We had a poor post shopping experience with their customer care department of "The Big Market" Attibele branch. We had purchased a 2 kg red label tea which we found of inferior quality on first usage. On asking them for an exchange, they didn't solve the problem. Instead they said that they are not responsible for the product as it is a product of Hindustan Uniliver. Their justification was absolutely pathetic and customer care guy said he is the BOSS OF THIS STORE!!!! This is the first time we encountered store people in our locality who disagreed to exchange a product which was barely used plus they can't give us valid justification on why they can't exchange it. If one cannot provide service for a particular product which they sell, how they even put the product on their shelves!! All they care about is sales and the revenue. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all!!! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

I was one of the early customers of this mart when it started. The first few days it was very difficult to shop because of the huge crowd. They were offering very good discounts on many items. As the discounts decreased and so does the crowd it is very easy to shop here. Avoid weekends and evenings as the crowd again soars due to virtual monopoly. One more mart is going to open in the same area very soon. It will be great for customers as you can expect competition between them. The service quality is decent and the variety of items available is huge. They accept cash, card and sodexo as well. I visit regularly and am a satisfied customer.

Great place, good service. Groceries, Fish, Mutton, Chicken, Vegetables, Fruits Stationary, Toys all under one roof. There is limited parking area in the front and more space in the open ground adjacent to the building. They have made a great effort to bring products that suits everyone. Shopping is really fun as there are lot of items to browse through and you can actually get to choose from multiple brands for the similar type of items. Weekends you may see some rush but billing crew really moves the line real quick.

Big market was the first mega store in the Attibele vicinity. It is a one stop place for literally every home need - groceries, fruits, vegetables, processes foods, kitchenware, furniture, gift items, toys, clothing, footwear, toiletries, basic home electronics, stationery items, casual jewellery, cutlery, Pooja items, basic sport items, home decor items and many more essential items are available here. Very helpful staff too and they offer home delivery.

Horrible horrible management..!!! This manager who sits every Sunday has no manners to talk to ladies.. and does not respond well.. he has absolute no sense how to speak to a lady..and in spite of requesting them to send a card machine they did not,knowing the fact there are ladies alone he spoke very very rudely.. they have no value for customers.. especially if there are ladies they take it very lightly.. Horrible horrible experience.!!

I used to go shopping every week once. Very good hyper market, will get fish, chicken and mutton here. Vegetables are reasonably priced. Kappa(tapioca) is available almost all the time. They have a loyalty program. We can join that program free of cost and we can earn 1 point for every 100 rs. While redeeming 1 point is 1 rs. Overall a good space for shopping.

Nice variety of products, typical Malabar supermarket in Bangalore. They normally have a good stock of exotic veggies and fruits. Prices are reasonable and typically less than your higher end supermarkets. Also has dry fruits and chocolates sections worth checking out. We usually go there to get lettuce and grapes

The worst service ever. customer has to wait for long time even after successfull online payment. They will allow the customer to leave the store only after verifying in their account that the amount is credited. Never had such bad experience at any super market. And extensive use of plastic which can be avoided.

Located 2 kms away from Attibele (towards Sarjapur Road). A boon for near by residence as this store has almost all grocery items, fruits, vegetables. Few gifts items are also available. However, the prices are not good for bulk buyers as the supermarket sell at MRP (instead of being a big store).

There are good collection of items. Wide selection across grocery, crockery, vegetables, garments and gifts brands. Very easy to access, on the road side with limited parking lots. Home delivery is undertaken within 5 km range Privilege card is available for long term and confined purchase

I say that all item in the ground floor can be said cheap but if you visit 2nd floor you will understand the cost of the things. People come and just shop in ground floor and leave and hence they say its verrrryy cheap. People should see everything then comment. All over we can say its ok.

Collection of materials are good, but don't expect a good discount on products. U will get just max 1.5% discount on MRP, so if u ready to drain your hard earn money than its good to u. Otherwise so many other option available surrounding. Two star give only for good collection.

Good service. All the staffs are friendly. There is lot of Malayali staffs. Very neat and clean place. Most of the dayily needed items are available here. Groceries, vegitables, fruits, non-veg items like fish, mutton, chicken etc. are available here.

Good for regular grocery and home needs. They do have products which most other stores generally don't have. But now with high competition, they need to revise and relook their strategies to get higher bill values and more customers.

I'm totally dissatisfied with BigMarket's service because I bought a dustbin basket .Milton's MRP is INR 210 but they put their sticker on it. MRP INR 251 Special price INR 226 Are we really being deceived?.....

Not much stocks. No discount for even fancy things. I bought a set of tea glass. They are charging MRP. Every body knows MRP is the upper limit. Merchant can give reasonable discount. Do not want to go again.

It is a place where you will get almost all the products. But in my opinion the prices are high. And please cross check the prices with the outside market, especially when you buy meat and Vegetables...

Rice should customised as per requirement, for example if i want 10 kg Rice they give 10 * 1kg packets, where Ideally 10 kg bag should be given. The grocery is Clean and neat. Nice staff
