Absolute terrible customer service, I fueled up £15 of fuel and they charged me £130. So called the petrol station the next day once i realised they charged me the wrong amount, i got through to a guy who then gave me a fake personal mobile after saying he will bank transfer me the money back that I am owed. After ringing his fake number and not getting through i have been ringing the petrol station all day and now they are avoiding my calls. Would not recommend anyone to use this petrol station at all.

Horrible place: 1: Says it’s open 24/7 , went at 5AM , worker was inside chilling, but wouldn’t turn on the pumps for fuel. 2: Don’t use the car wash, you get a fine from euro car parks and they deny the appeal, (I will not pay it, I’ll go to court instead). Euro car parks are scamming with them, don’t use this petrol station go somewhere else. Reason is that if you use the jetwash you overstay the limit but actually you queue up for it so it’s a complete scam by them trying to get money from fines

Beware! This petrol station is a Euro Car Parks site with APNR cameras. Make sure you do not stay more than 15min, or it will cost you 60 pounds (if you pay within 14 days, 100 otherwise), irrespective of the fact that you went onsite to spend money! I went to jet wash my van, it now cost me 68 pounds! I didn't pay attention to the signs, which are quite visible by the jet wash, so there is no chance to appeal. Never ever again! Go somewhere else! I'll just boycott Texaco from now on

Today 6/5/2021 I parked at this fuel station so that I could purchase some lunch when I paid I asked the attendant if I could stay on the forecourt for a few minutes so that I could eat my food the attendant said yes and couldn’t have been more helpful. This man deserves a medal in customer service and in my opinion is a credit to Texaco he was the friendliest person I’ve ever met at a fuel filling station, please pass on my sincere thanks. I’m only sorry I didn’t catch his name.

Don't use the car wash as you'll get the parking ticket. They should do something for car wash side as a lot of people getting ticket from them who using car wash. Avoid using car wash and the management should look the customer reviews as this issue going worse and worse day by day. Or management don't bother?? I seen similar complaints when the UK having a mess on fuel crisis middle of last year. People waiting for fuel got the parking ticket!!!

I came two times to get coffee the guy ho working in the night very lazy doesn't even want to sell coffee because he needs to walk a few meters to the coffee machine, I don’t understand people who don’t give customers what they need where managers look!!!!!!!!!!! …

Hi just wanted to Warn everybody not to use car wash in that petrol station, there is time limit that you can spend on that station and if you use car wash you will overstay your limit and receive £65 FINE from euro car parks It is very expensive car wash Because the fine is virtually impossible to dispute

Got some fuel and washed my car. Few days later I've got a ticket for parking over 25 minutes. Never going there again. Watch out! EDIT: for the ones who got a ticket: appeal your PCN and with proof of washing your car they will cancel or refund your money if you have already paid.

Do not use the car wash here you'll be scammed out of £100 the signs on the forecourt say if you need additional time register your licence plate which i did but still got a ticket! Euro 6 car parks aka organised crime. Avoid this place.

I have been scammed here as a customer, i payed for my petrol i washed my car than i received a penalty for 100£ to pay . I haven't used this place to park my car i just used the service. One of the biggest scammers in London..

I was directed here by Google Maps after being caught short for fuel nearby. Pretty good. I was struck by how drivers on the busy main road allowed me to turn across the flow to traffic to continue my journey.

They are always out of stock for the supreme petrol..I have been there on multiple occasions and I have not got what I want...it's great fuel but if it's not available then no use.

Awful rude service. Turned up for LPG twice to find there was none. Called one evening to save me another wasted trip and was was told over the phone to look myself. Just bizarre!

Yodel service is terrible. Machine not working or can’t find parcels. Rude service where they are always on the phone and act like you’re an inconvenience. Avoid.

I normally go there to wash my vehicle, and they have a great self car wash machine . It's four minutes, just 2 pounds, while the other car wash is 15 pound

Not really open 24 hours. Went shortly after 8pm on a weekday and the guy inside the shop had already locked up for the night and wouldn't let anyone in.

I wanted diesel - they had it - they let me have some, at a price! Dude on the till was smiley even though it was late at night so hey, credit to him!

Has a costa machine, hot food, car wash, air and water. The staff are very friendly and efficient for a petrol station. I love going to this place.

Refuse to provide VAT RECIPT PROVIDED ON FUEL. Tried many times to negotiate and keep dragging time and unable to provide.

Received parking ticket, for time I was washed my van park at the car wash base with in 28 min. Avoid this place !!!!!!!

This petrol station has a 15 minutes stay limit with threat of fines. How unfriendly and unwelcoming can you get.

Have the pay first. Shops never open so if you want something you have to ask the guy in the window.

One of the last small inner city fuel stops. The shop is well stocked but the layout is too busy...

Friendly staff the petrol is a bit more expensive and sometimes the machines outside do not work.
