Eye rolling, rude and inepth manager with very poor listening and articulation skills. What really happened? I show a medical situation. She says heard what she wanted to "hear" but failed to listen. Gave me a cream. That's it. I asked for the pharmacist and didn't buy the cream because it looked more like grandmother Voodoo science. She was upset. What medical professionals do in the industry? Look at the situation. Tell you the cause and how it happens. Suggest preventive and remedial course of action. Her eye rolling triggered me enough to see that it wasn't ignorance but a sheer arrogance. Then I waited for few seconds and noticed. She went to the pharmacist and her facial expressions was so visually rude. She was in a private area. I went to her and asked to speak with the manager. She tells me that she is the manager. I'm here looking at the Google reviews of the store. I'm not surprised. The pharmacist came over and explained the cause, prevention and treatment course which was like medical professional. Very happy with advice. My advice to other customers, don't expect medical advice from the know it-all-manager who behaves like she is superior to customers. I'm not saying customer is king. I'm saying everyone is equal. If you don't believe it your actions will show that clearly.

Picked up an item off the shelf which then scanned about $9 above the ticket price at the till. Showed the front shop assistant the ticket under the product, which did correctly match the product, but she then refused to honour the ticketed price, arguing that their cost price was not much below the ticketed price. I understand that everyone needs to make a profit but if the store has the correct ticket description under the correct product, that price should be honoured, especially if it’s above cost, as it is the store’s mistake. Other pharmacies follow this policy in the odd occasion that this does happen, and it certainly makes the customer feel they are looked after and will return to spend more in the future. A side note - I was also demanded to state that I was member every time I come in - but asking every customer at point of sale if they are member is much better customer service than being told that you have to remember and say it yourself. This helps loyalty improve. Although I am just one customer that won’t return, I’m sure this type of service will reduce your customer loyalty overall.

The Pharmacist Customar service really shocking. They are very rude with the customer. I had an incident Sunday 9/5/21 around 12 pm. I went for my knee pain. When I was waiting for the service then I saw the pharmacist was rude to another customer after the other customer left I went and ask for help, but the pharmacist behaviour was so rude and didn’t want to listen what I need for. After that I said you are not listening to me and I am going. Then the pharmacist told me Get Out from here . Then me and my wife ask him why he is very rude and how he can talk to the customer like that. Then again he said Get out from here. So after that other staff members came. Now I am very shocked how can people like this can work in health services where people go for their need. I recommend not this place anymore.

If I could zero stars I would, very rude, spoke to Babita, does not have any customer service skill at all!!! Very abrupt and aggressive in her manner and mind you this was over the phone!Or maybe it is due to english being her second language. I just called because when I got home to check the products I had purchased, the price was different to what was on the shelf, when I tried to explain that to her, all she could do is raise her voice over the phone, say " whatever ", "excuse me" and tell me that she knows what she is doing! Then when I tried speaking to her, she hangs up the phone! I compared the price with another pharmacy then I bought it thinking it was cheaper, then she was like online price is different to store price! Very rude will never go back!

I would like to give them zero star, we went to store with medicine prescription, my husband was in pain,he was not able to stand even,at medicine counter they asked us to wait for 20 mints .we managed somehow, we went to counter if medicine is ready , pharmacist lady did not even reply, my husband sat on a chair and wait for another 5 mints and asked them again , she was very rude and asked us to go for shopping and come back to get medicine, I told her ,can’t she see his condition, then she bring medicine prescription back to us and said sorry she cnt give medicine because they are very busy.heartless people ….my husband requested again because we were already waiting for more than half an hour . Then they give medicine . Very bad experience.

Incrediably rude female pharmacist, uncaring and did not have stock - would not check at other Pharmacies. Script left two days previous being told they would source medication. Female Pharmacist insisted they did not have the script and would not look for it. Told my wife to leave. Insisted that she look and check if the other pharmacist had left it somewhere for her - Guess what .. it was there. This is medication that people rely upon !! This woman is not a Pharmacist as all previous encounters at other Chemists, there showed understanding and wanted to help. She needs to go back and learn to be a pharmacist and gain some compassion and communication skills. Not worthy ov even 1 star .

