Environment is bad. Mainly because of the music. I am not against of indian music but when you try to relax and have a sip of bear, your audio sensation tells everything. In a nutsell, the dj chosen music is bad. Beer is diluted. Food is so so and expect really slow and bad service. Try to order a few dish, they don't have. It's ok, so i change to other dish, i waited for a long long time. Then i called upon their waiter and they told me habis already. I was like ' what??!!', i waited for 1 hour and u tell me it is finished? When u try 2 get bill, it will take ages. Im sorry, I have no choice but to give 1 star cz i dun enjoy anythg there. By the way, had great time at raja uda, summerton there but definitely not here.

1st experience wit Kilkenny was bad, n I made a review, upon seeing that, OM shawal connected with me and said will give a complimentary. Wen down and this time, Kilkenny was the best and also food. His PR was extraordinary awesome together with the amazing staff there. Thank u so much for allowing me to experience the best service and alcohol. Worth trying this place. No regrets. Will definitely intro and come back here again. Good job guys. Pls maintain the standard for ur food and alcohol.

The food was so cold. Taste was 5/10.For those who willing to wait 1 hour plus to get a simple chicken chop are welcomed. After knowing more customers will be there during weekends but the the management only hire 3-4 waiters is worst ever decision. The surrounding also not suitable ( very hot).

What happened to this place? It used to be our usual hangout spot and we were treated really well on previous trips by the previous staff. This round trip, it’s so disappointing. We got served burnt pizza that was bitter because of it being overcook (picture). Getting service at the table is so difficult and it’s a weekday (Thursday). Would think twice before hosting someone here.

Located at a breezy place, we sat outside it was cooling and felt comfortable. Beer is good and I enjoyed the appetizers, next round I will try the main course. Service was even good, waiters were constantly checking on the customers, good keep it up.

Poor service. 1hr waiting the food to be served even we are the first 3 customers. Hope they can improve their customer experience since they are still new. Flies everywhere as expected, because location near to chicken poultry. Foods taste is not bad.

Nothing great. Not too clean, having street dogs wandering around the outdoor tables. Staffs are friendly but many of them are foreigners, having language barrier when ordering food or questioning about the food, booze

Worst beer factory. I was having Gin but one of the waiter purposely came and mix it without my concern and wants to finish the bottle without my permission. Looks like they rushing to get rid of their customers.

Worse Beer factory ever, each coupon taken takes more than 15 mins to serve one glass beer (not the first glass) . Crowd is moderate only but still the servers running like headless chicken. Not organised at all!

Nice environment. My friend order cocktail but they don't really like it haha. I order fresh juice only so it's safe. Food also good. Open on afternoon too. Pricey cause they are restaurant and pub.

The draught beer just doesn't taste genuine. Food is below average. Will not come back.

Newest outlet in Penang for TBF. Excellent location with lots of well ventilated outside space, especially with the pandemic going on. Beers quality could improve.

Marvelous taste of food price crazy cheap nice environment... Friendly staff only a bit slow service because not enough staff.. But other than that was perfect.

Give our beer token almost 30min and beer is ready at counter for 10 minutes. The girl who collected the token not sending our beer nor bothered.

Good place to chill out and having private party. Foods & drinks are good in affordable prices. They have karaoke room packages too.

Food is good, but be is just OK. Anyway it is the only place that serves draught beer around the area.
