bike Zone, and I really appreciate his knowledge, expertise, and honesty when I was looking around for some answers in regards to bikes in general. Thanks to Dave as well for the bike fitting experience, and allowing me to get acclimated to my road bike as a newbie, and Sam for his valuable inputs and guidance for a proper bike maintenance. I purchased a bike in Bike Zone, Mississauga end of February 2023 and it was an amazing experience! I was helped by Dave who was absolutely awesome in educating and recommending best solution for my needs. He took his time to find out what bike would suit my life style and my budget. We built my dream bike together! My bike was ready to be picked up on the day we agreed on. He walked me through not only bike functions, best trails to visit but also bike laws in Ontario! I felt well taken care of and I recommend Bike Zone and Dave to anyone who is looking to get a bike or anything to do with biking!

The guys at the service counter and sales counter were clear and diligent with their work. I was given an informative choice between repairing my mountain bike or updating to something newer. In the end, I decided to give up my 15 year old baby and move onto the Legacy Conqueror. Sam, Dave, and Evo were all great with the time they took to explain details to me and assist me with making my decision. A special thanks to Ivo for his extra time and assistance with me. Would definitely recommend this bike shop for future customers and I will come back next spring for my free spring tune up.

Samuel Baldit Martinez is the most amazing human ever. I walked in with my bike in pieces not knowing what to expect. Sam was the most helpful person I’ve ever met and was so respectful in guiding me through the entire process of putting together my custom bike. I’m so happy with how it turned out and I’m forever grateful to Sam for being so patient and kind to me during the entire process. This is an amazing store with extremely knowledgeable people working at the store. WOW!! What a great bike shop. Lots of inventory and their sales personnel are very knowledgeable and not pushy. And, let me praise their service centre: Peter is WONDERFUL!! Knowledgeable, easy to talk to and excellent at problem solving. All in spite of the fact that Jordan mentioned that Peter is also known as cute “pumpkin head”. All in good fun of course. Brought my bike in for a gear adjustment last week and couldn’t resist going back for more upgrades, it feels like a whole new different bike now. Phil has worked on my bike a few times and was super quick! DONT BUY FROM HERE! I bought my bike here payed $899, only 3 months later had brake problems they fixed it but demanded I payed (Even though I was under warranty). Its suppose to be a durable MTB and I only ride street. Now its been 1 year since I bought my mountain bike and the brakes have completely failed on me. They are asking for $250 for a repair (more than 1/4 of the price I payed for the new bike a year ago). This is ridiculous.

I bought some accessories and ask for my bike tune up . I have to admit staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The store have better selection on mountain bikes compare with road bikes . But in total store is amazing and best place for tune up , repair and purchasing accessories. People who works over there are so helpful which surprised me . You can see how much they love bicycling. Strongly recommend it .

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. The service shop got my sons' bikes tuned up and ready to get back on the trails. The sales team showed me the ropes around the showroom, They were attentive to my requests and took the time to explain the pro/cons of each bike within my budget until I found the perfect fit for my husband. I bought my Marin Rift Zone earlier this year and the service at Bike Zone was great. I had called ahead and they had a bike setup and ready to go when I arrived. Jordan was amazing to deal with and convinced me to get a few add ons/customizations I would have regret not getting. I'm not from the area but will drive down again as they made it worth the trip.

Came in last week with my MTB (not purchased at Bike Zone) to buy parts. The staff was very welcoming, I had 4 people providing their POV. I had a substantial order, and realized that maybe I was off on my conversions from US to EUR for shoe sizes. Spoke with staff and we ended up changing my order. I just received everything (2 days after - so fast!) and everything fits perfectly. Would 100% do business with them again.
