Worst Texas Chicken branch ever! Order assembly takes time amd the staff does not give you a heads up if they are behind orders due to delivery. The staff are always not prepared with the products and even the manager is a snub! Just to share 1 of the many horrible experiences, I ordered the 3pc chicken and asked for the spicy ones and asked to please not give a leg part and I was told there will be a charge for it. I was surprised about it as I also so always asked the same thing to other branches and I am not being charged for it though I accepted it amd paid for the additional charge, however after getting my order and specifically asking for no leg part (drum stick), guess what I got 2 leg part and not only that rather than getting my biscuit I was given a bun! Oh by the way this is after waiting for 24 minutes for a take out order. So disappointing, also even if you report it as a feedback to their website you will not receive any response nor an acknowledgement that an action will be made. If not for the biscuits and the accessibility of the place to my home I wouldn't be coming back!

It is a good place to satisfy your cravings for fried chicken. We ordered the combo which consists of chicken, fries, bun, coleslaw, drinks and enjoyed the service and the food

Was in al warqa area and thought to try Texas chicken as my friend recommend. We had supreme. Chicken burger meal, tex wraps . Food was good , chicken was soft and tender, wrap was also nice. Overall good experience. Please note, their food is not spicy, so if you like little spicy , do choose spicy version as in regular there is no spice. So choose as per your taste.

Not good. Had this for lunch after school, was starving. I ended up spending 40 minutes on the toilet and ended up having a severe stomach ache the next day. Don't get Texas Chicken no matter how good it looks, tastes!

Though it shows up as open 24 hours, thats not true. I visited this particular store at 9 am yesterday and it was closed. I drove 12 kms to get to the nearest Texas Chicken only to find it closed. This is the reason for my bad experience. Please update your store timings so that other customers dont go through the same experience.

Was there last night. Having come from TX I recognized that this is UAE's version of Church's Chicken. Crunchy chicken sandwich I had was awesome. Everything was great! 4 star because the biscuits we're not up to par, they were soggy on inside and stuck to top of my mouth and size was smaller than USA, not to mention over priced.

Very bad customer service, the staff was not interested to take the order and was showing attitude with a chewing mouth. End of the order only the manager and staff informed me that their cash payment machine is not working- how can they be so lazy, i dont know. Not first time i am having this experience from this outlet

Felt as if outer layer of the chicken was overcooked. Because of that it because hard and a bad flavour was felt. French fries were awesome in look but not that crispy. Was not satisfied with mashed potatos and coleslaw also. Overall it was just ok.
