সার্ভিস খুবই ভালো। লোকজন যথেষ্ট আন্তরিক। ডাক্তারের ব্যবহার ও সেবা খুবই সন্তোষজনক। তবু থ্রি স্টার রেটিং দিলাম। কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের সেবা ভাল লাগলে আমি এমনিতেই গুগোল ম্যাপে রিভিউ দিই। কিন্তু রিসিপশনের আপুটা এক প্রকার ফোর্স করে রিভিউ নিয়েছে। যেটা আমার কাছে অপেশাদার আচরণ মনে হয়েছে। কোনো গ্রাহক/রোগীকে সর্বোচ্চ রিভিউ এর জন্য অনুরোধ করা যায়। কিন্তু জোরজবরদস্তি করা কোনো ভালো প্র‍্যাক্টিস না। আশাকরি এই অপেশাদার আচরণটা তারা সংশোধন করবে।