I went their to order Dexcom G5 Censor for my son who is Type 1 diabetic. There was a female pharmacist ( with very strong South Indian Accent) asked me whether I keep my script in their pharmacy. I was amazed as we are new to Melbourne and that was our second or third week in this city. Nobody in any pharmacy asked me the same question. I am ordering these censors and Transmitter for last 2 years now. Well to the pharmacist, you really need to have compassion as you deal with people who are in need of help and care. Your attitude was rude and not up to the mark. Do you think I will buy medicines from you again???

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service at this chemist. Put prescription in and told it would be 10-15 min. I said I would go shopping which took 45min. Arrived back at the shop and there were at least 6 people waiting for scripts, waited another 15 minutes before someone came to the counter. I walked out after having to wait over an hour. Everyone I spoke to said that the service it atrocious and nothing is being done about. Yes I know you have busy and quite times but please pick your game up. If things do not improve I WILL be going somewhere else where staff are courteous and and know what they are doing.

Like others if l could give a zero l would....Would not reccomend to buy anything ...not willing to price match so little did you know l wanted more than wipes... after reading the other reviews l will never go back!! Nor will other family members after talking to them... Id prefer to give my money to Pharmacy 4 Less Hogans Corner So do yourself a favour and save some $$ drive 5 minutes down the road and go support Hogans corner chemist they will price match... plus they have great friendly staff that offer exceptional customer service, and ive always found the pharmacists knowledgeable and friendly

Hi I went to the store today for medicines for my sick child. After waiting for you long, they responded that they do not have it in store. To enquire I asked the ladyin the reception that they should let me know in advance, , she Rudely behave with me and when I asked about the store manager, she proudly and said my name is Babita and iam the store manager. I was surprised to see how store manager is behaving and how she lead her team. Upon checking the reviews of the store, I read more about Babita, the store manager. I don't want to recommend the store.

The pharmacy is well-organized, maintained and very reasonably priced. It exudes a clean and welcoming environment, making it a comfortable place to shop and seek advice. The layout is user-friendly, making it easy to locate products, and the checkout process is efficient, saving me time during my visits. The staff at pharmacy were quite friendly and accommodating. From helping me find the right over-the-counter medication to providing detailed information about various drugs, they exhibited a genuine commitment to customer care.

They do not deserve even a single star. Worst customer service and very rude staff. Wish they knew atleast how to listen and talk. I went to exchange a QV product that I mistakenely got and went back with the receipt (unopened) asking politely to just exchange it - the staff kept talking over me and said read our policy on the board. Without listening she bluntly said if you change your mind we cannot refund. I mean, none of that was my scenario. They are so unworthy of just standing there. Simple rude!

Big disappointment went there today around 4 pm to get a document tested was very urgent. Requested sandra for it but she simply refused by excusing they are too busy !! despite there was no one at the counter!! I was happy to pay for the service that would have only taken her few minutes. We were your custmer for years but would not be anymore after today. Than we went to chemist warehouse where they helped us with smile, they are the best who actually understands and value their custmers.

I would give ‘0/-ve’ star if there was an option. The lunatic pharmacist wasted my time and money by taking an phone order, confirmed the medicine is ready for pick up. When my Uber driver arrived to pickup the order, she woke up and said we can’t dispatch this medication. Seriously!!! I spoke to them at least 3/4 times before sending the driver to pick it up confirming everything is ready to pickup. Very unprofessional shop. No wonder why receiving a lot negative reviews.

Such dissapointing service I've recieved from this pharmacy. I have come here numerous times to have documents certified and the pharmacists have always given me such a hard time about doing it. Most recently today, I came in and asked to have on document certified and was given the excuse that it was Christmas and that the pharmacits is too busy to do it. If this service is such a hinderance to general business opperations, don't offer it.

Very rude stuff, yesterday i went there to get my prescription after I made a payment over the counter that lady with a glasses ,she just threw my pills and told me that is a front door ,I went to see the manager ( the lady with a hejab ) but she was rude as well anyway I won’t go there anymore also my suggestion to anybody else is DO NOT go there, without customers there are nothing they should learn how to treat the customers

Terrible customer service by Name of Babita. Went to get some medicine. Along with medicine i bought other stuff as well.I asked her price of some drink.She did not give price of items.She have no idea how deal with costomer.I don't understand if she can't find price of items, how costomer will know? Asked twice price then she get angry and so rude.. she did not give me receipt also This is not acceptable for costomer..

