I called the taxi service and also explained my situation( my daughter would be home from the school bus and I had to be home by then). I wait with kids and grocery bags and give them a call and they assured me they were on their way. Then I called two more times, at the end she tells me that no one was available to come get me when before she had told me that the taxi was on its way. Knowing my situation with my child she could have told me the truth to get me more time. If I wouldn’t have called I would have waited for nothing and missed my daughter( eventually my husband picked her up). I was still waiting a very long time and had to reschedule ( apart from going after taxis outside with rain kids and full grocery cart) at the end they called me saying he was there more than an hour later in which I was angry and had called an Uber instead( first time too) which I still had to wait but it was more organized. This taxi service is very unorganized and dishonest. And I have taken this taxi before with more countless wait times but this time was ridiculous.
First of all, I rarely take time to give ratings on Google, but this required that I take a moment to state just how unprofessional this taxi company is. First off, I called around 5:30 pm to get a vehicle for around 5:50. The person on the phone tells me to call back when I’m ready since they don’t do reservations. It’s freaking 2022, every cab company does reservations but since I’ve never used a cab company in this neighborhood and that they’re from around, I gave them a chance. So I call back at 5:40 thinking 10-20 minutes to get a cab over, it’s gonna be perfect. 5:50 no cab 6:00 no cab 6:10 still no cab so I called back just for them to tell me no cab is on the call yet. Thank you for making me switch to Uber from now on. If I could give a worst rating, I definitely would. Do not give them any business, they do not deserve it.
Would give zero if I could. Today on the 40E, just after the 25N branch, one of their driver was driving at 90km/hr on the left lane and refused to change lanes until he needed to get off the highway. Not only that, he braked for no reason suddenly in front of me, and accelerated when I tried to pass, trying to make me crash and preventing me from passing. All this lasted about 5 minutes on the highway. Not only is that kind of driving childish, annoying, irresponsible... I think it is criminal. I can't believe you guys hire complete clowns as drivers. Driver was a black male. Car number 7090. TD53375. It is pretty clear that it says 90 on my dashboard from my photo. Never ever will I use this kind of "cab service".

Despite complains, I never got a call back for detail and you always end up on the voice mail. Today I waited 1h for a car to arrive. When I called after 25 minutes to ask the dispatch how long it will take, he mansplained me how taxi work AND just told me to wait for as long as I could and to call them to cancel if I could not wait any longer. Too bad for them, I will use Uber in the future.

They hanged up the phone on me, rude. Edit: I'm writing here because I can't reply to other replies on my review oddly enough. I will not be communicating any further with this company due to the waste of time they have caused me. When dealing with a company with an abysmal reputation such as this one (just scroll down and see for yourself), my only suggestion as a customer is to not deal with the said company. Take your patronage to the direct competition and call a Uber.
Forgot my phone in one of the taxi, they never called me back even tho I tried to call multiple times on it afterwards. Called the company right away, they sent me on a voicemail and never called me back. Not only my phone got stolen, but the driver was super rude with me, made me feel bad because I wanted to pay with a debit card, and was sighing because he had to find the machine in one of his bag.
Called the night before to reserve a taxi for early morning flight out of Dorval. Taxi confirmed for 5AM. Called at 5:05Am as I was outside with family and no Taxi. Dispatcher states nothing was reserved - she di however do her best and found me a taxi in 10 minutes. Poor rating due to initial reservation service which failed causing unneeded stress to catch early morning holiday flight
The driver of the taxi #7046, a middle aged man, gave me the finger because i didn’t want to speed up more then the speed limit!! knowing that i had a toddler with me in the car who asked me why the ‘monsieur’ in the other car was angry and why he did that with his hand and finger!!! It’s a disgrace to say the least..... no wonder people prefer UberX...
We took a taxi from the airport yesterday. It's -16C outside and we have no jacket (just coming back from Mexico). We ask for a ride to my wife's work where we left the car while on vacation. The driver refused to wait a few minutes so we can warm up our car a bit. He dumped our luggage in the show, we paid (no tips!) and he left. Uber ?
Called to enquiry for taxi hiring service. Spoken to the first person in English, he diverted the call to someone else without responded to my enquiry. Second person directed my call to voice recording option after I enquiried further in English. Not a English speaking friendly taxi company for sure.
Called them, waited 25 minutes outside and the cab didn't show up. Called again, the operator told me he was going to send another one. I,again,waited and nothing! Called back mad and she told me the cab waited 5 minutes and went away. She lied to me since i was standing outside!!!
Called dispatch told them I had a large dog, eventually cab shows up sees dog, takes off. I call to complain, he says another one on way. Second text saying cab there go outside, ten minutes later cab shows up, sees dog, and leaves me stranded on the curb. Won't be using again
I've normally used this company without issue however today I had to wait over 15mjns with my children for the taxi when j called they said it would be another 5 mins! Unacceptable. I would be forgiving had the receptionist not been incredibly rude and unapologetic
They usually just ok but today the lady at the front desk got really mad at me and my boyfriend, wasn’t the first time she got mad at us because we called back because they didn’t went a taxi. Today we got denied a taxi because we speak English. This is not okay.
Called at 12 45 waited till 1 15 called back and asked for another taxi, called one on the app aswell, its now 145 and still nothing, called to speak to someone live and get put on hold for 10 min... really unproffessional
It is the third time I travel with taxi coop de l'est to get from mtl nord to the airport and everytime the taxi arrives within 15 minutes or less. Drivers are curteous and pleasant. Cars are clean and the ride is smooth.
From the front office to these drivers, this company is pure trash. Terrible customer service, not professional .. drivers so moody with customers. Y’all true need some training. WOULD GIVE IT ZERO if I could
We took a taxi on Saturday October 7th. The driver, Jean Charles, was very good, polite & has a good driving manners. The only setback is that the car was not very clean.
Order a taxi.. picked up someone else without confirming.. order a taxi a different day never showed up. Trying to support local rather Uber but your not making it easy
Called & waited 40min with no taxi and no call back. Taxi never showed. Second time this happened with these guys. Doing myself a favour and deleting the contact.
Never had a problem the oporator is super nice, called them and, 2 minutes laterl they are outside my door. extremely reliable would recommend!!
