I strongly recommend TLC to everyone. I have been boarding my dogs there for about 2 years now and of all the places I have boarded dogs in the past 30 years they are the best I have seen so far. They treat my dogs like family and my dogs really e enjoy going there even if they are away from my family. Just this past week, TLC went over and above with their service. I was making a short trip to Koh Samui and was boarding the dogs for a few days. Due to the covid situation in BKK I decided to stay in Samui for a few weeks or more. I contacted Patch at TLC and she arranged right away for my dogs to get their travel certificates and arrange them to get to the airport to fly to Samui. This was such a huge help for me and Disco and Charlie made it safely to Koh Samui. I also appreciate them checking up after to make sure that the dogs made it to Samui safe and sound. I really cannot say much about other boarding in BKK as I have not tried every place, but I can surely recommend TLC and would not take my dogs anywhere else.

Im a returning customer .. constantly pay the clinic for Boarding my pups many times over 3 years many ten of Thousands of baht. Last encounter , the doctor harassed my worker for payment while im abroad . And not only that , While the doctor has my line account directly, had sent many photos of my pups while He was there .. but didnt send me any bill thru it this comtact . And the last mimute saying that the boarding is full we need to send your pups home .. over new years .. That was not discussed before and caught me off gaurd. Also the doctor harasses my worker and threaten to sue her , without sending me any bills but sent to my worker instead . Weird services . I first really like this place and i recommend so many people here .. not anymore .

Amazing place......very friendly, polite, courteous staff..doctor is well experienced and knowledgeable...truly a professional.. Grooming==superb.--their stylists did a fantastic job on my standard pooble 13 kg....lamb cut..555 oh havent't tried their mineral water swimming pool......i am sure..is the best of the best for the dogs...Soon as i step in this place i feel peaceful and lots of love in the air.... p.s-coffee is great too...and the dog bakery.has coo must see menu,..for your pet....l

Staff was really friendly and helpful. As soon as my baby and I arrived, the vet immediately did a full check up on him. The vet was very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice. My dog was pampered bottom to top The clinic is well equipped, both infastructure, well trained staff, and stocks of a variety of pet products. Your pets would be happy and healthy here. Limited selection of pet food and supplies. Royal Canin is the brand they carry, plus a few other brands. Some dog treats and toys but not many. They also board and have a nice but small dog run in the front. When I visited all the dogs were in their crates. Staff are nice and helpful.

Our dog has been getting hair cut there since last year and they always do a good job. The owner is also the vet and she is very helpful in giving information regarding our dog skin condition. I am considering taking my pup to her now as our regular vet is oversea.

An inexpensive place to board your dog or cat. It’s naturally loud but that’s a good sign of numerous pets entrusted to the business by owners. The vet is knowledgeable and we always use the opportunity when boarding to get a cut and shampoo for the dog.

Only place i trust my dogs. I once called the owner at 3.am because my dog had a seizure... they drove immediately to my house at 3am to pick him up. Every time I travel I always trust my dogs in their care!

The people are very friendly and helpful. The issue is that I think they lack knowledge about dogs. Our dog nails got cut too short, one was bleeding. The nails were splitting for weeks.

Amazing pet clinic. Took care of my dog over the new year. I am really impressed with their service and doctor give very good recommendations and advices. Definitely coming back again!

Very good place but they do not answer their phone! I called 10 times and no one answer. Every time I try to call to make appointment, no one answer their phone.

The Dr's and staff are very gentle, helped our dog when she was not well. The Dr's always take time to explain and to answer any questions we have.

Great place to leave your pooches well taken care of. They have a vet on site which is very helpful and the attention is just the greatest.
