Katie the ‘’pharmacist’’ WOW shocking hated by the staff in tesco customers and ME she refuses to do care of the chemist even tho the nhs obliges them is point blank rude empty chemist will sit there and say 2 hours or go elsewhere even has the cheek to question why u need ur prescription like u havent already seen a doctor all u hear in the shop is how bad the chemist is make errors on ur meds so she doesnt like me coz i called her out on it staff in there are LOVELY but thers nothing they can do while she stays ther Avoid avoid avoid 5min walk away Bounce Chemist best one in the area will always help you with any problem and have a prescription done quicktime if u must go to tesco i would advise to have plenty of spare time check ur prescription then check whats in the bag rlly tho infront of them they would be laughable if it wasnt literally Lethal go in for cream and antihistamines u will need painkillers and antidepressants after dealing with them no joke dont know who gave her the job but the young girls working for her nothing atall bad to say about them u can tell theyre trying ther best

Terrible terrible service by Tesco Pharmacy who are REFUSING to employ locum Pharmacist. I am working in a nearby pharmacy and so many patients are coming to complain that they can't get their medications because Tesco Pharmacy is refusing to pay locums! Patients are suffering and are without their critical medications! Patients on medication to help drug use and additiction are being denied treatment and risk relapse. When is the NHS or local CCG going to take notice? Perhaps when bodies start dropping due to ridiculous Pharmacy closures using the excuse of "not enough Pharmacists". I'm a locum and I have plenty of availability but they're just refusing to pay us!

Had a few hiccups in the past with missing meds unhelpful staff etc...so much so I left to use a different supplier until eventually they closed down leaving me with tesco pharm or a car trip further away to another chemist......gave tesco another chance and the difference is night and day really...staff are superb never wait very long at all to be served always very helpful suggesting over counter meds etc...get a handy txt message now to my mobile when my monthly meds are ready and thats made things now even more easier to sort.....I dunno what happened in the past but this tesco has pulled up its socks and listened to how things change

I have been working for the NHS for over 40 years and NEVER had such bad service here. I was waiting to get some medicine with my elderly mother and the three staff members behind the till IGNORED me just because I look foreign and apparently cant speak english. They were talking about their holiday plans or something, didn’t look interested AT ALL to help me. How rude! Maybe they should go observe other senior pharmacists! Am sad the NHS is represented this way . Am sure other pharmacists are better than this

Got my Flu Jab at the Chemist in store here (it's free for over 65's). Katie (the Pharmacist) was fabulous! She gave me all the information I needed, answered all my questions, made me feel completely at ease - she's such a lovely lady, you feel relaxed with her anyway . And the Jab was painless! - the most important part! ☺. Thank you, Katie, for a Wonderful service. I strongly recommend anyone from the Park Rd area go here for your Flu Jab. X

Lovely pharmacy and so helpful. When they see my carer coming, they get my big bag of meds ready for her. Always chatty and friendly and so knowledgeable. They’ve been my regular pharmacy for years and have made the effort to get to know all of my different carers so there are never any issues when picking up medications (included several controlled drugs).

normal i find this pharmacy very good i whent in to collect meds for my mum and the pharmist said it wast in what a liar just because i didt know the name of the meds at my mum needs doset mean the phamist can lie to me my mum has got to have this med because she has C.O.P>D next time just give me the meds because by not your putting my mother at ristk

The lady in the pharamcy tonight was so helpful, went out of her way to help me with a wrong/missing prescription after being messed around loads elsewhere for several hours. She was so friendly and calming during my stressful situation and went out of her way to help me. Thank you!

Staff are super heroes getting people’s prescriptions ready in a timely manner given the current state of the NHS. Always a friendly smile as well, which makes it easier. Rachel and Lesley in particular are stars.

Convenient, very cheap for private prescriptions compared to other local pharmacies and they have the good (IMHO) Allen & Hanburys Ventolin inhalers and not the other brands which I don't find as effective.

This woman saying the strongest painkillers you can but over the counter is ibrufren and then gave oral thrush cream for a vaginal yeast infection.... Absolutely disgusting service

A standard tesco pharmacy, well trained and knowledgeable staff, good selection of medications, not usually a queue, handy for using when you are going to do a shop anyway