This is the worst chemist in the Tarneit/Hoppers Crossing area. Every time we go in to up pick e-scripts which have already been dispensed it takes least 5-10 minutes to be served at the “ Scripts Out” counter and then an the average of 10-15 waiting for the scripts to be handed over. On top of that we have waited up to another 10 minutes to pay at the tills because they are both unattended. Awful service

I would have given 0 star if I had the option to do so. Me and my friend went to get the stat dec signed and the Indian girl working told us that it will be one hour waiting. We waited one hour and went back again, told us that it will take 20 minutes more. Atleast think about others its just the signature not a big deal. The girl was very rude and should be sitting home if she cant deal with customers.

The pharmacist (middle aged man with the bun) needs to go. Not only did he give me the wrong amount of pills that was meant to be 4. He even put on the information sticker there was 4 and the original package said 2 which I disputed it and gave me the right amount, he also added and extra $1.50 to it. How do U even charge more for somthing for falsely putting the wrong amount in.

We’ve been dealing with this pharmacy since moving to the area 3 years ago and can’t fault the service! The system of leaving our prescriptions there, the MedAdvisor smart phone app, and texts reminding us of medications due all add up to the kind of service which suits us very well. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, what more could a customer require?

You can’t get any piercings done here went in Saturday waited and hour wouldn’t do it they told me to come back Sunday waited an hour refused to do Unless you go in between 9-11 weekdays so it’s impossible if you work they refused to do it Wasted two and a half hours for nothing and the lady I seen today had no compassion and was just plain rude

I went to get documents attested but the guy at counter told me that they don't do it here. On phone when asked about they say we do it here. Went back got same answer we don't do it here from the same guy... was totally shocked unbelievable that this is happening....i will try to complain to owner.. in hope that we get served by good people.

Called to ask about flu vaccine. First person I talked to was nice, but when she transferred my call, call got dropped. So called again and a rude assistant answered, saying they don't administer at the pharmacy then transferred me to the pharmacist. The male pharmacist has even less customer service skills. Won't ever go to this place.

I went there to get some medicine and they kept my prescription for two days to have medicine available. I went there to pick that up and they had lost my prescription and gave me some medicine. I then realised that they didnt provide me all and I had to get another prescription from my Dr to get all the medicine. Very irresponsible.

I wish to call out that the store pharmacist “Mickeal”always do above and beyond the expectations to meet customer needs . I had multiple instances where he pitched in and helped to sort out my issues and concerns on medication and gave me the right advice.Always I have seen the same approach from him when he deals with customers.

I have not long moved back to Melbourne from interstate and been looking for a new regular pharmacy. I need to say that Hina assisted me in the most friendly and helpful manner. She was very knowledgeable in the area of questions I had. I can not rate her highly enough and will definitely be making this store my regular pharmacy.

Needed paperwork to be certified and the lady at the counter said to come back in half an hour. Returned half an hour later for the pharmacist to say they’re not doing it today as it’s too busy. Talk about waste of time. They should stop giving these services to pharmacist if they’re not willing to do it.

Middle aged male pharmacist, absolutely rude and unprofessional. What is criteria and process of the interviews? when they hired this poor excuse of human being. Went twice trying to get certified copies for some documents. First time I didn’t have the copies with me only originals, second time I was rudely turned away with the excuse that they were too many for the pharmacist to sign.. what a waste of time

Handed in my e-script with the older male pharmacist, he said come back in ten minutes. I came back in fifteen, stood waiting for another five, then he asked my name again. I told him and he shuffled papers behind the counter for a while.

Went to get prescribed drugs but the customer service representative was very helpful and professional, it's just a medical store for saying but Muskan treatment was very welcoming and with happy face actually relaxed my worries.

Had a tonsillectomy and needed to pick up a number of medications. The pharmacist on Sunday was so helpful and really took the time to answer my questions and explain when and how often to take them. Highly recommend.

Their selection of products are ok for the most part, they have your creams, lotions and makeup, but not much medicine or medical supplies, their selection is rather small compared to other pharmacy stores.

I have found the service and staff at Tarneit Discount Drug Store to be very good. They are helpful and knowlegeable and very friendly. The store is well stocked and the Pharmacists are efficient.
