review date: march 9, 2022 customer service: ongoing since 2018 i retired from my 25-yr career lol as a beer consumer back in 2018 due to health issues. so i like using this location to return my vodka beverage can empties and then moving on to the nearby lcbo store. since i don't buy or use beer anymore, i will focus more towards this being a bottle/can return location. for the most part, this location is not terribly busy for doing returns. it's pretty straightforward to get in and out relatively quickly and i can appreciate that. staff here overall are pretty polite and some of them are quite sociable. a big shout-out to the hardest working guy on the floor imo in TBS history, jonathan w. his co-workers are very blessed to have someone like him. hours here are standard for beer store locations. one star gets knocked off for the limited parking in front of the store. there is more parking once you cross the other side of the concrete curb. bottom line: i would continue to use this location as a bottle/can return facility, given its proximity to a lcbo store. i would recommend this location to others as well.

Today was the last time I'll shop at the Beer Store. Every three weeks or so I just want to drop off my empties and grab some beers but this place makes that stupidly difficult. I usually ask for flats/trays to put the cans in because they're not readily available, and that seems to be an issue. Once I was asked, "what for"? WHAT FOR!? BEER! THAT'S WHAT'S FOR! And if you need help, forget it! Stick your head through the back door and you get yelled at. " You're not allowed in the store room"! I'm not in the store room, I'm looking for assistance. If I could just get my beer and go, then great, but it's always jumping through hoops with this place. Today I said, "I saw there's another 24 in the back; could I get those please"? The guy angrily says, "You're not allowed in the back"! I said, "I wasn't in the back, I spotted through the doors". I even supported their petition when Ontario opened up alcohol sales in retail stores, but no more! The Beer Store and LCBO can all close as far as I'm concerned

I will NEVER go to this beer store again! I walked in no one stated where the empty’s line was. The blonde lady immediately started yelling at the gentlemen in front of me who was just as confused as I was. Not t he knew me of service you want right when you walk in. Another employee comes in asking her what’s going on and she yells in a very unwelcoming tone nobody’s listening. How can anyone listen when you aren’t giving direction?? Left my empty’s with the guy in front of me and left.

I like the style here. Instead of waiting in a line you can walk into the cold room yourself and see different products and choose accordingly. They have a fairly good selection of craft beer. Always been clean when I've been there. Wish the parking lot was a bit better tho

If you are interested in finding different bears from around the world, this is the place to look. You can return both wine, alcohol and beer bottles and cans for either cash or to reduce the cost of whatever you purchase.

A nice place with lots of beer selection. They've got lots of local, import and craft beer to choose from. They also sell many beers as singles at a good price, making it easy to try different beers.

Tall bald manager is severely rude and doesn't know the law properly. How did you get your job bud? Worst customer service I've ever had! Learn how or leave. Very upset about my visit.

Some of the nicest staff you'll ever encounter. Don't know their names, but shout out to the woman with the green hair dye and the one with the pony tail. They're the best!

Very bad customer service, this person named Dimithry was very rude and he don’t even let me to go to my car to get my wallet because it was 4:56 pm and they close at 5
